I went there for my hair highlights with marilinda, i told her before start that i dont want platinum i want caramel and also i showed her the picture. but at the end they turned my dark black hair into platinum white. When i ask the receptionist about the colour she tries to cover their mistake by saying its only her hair texture. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional. The receptionist said us that if we not gonna pay they going to call security on us. They did turned my hair looks ridiculous and charged me and tried to abuse me saying calling security on us. I paid the full amount and their manager were on phone who insisted the receptionist to let us pay. They didnt applogies for their fault of making my hair white but try to being rude on us. This is very sad to see big brands do this to their customers for sake of money. They dont care about your looks they only care about money. At the end she charged me full amount and didnt appologise for their fault. I am never going to back in this place. Stay away from fraud guys.

Sadly was not a great experience this time. I did go in for a larger chop of a cut - about 7 inches off- and I have curly hair. I trusted my stylist to take the lead, but the cut given did not take my curl texture and shape into account at all. Left with a really awful cut for my hair with shape at all. Really upsetting- easily the worst shaping I have had. I never straighten my hair, so the cut I got absolutely does not work for my life. I also received a colour- but it ended up being extremely far off from what I requested. It’s insanely dark, flat, and has no dimension to it- I asked for an mahogany towards purple and got an almost black. I’m really upset and disappointed. I have had nice colours and cuts in the past- but this experience likely means I won’t be going back.

Probably the best haircut I've ever had. I've been doing fashion colour for the past few years, but this was the best. Olivia was fantastic! Brought in one picture of a style and one of the colour profile I was looking for, and she absolutely nailed it. I loved the extra touch of bringing me dye 'swatches' to let me have some say in the colour choice. Worst experience ever . Went to get my hair colour done and my hair stylist did money highlights which i ended my not liking. I was scheduled to fix it . I went for my appointment and ended up with racism. My hair stylist was sick someone else did my hair . The whole staff was so rude there body language made me so uncomfortable. Instead of washing my hair they wiped it with towel and i went home colour with my hair and stains on my face . The way they seeing me off was very uncomfortable. And don’t think so they would done this all with their community. Everyone should be respected equally and treated fairly.

I don't remember her name but you must have it on record. I was there at 2p on June 22. I had two photos on my phone with an idea of what I wanted similar to what I have done every summer. She said she would use clippers or some instrument I associate with men's hair cuts. That never happened before and I have been going to this location since 2014. She was pleasant but asked so many questions I should have been suspicious, whereas others have just gone ahead and cut according to the photo with maybe a comment or two. When I paid I realized I had a very junior person which I did not want. But I know how it happened. A month ago I dropped in for a bang trim and she did it. Fine. She wanted me to book my next appointment which I never do in advance but I relented. So I got her again for the full cut. Really disappointed. I feel lopsided. I'll be wearing a cap or hat all summer.

I grew up with terrible experiences getting my hair cut. This is the first place that has made me feel welcome, comfortable and that knows exactly what I want and helps me achieve my hair goals. Anna, my hair dresser, is absolutely amazing! She has taken care of my hair for over the last year and has such a kind soul. The space also has a very positive vibe and you can really tell people enjoy not only being there but working there as well. Thank you guys for all that you do! You are such an amazing team!!

Bailee is the best hair stylist I have ever been to - hands down!! She is the sweetest and we have fun at every appointment. She has transformed my hair and I will recommend her to everyone!

I had a regular person who cut my hair there who is great. Had a hair cut from a different hairdresser and it is the worst haircut I have ever had in my life - it was as if she didn't care at all what she did to my hair. She completely ruined the haircut I had grown my hair out for, including buzzing the entire back of my head in an uneven manner (which wasn't supposed to be buzzed) - having a large patch of longer hair in the back of my head, which my husband had to buzz upon arriving home. See pictures. She did not show me the back of my head before leaving, as hairdressers have in the past - I assume because of what she had done.

Excellent experience here with Bailee! She gave me the copper balayage of my dreams. She’s professional, kind, and passionate about her work. The salon is bright, clean, and welcoming. I would recommend going here, especially to see Bailee!

Last week I had the most lovely experience. This salon is so fresh and welcoming and my stylist Bailee was such a doll! She is so sweet and very easy to talk to. Ever since I met josh a year 1/2 ago, no one else cuts my hair. I have very long hair that I don’t colour, I only get healthy haircuts for long term maintenance and after I leave Josh’s chair, my hair is beautiful for months. Sometimes I wish I bleached/coloured my hair because of his talent! If you want to feel great and look good…BOOK WITH JOSH! (Also the kindest soul I’ve ever met)

I’ve been going to Heather Harroun since 2017. As a blonde I know how important getting the right stylist to do your colour is! I am so lucky my first appointment back in 2017 was with Heather! She creates the most beautiful, dimensional and healthy blonde I’ve ever had each time I sit in her chair. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair than Heather. I’ve recently moved back to NB from Halifax and I will continue to drive 4 hours just so Heather can do my hair. Thank you so much Heather, you truly are the best :)

Brilliante is a wonderful salon. I go to Adrienne for all my eyebrow needs, she does an exceptional job on laminating, tinting and waxing by brows. I was initially just getting my brows waxed, but asked Adrienne for suggestions on how I could make my brows look more full, she suggested lamination and tinting and I’ve never looked back!!! She’s an eyebrow artist, can’t say enough good things. I always look forward to my appointment and leave feeling great. The reception staff is also very friendly and helpful. See you next week!!

Had such an amazing experience here! The staff were great and Josh my stylist was so wonderful!! The attention to detail and professionalism he had in his approach to colour was really impressive and I knew right away I would be in good hands! I absolutely LOVE the finished product, so if you’re looking to get your hair coloured, he is definitely the guy to go to!

Chose to come to Brillante to see Josh based solely on these Google Reviews and my expectations were exceeded! Josh was able to transform my hair to a beautiful blonde colour by using highlights. I haven't had a hair cut that I love as much as this one in years! Also, Josh uses a special blowout technique that made my hair bouncy and voluminous and I just loved it! I highly recommend booking with Josh for anything hair-related, especially folks dyeing their hair! He takes great consideration to the quality of the hair and set me up with a sustainable plan to go platinum blonde— He’s gonna tell you like it is so you can actually decide what’s most important to you, and made a 5hour session fly by like a breeze. Nicole C. stepped in so that I could still get my hair cut and she did an incredible job with a tricky request.
