Not really a "Shopping Mall" there is Dollarama, Lawton's Drugstore, dentist office, tax preparers. On the other side of the complex is a No Frills store, and I think a smoke shop. (I'm not a smoker, so I don't keep notice of these things.) There was a First Choice hairdressers but not sure if it's still open. Across the parking lot is a Canadian Tire store, that has service bays and appointments can be made to have your vehicle serviced.

Decent strip mall with a lot of variety of stores. Things you may need all in one place. No frills, Lawton, dollar store, first choice, a pizza place, fish and chips, there's a medical center there too I think, although I have never been, Canadian tire, a bowling alley. There's is lots of parking here for all of the stores, and close to Christmas there is a tree farm that sells Christmas trees set up in the parking lot. It's all Pretty convenient!

Good service and lots of options to buy for food and stuff for around the house

You know that feeling you get when you see hams are on sale? so you go to Sobeys right when they open for said ham and the Meat Guy tells you they didn't get any in. So you call lacewood Sobeys and they don't have any either! But you still want ham!!! So you think to yourself 'why are they even in the flyer if the don't have any?' SO YOU GO TO MUMFORD SOBEYS AND YOU BUY THE HAM!!!

The strip mall in Spryfield has been updated stores are bigger there's newer stuff more going on community-based all around A great experience parking lot no holes in it really nice Mall

We were shopping at No Frills - great buys there. I lost my cell outside the store, someone found it and returned it to the cashier inside. I want to Thank that person Very much.

Very small, but the stores that are there are usually kept clean and well stocked, except for no frills, hardly ever have stock of items on sale🤔

Love this plaza! Whenever I shop here it's always a great experience! Clean stores, lots of parking and friendly helpful staff! The No Frills is fantastic and they are always stocked up on everything you need. The Dollarama is a good store as well. They have some items other stores don't carry around HRM. There is also the Bowlarama in case you have a hankering for a good old fashioned game of bowling!

Dirty.. management has no control over very people parking in fire lanes and handicap with no permit.its up to management to inforce so if they don't care why should others
