Most beautiful lake spot in N.S. I love it here. Even though it's about a 30 min drive from home I don't care. The crowds are always small and it's so serene there. Water is clear and clean, and there's a lifeguard, of course. If you like lakes and beaches this place is a must see.

Lovely spot...we took our daughter who is in a wheelchair...the trail down to the beach was fine but pushing the wheelchair back up the trail was a little harder. There is a mobi mat but it was too steep near the waters edge and slippery so we didn't want to take the chance of losing her in her wheelchair. We did have a lovely swim with our grandson while sitting my daughter in the shade of the trees.

Beautiful spot. the lake is wheelchair accessible. However, to get to the lake, the path is gravel and quite the hill. There is no playground, no restroom, no picnic tables. On leash dog friendly.

Nice little community beach. There is a short walk downhill from parking lot to beach. Summer months hrm provides a port a potty, and garbage cans, lifeguard services including swimming lessons.

Nice little spot with beautiful water. Didn't see any leeches and is about a 3-4 min walk from the road.

Nice hidden gem of a fresh water lake in HRM. Doesn’t attract large crowds and easy access to the water for the kids. Sandy beach area with trails leading around the lake area. Life guard on duty. Downside is the bathroom (portable) is located in the parking lot, a short walk from the beach area. Mainly families in the summer.
