Beautiful little shopping place. Some stores are so cute and have lots of neat stuff. Location is superb, right on the Halifax waterfront.

The place is gorgeous and it looks like it is well maintained! The lights at night make this place nice for a romantic stroll with a view of the ocean at the end. Good place to visit if you are planning to do a tiny bit of shopping or to get some snacks like ice cream (although they have restaurants here too). I wish there are more shops at this place, but I guess the area and structures can only accommodate few.

Loved the bookstore! It is a great place to pick up presents for the hard to buy for... do many amazing local authors to choose from across all genres. And you must stop at the coffee/bakery for a cranberry scone, delicious!

Enjoyed the cool breeze while dining on the deck. Enjoyed the fish and chips. My wife was more than satisfied with the lobster roll. Plus the historic feel of Halifax itself. The entire waterfront is quite awesome.

A great shopping area with both an indoor and outdoor component. Lots of souvenir shops for gifts.

A really good place to drop by if you want to pick up a souvenir from Halifax at a reasonable price.

Always a great place to go for a walk along the docks. Or to stop and have a meal at the many restaurants & pubs. Can be very busy on the weekends though.

Wasn't quite what we expected. Tried to have lunch, but they warned us it was a 90imute wait for food. Did buy some t-shirts at one of the two shops there.

Great little touristy spot with a surprising amount of local stuff. Not just lobster magnets and hoodies. Nice retreat from the boardwalk on a hot day. Food and drink.

This shopping center was fantastic! We were able to grab some sweatshirts, locally made jewelry, seafood, coffee, and a raspberry beret (the kind you find in the 2nd hand store!) Definitely check out all the amazing shops!!!

Largely focused on touristy shops, but not a bad place to look for souvenirs of a vacation.

It is so much fun to walk around and see the sights. Also, I see the various tourists too.

I recently went here early on a Saturday morning with a photographer and my family to have our yearly family photos taken (for Xmas cards and the like). It was nice to see the place not being extremely crowded as has been the case all summer. There are some very pretty buildings and all sorts of "props" to stage your photos with. The old brick walls and cobblestones also make great back drops. I highly recommend taking a stroll here during the quieter times.

Excellent shops to buy local crafts. Everyone was so friendly. You can find some quality gifts here.
