    The service was great the nuggets were COMPLETELY dried out and inedible. The fries were also looked like they had sat under a heat lamp for hours. Not a happy customer and just threw out the food.

    You know it’s bad when I’ve Literally never wrote a review before but feel like this has to be done… picture this being a Saturday afternoon and just wanting a simple order from your local dons drive through. I’m usually not a person that minds waiting for my food as I know fast food can be difficult, but when there’s 8-12 cars in front of me that was already a red flag. Moral of this story is I waited in that god forsaken line for close to 40 minutes and your staff STILL didn’t even get my order correct??? Hands down worst service and management I’ve ever seen. The manager of this franchise absolutely needs to be fired and swapped with someone that knows how to run a decently timed drive through. I could of quite literally walked to the second closest McDonald’s, ordered, walked back, eaten, AND walked to quinpool in the time I wasted waiting for my incomplete order. Avoid this establishment at all costs if you would like to keep your sanity

    Clearly, I wouldn't even give one star if I had the choice. This is the burger they served my son, he ate a few bites of it before he realized something wasn't right. It was completely raw, the patty hadn't even been flipped over, look at the pic, do you see grill marks? They had to know, they put the cheese, bacon, tomato and lettuce on it. How does that happen? How does that get by so many people. When I took the burger back and was telling the manager, she actually said "I will tell them from now on to cook the burgers fully." Really? What a novel idea! Needless to say I don't recommend this restaurant.

    One of the worst Macdonald’s I visited in my life! My Big Mac was actually a Lettuce burger. The meats were so small and they put a lot of lettuce around it to make more volume. Awful!!! And the decoration is ugly and outdated. The guy at cashier didn’t receive trining for mobile offers as well.

    Ordered a Big Mac. They gave me what I assume was an extra or accidentally made burger that had been sitting around for a while. The bun was stale and the patty itself was barely warm. This is the second time that's happened.

    Was there this afternoon. A gentleman took the order from me; a hamburg sandwich. That's all. The gentleman asked me if I wanted a cold cup of water to go with it since I didn't order a drink. That was very cool and top act of hospitality. Well done 5 stars.

    Such a rude overnight staff, would never recommend anybody to go there, they follow MacDonald’s standards at all. Slow service and staff is full of attitude.

    Great location. The service was quite timely and the food well-made. The interior was slightly strange but it made for a bit of a different experience. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. A sign in the window said you could only stay for 30 minutes though - slightly weird.

    They messed up my order several times. Also they are really short staffed these days, so its going to take some time to get your food. Best to order in advance and pickup.

    Has a drive through so that's great but the line up section and order pick up section are not divided and it create absolute CHAOS. You don't know where to line up, people get upset because they think you "butted" in front of them... easy problem to fix IT IS NOT THE WORKERS FAULT, a corporation as large as MCd's should know how to lay out their "restaurant". As always the ice cream machine is "broken" consistently so don't depend on getting your nice $1 cone here :(

    Worst drive through you will ever go through. Nobody speaks English anymore, they constantly mess up orders, don’t bother lining up in drive through if in a rush.. 9/10 times you’ll be waiting 20min+

    I'd just like to give a shot out to Akeala (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). We went in with a mobile order after ordering it as a drive through order, and she never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She has wonderful customer service! And although we had a few hiccups, she was absolutely wonderful the whole time and never made me feel as I was a burden...thanks for your wonderful service!

    HI Mcdonald managers ,tc care of quinpool location delivery.they many times give me cold food,the staff is not respect to the customers.staff is happy in their own world.staff including all levels need a training bad customer service. I opted curv side pick up this is the 5th time that they give me stale food.and when i back to store a lady misbehaving. she seemed immature .why do you hire immature. Please focus on that.provide fresh food.

    SKIP Order-475066056 Please be advised I got an order for Mac Donald Quinpool location Halifax area however I have waited 15 minutes in drive thru to get in line to get an order further the order hasn't provided to me and said by restaurant employee you need to wait for another 15- 20 minutes and clear the drive thru and misbehaved with me and showing their attitude to me this was unacceptable and I am not their slave, please lodge a complain and work INTERNALLY and provide training to the staff on customer service. Almost I have waited for the order long back which you can track. Further to this I am not asking for any kind of pay but the behaviour the restaurant employees carry is very disturbing and I have been disturbed due to this incident. I can understand that the employee might have busy day,but I am too working hard and they are not allowed to mentally disturb me and make rest of my day bad. Request if you can take some further action as I don't want anyother like me to face such scenario.

    Service is always slow, and sometimes, the language barrier causes mistakes. Inside the store tge employees are forever ignoring the counter where we order. Too busy talking to their friends. However, the food is tasty

    Always great staff and service The staff all actually look like they enjoy working there. If you have not been in this location for a while then go over. It really is a unique restaurant. The last of the original McDonald's that have not been ruined with renovations. Beautiful mosaics on the far wall too. The food is always fresh and hot .. for "fast food" easily one of the best. Thanks everyone at Quinpool McDonald's for all that you do!!

    Drive through like 30 min service.. better just go and order from inside maybe 40 min but you can save your car gas at least

    I got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and I got a plain bagel with nothing on it.. I was not happy as I was looking forward to eating it and then it was too late to get another one I wish staff read the order properly and double check if they have to, to make sure the order is correct

    Service is slow. Has only been deteriating for the last 4 years and the 30 minute wait in the drive thru today has proven that this store is barley functioning.

    I ordered a small root beer and didn't know the ice machine was broken until I left. I had to go back in and ask for ice just to be told then. How do you not tell people they'll get warm drinks? Who wants to drink warm root beer? I would have been fine with it if they had just given me a heads up, I've worked food service 10 years and this is notoriously the worst McD's in town and has been for years.

    It was around 3 am I did mobile order because I now the girl who is taking order is rude every time so i want to avoid her but this time they gave me fries instead of poutine and didn’t even tell me so i came back to ask them and then again when i ask her about this she was so rude she didn’t even listen me properly and said you will get your refund they already now that most of the people don’t want to buy from this mcd anymore. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. And I would never ever complain because the other team members always nice with me.

    Good food per the McDonald's norm. Some sketchy people in the lobby. Staff are friendly and efficient. Everywhere is decently clean BUT the washroom looks like something out of a Stephen King novel. The one and only time I did use it, I thought I was going to be murdered or slip on the human liquids and coffee spilt on the floor and end up in a comatose state. This likely won't be updated either as I will never use the washroom again, even for a review update...sorry Ronald.

    The staff are ignorant and make alot of mistakes with food missing items or nor knowledgeable on applied discounts. Multiple times we've caught them marking up on prices.

    I want to be generous but any other locations is better. The app is way cheaper, they dont do military discount 50% of the time. The staff is rude and unhelpful and the store is gross. Seriously go elsewhere

    Absolutely ridiculous I ordered food and it took so long because McDonald’s hasn’t even done my food order it’s been over an hour I’m still waiting as I write this. Do not go here because they take their sweet time and do not care

    I work in the food industry / customer industry and that had to be the worst customer service I have ever had. Not a single smile and not a single you're welcome after I said thank you about five times within 5 minutes. My food was cold and I'm missing two nuggets out of the six I bought. And I would never ever complain because as I said I work in the food industry but I eat McDonald's about twice a year, and this is exactly why because the service was complete trash along with the food not even being hot.

    Not the best of MacDonald I have been to but certainly is a lovely and spacious place to dine in. Staffs are very warm,courteous and active .considering the client follow ,it still looks cleans .

    My biggest complaint is the parking and drive thru. It gets kinda messy. Inside could use a reno job to make it more upto date as other locations. We typically do drive thru which is fine, food all good.

    This McDonald's is particularly very busy. Even though there are a dozen staff, everyone looks like they are running in a hurry. A long line-up at the drive-in is another thing to note. Expect anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes for most orders. The worst part is not the wait. The food is really pathetic. The burger (the patty in particular) I got was undercooked. After taking my first bite I was having the hot outside and cold inside phenomenon. I don't recommend that you should visit unless you just need fries and pop.

    This particular McDonald's is not easy to access. There few parking spots and more than half were blocked off. I was the only customer at the counter and 3 staff behind the counter and still had to wait 3-5 minutes just to place my order for 2 cones. I then had to wait another 5-8 minutes to receive my cones. The floors were dirty and the store did not appear well maintained. Very disappointed by my first and last visit.

    Quick service, as expected from a fast food chain. I ordered ahead using the phone app, which I recommend. When I arrived to the ordering spot, I just say the code, no confusion, no delays, and you are only charged then, not in advance. There was no line up in the drive-thru, but it was Friday evening.
