Loved the cleanliness, staff and breakfast! The only downfall to my stay was the rooms are NOT soundproofed, there is absolutely no sound barrier installed here. Actually first Choice hotel I have ever encountered this. Definitely not that people in room next to ours nor those walking in hallway were a normally loud. Hope they remedy this!!!

First 2 nights were good but our stay was ruined by one night. Friday night horrible. No sleep. Kids from a tournament of some kind were loud in the hallways for several hours past 11pm. From desk phone was busy every time we called to complain. Told reception on exit but they didn't seem to care too much.

The young woman at the front desk actually moved her car to give me a parking spot when I mentioned the lot looked full. She was super nice too! Don't let her go:)

Clean hotel. Staff there are helpful, happy and kind. I go there once a year and will continue to do so.. I highly recommend this hotel. Very well price and all the staff are great. Thank you to Alex Adza and Mary Jane Monlina for just being you.. you guys make my stay there totally amazing

Our experience at the comfort Hotel was an absolute god send. It is a pet friendly location, with excellent breakfast (best scrambled eggs on the planet hands down ) , rooms are spacious and the pool is fantastic. After moving back here from the UK our accommodations fell through and we needed a quick safe place to sort out something new. The staff helped put us at ease and gave us the opportunity to properly relax and recover from jet lag. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help us contact our loved ones to let them know the situation we were in. 12/10 this hotel is the best we've had in the world so far.

Went in for a conference. Breakfast and lunch was good not extraordinary. The menu options can be improved to make it more versatile had lunch 2 consecutive days with not many options. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Great location with Tim's and Subway in close proximity. Enough parking available. Overall good 3 star hotel.

Free delicious breakfast and right on the hub of all the stores yet quiet and beside Tim Hortons and Wendy's.... they went above and beyond with personal service. Beautiful and quiet, and clean and beautiful rooms and pool and a sauna and work out room. The clerks were amazing and wonderful and so helpful with advice on where to find gluten free places to eat.

The rooms and the service were excellent. The hotel manager taking the time to talk to everyone during our hot breakfast was a nice touch. Whenever I got to Halifax again I will be staying there!

This hotel did not disappoint! We were there for 5 nights four our sons wedding and we had family from all over north America. The staff was outstanding, great service, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast was the best! Highly recommend, great place with awesome staff!!!

My wife and I attended Halifax for a family wedded and stayed at this Comfort Inn. Room was great and so was the free breakfast in the morning. The owner came into the breakfast room and introduced herself and inquired how our stay was and if there was anything she could do to make it better. A truly class act. All the staff from the reception desk to the maid was very friendly. The only minor downside was that it was a bit of a drive to get to downtown Halifax. But this location very close to some very large shopping malls.

A great place to stay. Its not a 5star property but their service and cleanliness is great. Breakfast was also decent

Great room... comfortable beds....service not so good... For two days I had no cable...I reported it the next morning... Didn't get fixed at ALL while I was there

Best place to stay overnight, very nice. Awesome breakfast, beautiful building. Free parking. This hotel not pet friendly so it doesnt stink like other pet friendly hotels...lots of stores close by hotel.

3 star Rooms were clean but not as clean as I would have liked . Found a back of a earring in the bed . Free breakfast was good lots of options Pool is warm and closes at 11:00 Sauna is out of order :( .

I travel a lot throughout North America and only stay at Choice hotels. This place serves the best breakfast I have ever had at Choice hotel (Comfort or Quality Inn), pancakes, french toast, and seasoned scrambled eggs; WITH STAINLESS STEEL cutlery I don't think any Quality or Comfort inn does that in Canada! The rooms were clean, large, had comfortable beds, and also GREAT service as well.

This is a super hotel. The staff all go out of their way to ensure your stay is an enjoyable one. If you need something ask the most likeable people at the front desk,the dining staff, all the others like the cleaning staff. They are all top notch people who assist you in anyway they can.

We like the breakfast, room and sheets were clean, when we got there reception was well prepared with our reservation, easy check out. Nice pool

Wonderful hotel experience. Excellent service, very nice breakfast room, in which we also enjoyed an evening coffee, excellent breakfasts. Outstanding service here.

Recently stayed here and although the staff was super kind, helpful and the breakfast was delicious, I was super disappointed in the quality of the room. The duvet was visibly not cleaned and had stains on it from previous guests. The pillows were like tiny couch throw pillows and the rugs in the room were crunchy and musty.

I was the Justice of the Peace at a wedding held here and was very impressed. The ballroom used was the perfect spot for a reception, beautifully decorated by the event planner and her team. It had a large dance floor, lots of room for tables, a full bar and bathrooms immediately off the ballroom (no need to go out into the hall). Definitively worth checking out if you are searching for a wedding reception venue.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help. Pool was beautiful... super warm. Rooms were very clean. Great location. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks to Nimfa and the rest of the staff for a personable experience. ☺

Everything was really good for this visit. Pretty standard expectation from a Comfort Inn but the staff were really good. We just dropped in for a quick sleep while on the road so we got everything we asked for.

Worth the stay!!! The hotel itself was really clean, and the personals were really friendly! The room we had was impeccable, and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was really good, and they were a lot of choices!!! We didn't regret our stay there, and when we'll go back to Halifax, this is where we are staying for sure!

Excellent services; clean and comfortable room, its nonetheless dated, but reflected in their rates. "Would return" if only for their outstanding hot breakfast and the service provided to my wife and l. And, the GM was even assisting the personnel in serving breakfasts and came to our table - that's leadership!
