Often has great sales. My pet peeve is that they don't have mirrors inside the fitting rooms. Mirrors are hung on the outside of the fitting rooms so you have to open the door to check for fit and style.

Customer service was really rude to my sibling. Cashier was aggressive and unprofessional. Hopefully further training can be applied to avoid scenarios in the future.

Staff was very friendly and was helpful when I asked for some help picking out jeans. Also there is usually a promotion going on and the staff will be keen to inform you of their deals that day . They have changing rooms as well if you'd like to try something on.

Very poor customer service today …one of the white staff with short hairs was very rude and didn’t even reply properly and was showing racist expressions.. I hope blue notes management can do something about it..
