Had
booked
a
night
here
through
Expedia

days
ago.
Upon
receiving
the
confirmation
email
it
indicates
to
contact
the
motel
for
a
late
check
in.
We
were
visiting
a
sick
family
member
in
the
hospital
and
wouldn't
get
to
the
motel
until
later
in
the
evening.
After
many
unanswered
phone
calls,
we
assumed
it
would
be
okay
to
just
show
up
as
we
had
a
reservation.
Arriving
at
930
after
a
long
day
the
office
is
not
opened.
There
was
a
phone
number
to
call
for
help.
Calling
that
the
man
told
us
the
motel
was
booked
and
there
was
nothing
he
could
do.
What
is
the
point
of
having
a
reservation
if
it
doesn't
hold
your
spot???
Being
tall-ships
it
was
hard
to
find
another
accommodation.
Almost
having
to
settle
to
pay
300
for
a
different
hotel
we
had
got
a
hold
of
a
motel
up
the
road
who
had
a
cancelation
and
allowed
us
to
bring
two
cots
into
the
single
queen
room.
Would
not
recommend
this
motel,
very
unprofessional
and
unorganized.
