    For anyone looking for an engagement ring save yourself time/money. Went in and off the bat was not taken seriously and basically told what I was looking for was expensive and hard to find instead of working with me and my budget for solutions. Was shown lower quality diamonds that were way overpriced and told "you won't find better than this" so it can be very misleading to someone who doesn't know much about diamonds. Also asked for a quote 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive anything. But that's okay, because within this time frame I purchased the most beautiful, high quality diamond from Peoples at a lower price than the lower quality diamond at Charm. If you're in the market, I highly recommend visiting Jason at Peoples; I promise you will not be let down

    Dartmouth Mic Mac Mall location is the very best. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Never pushy and always extremely helpful. Been going here for years and will for many more. Check out the new Disney Collection.

    I have had some issues with my wedding band but I can assure you the manager Jo-Anne dealt with this in the most professional way possible. She definitely went above and beyond. I have been a client with charm jewelry for at least 7 years and have dealt with Carol Ann through most of my purchases and she is wonderful. I will continue buying all my jewelry through Charm . I would highly recommend.

    Great staff. More inventory would have been nice. More selective sizes would be great. Not always hearing cause it a different size and then the shipping. When I should of been able to walk in an at least have it if I wanted. (Aka money making scheme from all jewelry diamond shops are taking up on this. Should always have done in back and never show a client a show case item. Grab from back. (Never need to leave keys in a certin place again and not so many given out. All and all 7 out 10 Anybody want to know more? Send me an message or email. Ciao.

    Was treated very well, at first, but once the associate helping me found out that the relatively inexpensive ring I was trying to find was for an engagement the level of customer service, and her attitude towards me, took a starkly negative turn. What's worse, I have had friends experience the exact same thing at this location when trying to shop for inexpensive engagement rings. The reality is that many millennials just aren't interested in having extravagant, bulky diamonds on their fingers or in spending several months salary on a ring their love simply isn't going to love. My partner has very specific taste in what they would like as an engagement ring and the perfect ring to meet those tastes happens to be an inexpensive one. My budget is not necessarily a reflection of my means. Regardless, a customer's budget should never dictate the level of service they receive in your store. Shame on you! Even worse still, I was lied to by the associate. Because the ring was discontinued, she told me she would try to contact a couple other locations that had it in stock. She went to the back office for a few minutes and upon returning she said they couldn't be reached because of lockdown closures, practically shoved the piece of paper at me with the SKU and their store phone numbers, and all but ushered me out of the store. I have since spoken to the manager of one of the other locations and he assured me that he was available and by the phone at the time she apparently tried to call him, as his store is not even open to the public, at present, due to Ontario's Covid lockdown. No customers. No distractions. She just never tried to call him. Unreal. I CHOSE an inexpensive ring but that doesn't mean I don't have the means and desire to spend plenty on other jewelry in the future. Instead of fostering that potential customer relationship, Halifax Charm managed to tank it in under ten minutes. Any future business I do with Charm, locally, will be at the Dartmouth or Bedford stores. The way I was treated at the Halifax store is inexcusable and seems to be a pattern. This location will never, ever see a penny from me and I will make sure others know to avoid as well!

    Got a ring for my wife’s birthday a couple months ago and had it sized. About a week ago it cracked where it was sized and said that you have to pay $25 if you don’t have the extended warranty. When I asked if they could waive it since it is fairly new and it shouldn’t crack so soon, there was clearly something wrong with the craftsmanship. They told me it’s a mandatory fee and was extremely dismissive of my concerns

    Update: It has been one full week since I took the suggestion below and emailed charm diamond in hopes of a solution. I have not heard anything from them. Had my ring resized and it was returned with a missing diamond from the setting. The staff member didn’t check over the ring before giving it back to me. Thank goodness I looked it over before leaving. They sent it back to get the diamond replaced but didn’t offer any sort of rebate on the initial sizing of the ring. It would have been nice for them to offer this given they had lost the diamond. I was quoted $100 for the resizing and it ended up being $150 (which by itself is fine but in addition to what happened after was annoying).

    Had some issues with a gold piece, the staff went out of their way to accommodate and make sure I was happy with my purchase. They went above and beyond to find a remedy and they did! Special thank you to Tess, Wendy & Joanne for the top notch customer service. Love my gold cross :)
