On
my
road
to
recovery
from
years
of
disordered
eating
and
an
unhealthy
relationship
with
exercise,
I
tasked
myself
to
discover
a
way
to
enjoy
moving
my
body
that
didn’t
feel
image-driven.
I
started
30
Minute
HIT
at
the
recommendation
of
family
members,
and
instantly
felt
the
strong
sense
of
community
in
the
gym.
It’s
a
really
inclusive
environment
(people
of
all
ages,
sizes,
abilities),
which
was
a
relief
after
leaving
past
gyms
feeling
uncomfortable/judged.
I’m
a
fairly
shy
person,
but
I’ve
managed
to
make
friends
through
all
the
panting
and
sweating.
I’ve
never
laughed
with
strangers
so
much
in
my
life!
The
circuit
is
challenging,
stimulating
and
goes
by
quickly.
Knowing
you’re
building
a
skill
is
satisfying,
and
recognizing
your
improvement
over
time
is
a
huge
confidence
boost.
The
trainers
are
wonderful
people
who
truly
want
you
to
succeed
and
have
fun.
They
all
genuinely
understand
the
needs
of
each
member
on
the
floor,
and
provide
the
appropriate
personalized
support.
I
feel
so
grateful
to
be
a
part
of
the
30
Minute
Hit
family.
I
can’t
imagine
another
gym
ever
making
me
feel
so
strong,
happy
and
healthy
:)
