did both womens programs with coach Kelly and assistant coach Sarah 10/10. Kelly is very knowledgeable and encourages you to progress at every step. They take the time to ensure your comfortable and to improve your skills. It was a very welcoming environment, would recommend

It was an inclusive environment! I was nervous to go not knowing anyone but the welcoming environment made the experience so good! I can't wait to continue on with this program and after!

Great energy. The workout killed me - in a good way. It was cool that all ages and skill levels could find their own workout. Multiple people welcomed me. Learned some new skills. Had a lot of fun. Will 100% be back.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was my first time at the studio and I had 0000 clues but they helped me out. The class was for beginners and it started at an appropriately low level (lol). Would recommend!

I have been a member at the Dartmouth location for over 2 years now and this was my first class at the Halifax location. The facility is awesome and I was happy to see the same energy carried over to the new gym!

The cleanest, most welcoming boxing gym around that I’ve been to….knowledgeable coaches with experience and a willingness to adapt to clientele. The fact they cater to all walks of life and fitness goals not just the fighting side of things shows with how many members they continue to add. I have almost stopped going to my “regular” gym as the workouts/atmosphere is top notch and keep me much more motivated.

Stepping into this boxing gym is like stepping into a ring of motivation – gloves up, spirits high! The trainers here aren't just experts; they're the Jedi masters of boxing, turning even the most uncoordinated souls into Muhammad Ali incarnates... or at least trying to. The ambiance? Picture Rocky Balboa's training spot but with better lighting and design with less raw eggs. They've nailed that sweet spot between 'I can conquer the world' and 'my muscles hate me,' and it's oddly addictive. The community vibe is where this place truly shines. It's like a fight club, minus the secrecy. Everyone's here to punch their stress away and cheer each other on – a supportive, sweaty family. If you're looking for a place to spar, sweat buckets, and possibly discover your inner Rocky (or at least laugh at yourself trying), this gym is your one-two punch solution. Just remember, the soreness tomorrow is the gym's way of saying, 'You're welcome!' 🥊💪"

I have been interested in boxing for years and couldn't have come across a better place to get started. Everyone is friendly, helpful and encouraging. They have a full schedule of classes for everyone from beginner to advanced, making it easy to fit a class into your busy day. I'm only in Halifax for a couple months and will be sad to leave this gym but excited to continue boxing when I get home on the west coast thanks to Queensberry Rules and their great coaches!

I had my first session yesterday and already told friends about it and i’m trying to bring them on board. I started on the beginners program. It was a good atmosphere, everyone seemed friendly, the instructors were clear and welcoming, and its a great way for me to get moving again. I've been looking forward to the next session since the moment I left the first

Class i walked into seemed closed to cross fit than boxxing, within 5 minutes i was hit with rule after rule, everything was a "liability to them" hand wraps are mandatory even if you have several years boxxing experience and forgot them they require you to buy theirs at 20$ a pair, dont think you can practice on the bag by yourself between classes its a liability, dont kick the bag if you break your leg its their fault, didnt expect to spar my first week there but if you wanna spar at all no matter how long youve gone there or how experienced you were previously they require you to pay 230$ on top of your membership to take their "sparring certification" Felt a little con'd into it, they werent open with any of this information until after they get your payment, i even rang up before hand and mentioned i was looking for a kickboxxing or mma gym after moving to the city no mention of their bag kicking ban, just decided to cut my losses and leave before class started they refused to refund me the membership

It's a fun, supportive environment while pushing me past my perceived limits and making me build strength, stamina and confidence. I've loved my experience so far. Highly recommend the women’s introductory classes - fun and challenging! Aimee and Amy are awesome!

A fantastic gym that offers a wide range of boxing classes that combine bag work, pad work and intense workouts. Outstanding staff and trainers who know their stuff but also know you as members. Great beginner style classes that will help you prepare for the more intense classes. If you have ever wondered about about boxing or just becoming more physically active you owe it to yourself to check this place out.

Tried out the boxing 101 workout this morning and it was amazing! Motivating and respectful instructor who taught the basics while giving us a kick butt workout. Ive been consistently impressed with the instructors and programs both at the hfx and dartmouth gyms. Highly recommend.

Lot of fun great workout. I've been going because cardio days at the gym were boring. This is great cardio and much more engaging.
