Was my first time here and I love it! We got kapow shrimp for appetizer and ribs and wings for the main meal. The kapow shrimp was super tasty, and it was bigger than I expected. I got the honey garlic sauce for my ribs and wings, and it was so delicious! I also like their corn bread and coleslaw, only the fries were a little bit too salty. I had a good time there for sure! Definitely will go back again soon.

It was my first visit to Montana’s. They have vegetarian options as well which is even better. We had all vegetarian dishes nachos, veggie burger, cheesy bread and oven-Baked Antojitos. Loved it all. Would recommend vegetarian people to visit this place for their amazing food and ambience.

Very atmospheric place. Friendly staff and great service. Great prices and delicious food. We will definitely come back here again.

I was at this location yesterday night. We were seated with a wonderful young female who gave amazing service however, we feel absolutely disgusted with what was witnessed. It seems there was a clean up in one of the bathrooms where our server was taken away for quite some time, we seen her glove up & go clean the bathroom facility & came back to serve us. I’m not sure in what world that is considered health safety or clean. A manager should have taken that role, she held her composure but I could only feel bad & repulsed by this action. A worker server as a janitor mid shift is absolutely not acceptable, she deserves a raise & we deserve a refund. YUCK

Honestly I've went a few times and I'd say 4/10 times it's good and the food is enjoyable, but the last two times I've went my partner ordered cheese free items because she's very allergic to dairy and that was completely overlooked coupled with the fact that everything I've received was burnt to a point where eating it was more of a suffer through than a treat. Their waiting staff are pleasant and I don't wish to put them down because they can't help what they serve, but it seems like the quality I once enjoyed Montana's for is slipping and that's unfortunate. Wouldn't recommend, but would be willing to give it another chance in hopes it redeems itself sometime.

Ordered the lunch rush. This is apparently half a sandwich. Took them 1hr to bring out the food and the soup that came with it, they didn’t even bring it out. Worst service ever and so disappointing with the size of the food too.

The place itself do what it proposed, but I was expecting some more quality. For people who doesn’t admire a good prepared grilled steak it’s fine but if you like me comes from a place where beef is the main food and all the faces of preparation are in your blood you will get disappointed. In my opinion a steak house that only has two cuts as options and the rest of the menu are pork and chicken should not be called steak house, it could be called chicken house or pork house. Other than the poor quality and variety, the attendees are great, educated, always friendly and very helpful.

At first. I ordered ribs with 4 wings. Came out dry. Server was amazing about it and it was solved second time around it was fantastic. Delicious and flavourful. Taylor my server was absolutely great. Solved the issues with such a positive attitude and made the experience better!

As you see from the photos, I was already halfway through the meal before remembering to take a photo - that’s the review! Very tasty, great portion size, good price point. The corn bread was divine.

A Friday evening with family. We were seated immediately and our waitress was there with menu's and to take drink orders. Drinks arrived, food ordered and on the table within ten minutes. Steak, ribs, fries, baked potato were cooked perfectly and lots of flavour. Our waitress checked on us a few times and we had no complaints. Bill paid and spent additional times catching up with family and never felt rushed. A very enjoyable meal.

Had a decent dining experience here Sunday July 24 2022. First time here in about 5 years. We were seated quickly, the restaurant was not full but busy. It was very cold inside, both my wife and daughter had to wear a sweater while seated. Our server, Kristen, greeted us promptly and took our drink orders. We placed an app (spinach dip) order before ordering our mains and it arrived to the table quickly, it was hot and tasted very good. Not a long wait for our mains once ordered, they were the buttermilk fried chicken, the full rack of ribs and wing combo, and a grilled cheese sandwich. Rib and wing combo tasted great. The ribs were just a tiny a little over cooked on one end. The cut of meat was very good, possibly the best I've had in a restaurant. No big chunks of fat or cartilage, just meat and bone. Wings were large, cooked nicely and sauced well, no complaints. The buttermilk fried chicken was an incredibly small portion, the piece of chicken being slightly bigger than a Jr. Chicken patty from a fast food joint. The garlic mashed potatoes were not much of a bigger portion, hidden under the small piece of chicken. They both tasted very good, but unfortunately the dish was more plate than food. We were not asked for drink refills until our food was all gone and we were ordering dessert, which was the apple crumble. It was tasty, and of course very sweet. Overall not a bad dining experience, we would come back, but not on a regular basis.

I haven't been to Montana's in years (probably before the pandemic) but the portion sizes for the price has really changed. I got a 10oz steak and mashed potatoes, the steak was good, the portion sizes for everything else was pretty small. I got gravy on the side and the comparison of the huge cup of gravy to the two tiny scoops of potatoes was crazy. I also really like the beans at Montana's as a little extra but there was barely any beans in the cup and was mostly all juice/sauce. If I ever go back I will likely just get fries since hopefully the portion size if bigger, I shouldn't still be hungry after eating a steak dinner for that price. If there wasn't the two big cups with the beans and gravy in the middle of the huge plate there would barely be anything on the plate potion wise.

Updated- restaurant has reached out and are sending coupons so we can try again for better quality and accuracy. They also mentioned about contacting uber about getting refunded. I didn't not that was an option. 7ber eats has also refunded money. I appreciate the restaurant letting me know i could reach out to them as well. Thanks for addressing my concerns. My order total with tip and $5 in delivery fees came to 96.26, the pictures show sfa for food. 2 steaks 1 had lots of fries the other had half the fries of the other one. I'll never spend 100 for 2 steaks and fries again. They didn't even cook them the way we asked the picture of the steak only was the medium well steak! The medium steak was almost raw. The dog enjoyed the half raw steaks!

Lovely server, good service... but a gross plate of nachos. They arrived nicely presented but one bite and I knew that they were made in a microwave. They quickly congealed into a gros solid mass of molten cheese and soggy corn chips. Inedible. I mean, $20 for a plate of nachos, no meat, and they don't even take the time to produce something toasted, crunchy and appetizing that gets heated in an oven. Not acceptable. Sorry. Not eating there again.

Perfect steak and rib... I loved the visit today with my family and we will definitely re-visit this restaurant some day. The food was warm and delectable, and the staffs were very kind and respectful to us. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was very attentive, quick and extremely friendly. I ordered the chicken tacos which were very flavourful and well cooked but I just wish I had been told about the addition of Cilantro. Probably my fault for not asking but lots of people have issues with Cilantro so it might be a good idea for staff to mention to their customers. The lunch was well priced and everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals.

Food was great. Staff was good, maybe they were really busy as our order was a little different than we had expected but our server quickly resolved the situation and we had a great evening. We will be returning soon.

The food was nice with some exceptions. The garlic fries are not like what they were used to before like 1 year. Also their sauce option sucks. They don’t have any good sauce and all of them are sweet even the one that says hot. The server forget to bring one item on our order and even when I checked, it was included in my bill.

If I could give zero stars for this review I would. Today, January 2, my wife and I had the worst experience ever at a Montana’s! The restaurant was not busy, yet it took 10 minutes for a server to even come to our table to start!. Not to mention, we had to grab someone’s attention to as if we were ever going to be served. . When the server finally decided to grace us with his presence, he called my beautiful wife “fella” twice, right to her face. Beyond insulted!! So incredibly put off. We will be telling everyone we know about this. It reduced my wife to tears!! We have been to Montana’s multiple times over the years and never had this experience. It’s like Montana’s doesn’t have standards or expectations about how to greet and treat customers. We are never returning to this place even if the manager called to apologize and offer us free food. We prefer to give our hard earned money to your competitors!!

Our order took an eternity to come. 25% of the place was occupied. We ordered a medium rare steak that came rare. No one came during our meal to check if everything was ok. One of the steak was too chewy. When the waiter fame to collect the dishes, we notified her about the meat. She came back with a 15%, discount from the manager, for the dish that none could eat. We preferred to pay the full price as we felt that the manager insulted us with the 6 dollars discount. I can't recommend this place.

Montanas offers a huge menu! I finally decided on the ribs, taster size. Along with the ribs I had french fries and slaw. It also came with a small square of cornbread. The ribs were fantastic. The meat pretty much fell off the bone. The French fries were okay. Loved the slaw. The cornbread was a little underwhelming. I liked that lots of napkins were provided. Ribs can be so messy! Excellent friendly service. Highly recommend!

This past Sunday I took my friend to Montana's for her birthday. She ordered the chicken taco's and enjoyed them. I ordered the 7 oz steak and I asked for it medium, some pink but not bloody. The waitress,(who was very good), recommended the medium well. I said ok as long as it wouldn't be tough or overcooked. When it came it was very well done and I couldn't eat it, (see first picture.) This time my waitress ordered me a medium steak. When it came the server waited while I cut into it and it did seem a bit better, at least I could cut it. It ended up almost as bad as the first one, very well done, (see second picture.) I ended up eating the first half of my meal while waiting for my steak which was still way to overcooked. I have to say I was very disappointed in my meal. After this I am not sure if I will go back again.

We had an awesome lunch there. Our servers, Darcy and Kayla were delightful and very attentive to us. Very personable people, really wonderful to see people genuinely happy at there workplace James was also a very nice person, who knows how to be make people feel welcome. Thank you

Given that I cannot use coarse language here, I cannot adequately express how amazingly fantastic this meal was. It was fu**ing amazing! The bun was gluten free and it was so delicious I actually questioned whether they gave me the wrong bun or not. I was assured it was indeed gluten free. It was by far the best bun I’ve ever eaten. The fries were nice and crispy and the burger (firecracker) was hands down the most flavourful burger I’ve ever eaten. Well done!!! My dinner mate had the chicken tacos and she was delighted in the quality of the meat, that it wasn’t too salty, and that the taco wasn’t drowning in lettuce! Her sauce was INCREDIBLE. THANK YOU Montana’s for totally making this perfect lunch perfectly!!!

I took the kids here one night for dinner and it was by far one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had! The kids menu was full of options, very affordable, and included a drink, meal, and dessert. The crayon/table cover plus moose crown kept them occupied until our food arrived. Our server, Jack, was attentive and quirky and our meals arrived hot and within 15 minutes. I was a bit reluctant to try a 'meat focused' restaurant as a vegetarian but the veggie burger was surprisingly delicious with tons of toppings and a smokey applewood bbq sauce on top. We all left stuffed and excited to go back.

I'm not sure how but my well done steak came out cold ( garlic butter on top not even close to melting) not only once but again after " putting it back on the grill"( by a manager who just happened to walk by). Brought my sons hamburger out with nothing on it other then a leaf of lettuce, no ketchup packs or bottle, had to ask again the manager for it while she was taking the cold steak. Our server didn't bring out our food, correct the issue or even discount the bill, after taking our order and refilling our drinks she was a ghost,then dropped the debit machine off and disappeared. I thought about giving 1 star, however that would have been a bit harsh since the food was edible after all, hardly worth the price but edible. If there is a next time I hope for a better experience.

The food quality from this restaurant is dramatically drop in the past few years. This time we dine in I ordered 7 ounces sirloin. The steak is flavourless the meat is definitely not a steak grade meat, the onion ring only has over fried dried onion skin in it. Their rib is regularly dry and meatless unless you go for the rib all you can eat. Montana’s used to be our favourites birthday restaurant and we really want the owner bring the food quality back.

Out for a Birthday meal and first time in this restaurant. Place was very clean, nice staff and amazing food. Place looked really cool and very cowboy themed. I had the ribs. Food was so good loved the in-house baked beans that came with the ribs. Only thing that could have made it better was the severing size of the beans. The beans are so good make the severing size bigger please. Over all had a blast that night. 5 out of 5.

Excellent place! Great service and food. Had the All you can ribs on Wednesday and for $30, it’s a good price. Beer was cold and served promptly. We visit Montana’s often but first time at this location. We’ll be back.

Ordered delivery via door dash, dasher waited 45+ minutes to pick up the food from when they were told to be there. Drinks were incorrect, packaged on top of the rest of the food which ended up damaging the packaging for the food underneath; causing the food to be cold upon delivery. House Salad was a fraction of the size it normally is and looked as though it was just a fist full of lettuce thrown into the box.
