During our vacation to Halifax, we had to stop by Hope For Wildlife. Madyson's been watching Hope in the Wild for a while now, and she's always wanted to go visit. As soon as we walked in, we got to enjoy very friendly volunteers. The wildlife center is very well laid out, and should be the standard for any other wildlife centers. We got to experience being up close and personal with some of the wildlife that we all see out in the rural parts of the Maritimes. My favorite by far has to be the crow in the welcoming center. Keep up the great work, and ensure you come visit Hope For Wildlife. Support this great company.

We enjoyed having the opportunity to take part in their open house. Seems like they’re doing a phenomenal work and we were so grateful to have the opportunity to take a look inside. Please support them if you are able to and check out their social media pages for more information.

Lovely little gem, walking tours were available but you can also go around yourself on the footpath and view all the beautiful guest animals and permanent residents. Staff were lovely and kind with the children present and very knowledgable. Parking is a challenge but you're treated to some very lovely views of the coast!

We got to experience one of their lovely open house days and I can't say enough wonderful things about the amazing work they do and the wonderful people who help make it happen. We were lucky enough to meet Hope who is just so sweet and kind. A few weeks later my husband found a lone baby pigeon and was able to call in Hope for Wildlife to come to its rescue. Without them the poor baby would have died. We are so grateful for the service they do. (The final photo I added is of the baby pigeon found at my husband's job site. He is now safe with Hope.)

I'd seen the show years ago and was super excited to get the chance to visit when I happened to be in the area! What an amazing centre, the number of animals that pass through is mind blowing! What they're doing here is so heart warming. Thanks!

Well organized. We had a tour and information about their Xray room and about the meds used on all the creatures they cured and cared for. Such a wonderful place, full of caring stuff. Given an enecdote about one of their white geese. Thank you for your kindness towards these wonderful creatures.

I gave hope for wildlife 5 ⭐️ because there wasn't an option to select 10 ⭐️! What a fantastic facility full of wonderful, caring staff that are more then happy to answer questions. The animals in captivity are only there if they couldn't be released safely into the wild and they are living their best life! They have fundraisers often and I recommend contributing what you can, your money goes to an amazing facility ❀️

What a wonderful place to spend a couple of hours. The animals are so well taken care of, and the employees are incredibly kind and informative. An added bonus: the scenery on the drive to get there is breathtaking.

Rained the entire time there, very well laid out for all the injured animals, clean and organized very well. Very educational. You can see the good of this place just by walking throughout and seeing all the good benefits to the rehabilitating of animals. We met Hope who is as genuine as you see on TV. Great program to support.

What a wonderful place! We booked ahead and were able to schedule a private tour. I'll be going back for sure when it's open to the public.

Hope and her staff and volunteers are amazing and also crucial and necessary to keeping native and even non native species of wildlife healthy and thriving in Nova Scotia. With humans making a large impact on wildlife it's good to see people countering those effects and providing care for injured and orphaned wildlife. Love you Hope, and everyone else who contributes or has contributed there.

Not only does this place bring hope for wildlife but the same amount of hope for humanity. We went there yesterday for the 12pm tour and George was amazing I mean everyone there was amazing with their knowledge, understanding, and immense care of every animal as an individual and an entire species. It was incredible to be able talk to Hope and really witness her passion for life as she taught us about the works of the x-ray rooms and the charts for the animals this year and all. An enormous difference in the world of animal life is being made right here.

I went on a class trip back in 2018 and absolutely loved it! I’m writing this now because I bought a glass USB from the gift shop and it’s lasted me this entire time, I just put it through the washing machine by mistake and it still works!
