The wife and I went here for Chinese New Year 2018 dinner. The restaurant seemed dated and in need of some cleaning for its location and reputation. The service was great. The food was very average cantonese (south east Asia) cuisine. We enjoyed the food but they use way too much oil and MSG. Out throats were so scorched the next day. This is not to say that you will not enjoy it but for my wife and I it was a very average experience.

Best chinese restaurant!! Quick delivery, fun dine-in atmosphere, lovely staff, and really good food. The Singapore noodles slap. Don't have any photos of a full meal because I always dig in so fast. Here is a photo of the last C1 combo that was just demolished

Probably the most bland fried rice I have ever had :( I really wanted to like it but it has literally no flavour and cost $12.

I am very familiar with North American Asian restaurants so I feel confident in saying this was a very good one. The food was well-prepared, very spicy to our liking and very tasty. The amount of food was adequate and not overwhelming. Don’t pay attention to the decor, it’s a bit outdated but has no bearing on the experience. And an added bonus: the chopstick was NOT single-use which is very important to me.

Our favourite Chinese food in Halifax! The chicken fried rice is amazing, it’s not just a filler, I could eat an entire plate of it! Our favourite ginger beef in the city as well. Lots of different dishes to try. The service is always fast and friendly. Our only complaint is that it smells a bit musty inside.

Stopped by for the lunch special. Delicious. Very fast service with INCREDIBLY good food. Quick, delicious, and inexpensive - what more could you want?

Lovely food and service from this Chinese restaraunt. Good choice of dishes. Visited Thursday evening. When we arrived there were several guests but by the time we left at 19:30 we were the only ones so no atmosphere.

Delicious food! I got the C2 combo and the honey garlic ribs were to die for! The egg roll and pot stickers were also super yummy. 4 stars because the fried wontons were not very good and had very little wonton in them (honestly it was just a tiny piece of pork). Otherwise I definitely recommend this restaurant for some great Chinese food.

Delicious food! The egg rolls were perfectly crispy, the pot stickers were perfect, and I really enjoyed my BBQ pork chow mein. I would absolutely order from here again as it's some lf the best Chinese food I've had in Halifax. Definitely hit the spot!

The food was soo good, staff were super friendly and the music they had playing was top notch!. What a wonderful place to go on date night. 20/10 would come back.. scratch that we will be back. I had the lemon chicken and my boyfriend got the mu shu pork.

Food are good especially the noodles are very delicious! Only give four star because the quantity of the pork and beef are less than we are expected!

Best Chinese in the city. Good atmosphere, large koi tank, crispy and light wontons and attentive servers. Everything one could want from a standard western Chinese restaurant.

I enjoyed their food in past - until. Ordered online. Approx $100.00 order. Huge mistake. Never arrived. They blame delivery service. Called twice. Continued to blame delivery - not my fault they say. I assert it's there product and they must assure delivery. They say in future call us directly. I say my food is not here now. Clearly a different set of values. Different understanding of customer service. If you make it, you must ensure delivery. No excuses. I have no food. They have $100. A horrible experience. Avoid at all costs - they just don't care.

Amazing family-run Chinese restaurant! The food was incredibly fresh & the spicy salt, pepper squid was well-coated & crispy. Can’t wait to come back on our next visit to Halifax. Thanks for the amazing dinner!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I was greeted by incredibly lovely faces who quickly got us our food. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The food was phenomenal at an incredibly great price! 10/10 on every account. I can’t wait to come back and try more things!

The seafood casserole was not very flavorful and the size was small. However, the spicy julliened beef was good. Service was very poor and for some reason we got a different menu from the other people who were eating there.

A couple of years ago we had a Christmas day issue and ended up getting Chinese food from the Great Wall for Christmas. The food was great and this has turned into a family tradition for three years now. The turkey comes on boxing day which us less hectic for us. Service great and the food is awesome, I highly recomend trying the food out, you will not be disappointed.

Some of the best ginger beef I’ve tried in Halifax. Their Cantonese chow mein was also nice and crunchy, with a good portion of seafood. Would definitely come back - great value for money.

Fricken food is amazing. Cheap and fast delivery service. It's my go to place for Chinese. And portions are Def worth the price the only I give them a one star bc I haven't been inside yet. It will always be my go to place !

Excellent North American Chinese food. Stopped in for lunch with only a limited amount of time to eat. The meal tasted great and was served hot, fresh, and fast. Was also a generous portion for the price. The server was very attentive too.

We are visiting Halifax today and feel very lucky to have dinner here since the quality and service are superb!

The Chicken Curry, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Beef Chop Suey was delicious. The Great Wall Fried Rice is the best!

Been eating here for years, the food is super hot and delicious when it comes out of the kitchen. Service is excellent, ginger beef is the star of the show and I love the Hunan chicken.

The food was really fantastic and plenty, the service was very fast and great, the price is very good. I will definitely go back again! My brother and I thoroughly enjoyed it! My brother actually went back again the next evening for dinner with family.

I recently hosted a 50th birthday party and ordered food for 20 people 1 day in advance. One the day of the party the restaurant accepted and confirmed the order hours before my pre-arranged delivery time of 6PM. The food was 2 HOURS LATE (I live 2KM from the restaurant). The delivery driver not only waited 2 hours in the restaurant for the food but they also kept the phone off the hook and wouldn't answer calls. They continued to lie to the driver telling him 15 more minutes on 4+ occasions. I ended up leaving the party I was hosting to drive down to the restaurant myself as a desperate resort to get the food. No apology, no compensation. While 20+ people waited in their lobby for orders significantly late they continued to take in-store orders and accepts online orders despite knowing they could not meet the demand. Poorly run business, poor service, poor communication and no regard for customer experience.
