    It's a fun environment. The Trainers are always so willing to help you through a challenging workout by offering an alternative way to work the muscles. I am not the most physically fit or active person as I've had several back injures in the past and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but even with my limitations the Trainers find ways to help me through it. They actually care about your success and encourage you through your workouts. The trainers are always helpful in explaining each station. The 30 minutes fly by and you get a really great work out. I highly recommend 9round workout! You'll feel great and have fun doing it!

    It's fun, it's challenging, I sweat a ton, it's great for toning muscles as well being an awesome cardio workout, it's quick and efficient, the staff are fantastic, always playing great music at just the right volume, can't get bored because there is always something new to focus on achieving, it challenges your mind and body at the same time, and I love that there are no specific class times. I feel so much stronger and happier since becoming a member. I just love the place!

    Quick and intense work out, you just show up and the wonderful trainers show/tell you what to do. They check in on how you’re doing during workout, step in for some one-on-one time to push you further, talk to you about your goals, and are generally lovely and supportive. They have a excellent team at Lacewood and I would highly recommend! First workout is free, so why not give it a try!?

    Staff is friendly and supportive. Workouts are quick but challenging. Flexible start times work well with my unpredictable schedule. It's proving to be great stress relief and I can feel myself getting stronger. I'm loving it!

    The best thing about 9 Round is the trainers, they keep you motivated and consistently change things up. You never know what to expect when you go in there in terms of routine, the only thing I expect every time is to sweat!! I also like the quick conversations before we leave and the simple question, "when will you be back". It adds accountability and commitment.

    9round Halifax has been a fantastic place to work out. It’s model is setup to get an efficient workout through kickboxing and other exercises using your body weight or simple equipment. The atmosphere is modern and clean and there’s always good tunes playing. You need to try it for yourself to fun it really is.

    Great place to have a quick intense workout for all levels. Coaches/trainers will monitor your progress and technique. Highly recommended.
