Exactly what we were looking for, quality Canadian clothing. We didn't want to get poorly made souvenir t-shirts for our relatives. By chance we stopped by this store and we will definitely recommend to our friends who will also be visiting Halifax next month. Good priced and quality products, staff were super helpful and gave us some great tips for what to see in Halifax! Thanks guys!

Love the feel of the store and the quality of the clothing, I used to go to school in Halifax and it was my favourite store to shop at while I was there. Never had anything but top level service, even now that I am back in Ontario I still routinely order from Canook. Awesome store and awesome people!

I lived in Halifax for 4 years and one of my favorite things about this city was the amount of local businesses located in the downtown area. This is one of those local businesses that I loved to visit whether to purchase product or play with their beautiful and welcoming shop dog. It is extremely easy to get to, prices are very reasonable and the staff are extremely friendly. I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone!

One of the nicest shops in Halifax. Worth stopping in whether your a local or visiting from out of town. Everything is made in Canada and they offer super unique and beautiful clothing items AND jewelry. And on top of that... they have a STORE DOG. SO CUTE. Such a pretty pup and super friendly. Everytime I stop in I'm greeted with a smile - employees and the owner go above and beyond. One of the best stores Halifax has to offer. A true GEM in this city !!

Every time I go to Canook I am always greeted by a staff member upon entering the store. The staff & owner are very friendly and are always willing to help. I have never had one complaint about my various visits to this store. It’s a great store for me and my husband and our dog to go shop. I don’t have to leave my dog in the car. Bonus!

A lovely little hole-in-the-wall establishment with a solid selection of quality, Canadian-made clothing. The service was terrific: the lovely duo working Friday, March 24 in the evening even kept the shop open after hours as I poked around. Thank you.
