I ordered a bunch of stuff end of March...delivery guy didn't follow the directions and delivered to the wrong address...called the store for help, they had no idea what to do...called their customer service and they apologized and said they'd process the refund (ok, great)...a month later after no refund I called the customer service line again...apologized and escalated, saying it might take 7 business days (okkkkkk....)....2 weeks later after not receiving the refund I called again and was told they would escalate it again, because it worked so well the first 2 times. I look forward to having to dispute this transaction with my credit card when I still don't get my refund by the year 2026... I've included a photo of what I received from my order:

We ordered a pizza and waited. They have a kind of assembly line for the pizza. So to Little Caesars credit, they got us one of the pies coming out of the conveyor type over. I do appreciate that. The price was fairly reasonable. Not totally inexpensive, but not too expensive either. I think they hit a good spot for the quality of the product they present. Now the pizza itself. The pizza was OK at best. It filled our belly. It wasn't terrible by any means. But it wasn't all that good either. It looked and seemed like a frozen pizza to us. But at least a decent frozen pizza. I'm not saying it is a frozen pizza. Only that it seemed like one to us. Sometimes in this world, you get what you pay for. Little Caesars is fairly inexpensive. But the pizza you get is worth what you paid. Not bad, but not great either.

Good food and nice staff, though there's no garbage bins here. None that are really open to the public at least. I had to ask the employee behind the counter if there was a garbage I could throw my gum into, and she had to pull one out from the back. That's my only gripe though! The pizza was fresh and warm and ready right on time as we arrived!

We bought pizza and a crazy bread but then the cashier asked me if I wanted a dipping sauce. I said yes and we got the pizza. But I looked at the price and it was expenisve than what I thought, it was because the dipping sauce is $1.75. The cashier did not tell us that it cost extra money and when I asked her that I didn't want the sauce she looked at me in an annoying/disgusted way. She did get us a refund but the way she reacted to me was very rude and not kind.

We ordered a vegetarian pizza and found a piece of bacon in it. We are never coming back and won’t recommend this location to anyone.

Gross. Called to order and repeated exactly what I was looking for several times. They confirmed they had it and placed the order. Not at all what I ordered and so gross. Double crust, you could peel off two layers. Called and given the run around.

Great place. Great service and their pizza (supreme my favorite) has lots of toppings.

Little Caesars used to have nice pizza at affordable price. But this days their pizza is terrible and very salty. You order for one thing and they give you another. The management just need to monitor those preparing the pizza and those taking the order closely. Else the business will die off. Terrible taste this days.

the service was really bad. i waited 40 minutes for two pizzas that were supposed to be hot n ready. after all that waiting the pizzas were undercooked and nasty.

Ordered for my little guys bday party. Was missing food. After calling soon as I got home I was expected to drive back there about a total 40 mins of travel or call the manager on Monday. Upon talking to the manager after the fact, I was told it was my fault I should have checked the food before I left. Well I ordered for a party of 8 plus my spouse and I, I had a ton of boxes you want me to open all the boxes on the counter in your 5 x 5 store with a line up. WHAT A JOKE, how about you have your employees package orders properly, it's not that hard really. I then asked the manager for his name that I was going to escalate the issue with head office and he was belligerent and rude and would not provide me his name. I cannot believe the customer service from this man WHO I REMIND YOU IS THE MANAGER. Save yourself the headache and do NOT order from this Parkland Drive store in Halifax or Little Caesars in general.

The cheapest, decent fast food around imo. You can feed a family of 4-5 for $25-30. That's two people at any burger joint. It's our go to when we are tired and Trudeau taxed out of every nickel we could rub together.

I would give it a 0 but I can’t so I gave it 1 the pizza crust was undercooked I waited more then 30 minutes for two cheese pizzas. The man couldn’t spell my name properly after i told him how to spell it yet it was still wrong. I would recommend going to Pizza Hut instead it’s much better there.

Ordered 3 classics pizza and trusted the employees with quality then arrived at home and all the 3 classics pizza uncut no a good way to show the care about the product. I guess I pay for what I get but will never buy again pizza from little Cesar’s .. for ya all guys piece of advice. Make sure you check your pizza right there at the store when they pass it to you open it right there so you don’t have to be disappointed later at home or elsewhere

Went here to get some crazy bread and marinara sauce. Got it no problem and went to eat it and the crazy bread was cold and the marinara sauce was warm and solid. Went back in to get another sauce and the woman working the counter brought out another solid one and tried to tell me the fridge was making them hard... but they were warm. So solid to the point you couldn't stick the crazy bread into the sauce. 100% would not recomend go to this location. Save your gas and go to kenneys just down the street.

Good when you pick up your self but don’t skip it missing orders and raw pizza for a 5 year old

Good pizza and very fast...great being able to pick it up from the little hot ovens when ordered online.

Amazing, delectable pizza. They provide a lot of veggies, cheese and sauce on the pizza as compared to any other pizza in that much price. I think no one can beat them. They should open some more stores.❤️❤️

Hello, I love ordering little Caesars pizza, it's super delicious. Just one little thing, the last three times I ordered from this location and asked for donair sauce, I got marinara sauce. See foto below. Otherwise the food is great.

Dont order a pizza over the phone. You repeat it almost 5 times to them on the phone and they still dont get it right when you pick it up. Have had to send pizza back multiple times because its never right.

I love little Ceasars for the cheap priced pizza, but the one thing I am disappointed in is that they took away the indoor dining chairs.. sometimes it was nice to go ear inside and not have to bring ital the way home.

This place is awesome if you need something quick and on the go. Even their pre made items are always hot and fresh. Their prices are un beatable I just love this place ❤️

We go there alot after swimming to get supper. Their prices are inexpensive and always have pizza or something else ready. If the pizza isn't ready you don't have a long wait. It's a great place to go
