I wish I could give more stars because I like the space in the apartment. But it’s constantly noisy. I’m forced to listen to other peoples music that they blast with subwoofers and footsteps from people who seem to not understand they live in an apartment above people. The front end staff seems great so far, but I’m paying way too much money to not be able to sleep in my own bed at night. Courtesy officer seems hit or miss when you call to report anything. There’s also been trash laying around the whole apartment complex for quite some time now and no one has done anything about it. Two full bags of trash were thrown down in between 2 buildings and the leftovers of animals tearing it apart is still there.

This is the best property I have ever rented. The ladies in the office are fantastic about getting back to you and helping in any way they can- truly the nicest people. I’ve never seen bugs in my apartment since I’ve been here, and anything I ever see that is wrong or could be wrong the office ladies have bent over backwards to fix immediately and maintenance is also very fast about fixing anything big or small. Water, trash, and pest control is actually included in the rent. So all you have to do is take your trash to the dumpster and request when you want your apartment sprayed. You really can’t put a price on how nice every one is here and some of the apartments also have a great view! They even have a pool, a play area and lake access. The neighbors have all been great also! If you are even missing a package they are really good about turning it in so you can pick it up from the office. Overall an amazing place to live, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

Very nice apartments! I wasn’t expecting them and the balconies to be so large. I really love all the nature and lake view, as well as the quality of the apartments. I can watch deer from my bedroom sometimes! Only complaints are that I can hear everything the people above me say or do, and that the parking lot is super small. Only a few months in and somebody has already hit my car. Otherwise, a very nice experience so far! The management team is lovely. I think I will be staying here for a while.

I'm just moved in this apartment and will not recommended to anyone. We can't wait to move out and we are here not even a month yet. We are at 2nd floor and the 3rd floor people will start making noise from 5 am during the week. We couldn't sleep and on the weekend my apartment will hear walking and running sound all day sometimes they will make very loud banging or moving things or dropping things on the floor. The dog will starts barking from 8pm to midnight once in awhile. The wall is so thin I can hear my neighbors yelling or baby crying. I Believe that wont happens in every unit but from what I've read the comments. It won't be much better. So disappointed. This place is not cheap. i gave 2 stars because the office people are pretty cool and the view is sooo beautiful here.

The staff is the perfect mix of professional and personable. They respond to any question, concern, or maintenance issue promptly. I thoroughly enjoy living there. Plus the view from the back porch is nothing to complain about.

I’ve been a resident here at Edgewater since December 2020. I love living here! The location is beautiful and quiet on Lake Lanier as well as away from the heavier traffic of Green St. My first lease was in a 2 bedroom, and I needed to move during that lease. The managers offered a transfer to a one bedroom for a fee, and I’m so grateful they had that option! When selecting which 1 bedroom is move to, Sam was amazing! Management is incredibly friendly and answers ALL questions I’ve ever had. They truly have created a lovely community here that I’m happy to be a part of. The laundry room is always clean. The pool is well maintained. They are pet friendly as well! Living at Edgewater is a truly unique experience. It’s quiet, full of families, and is in a little slice of nature away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. I will continue living here for a while!

If you're staying on the very bottom floor in any of the buildings I feel sorry because this one is on the bottom floor, and at times it has been so much noise above the apartment that it seems the whole floor is about to fall in. In my opinion, it seems people pay a lot here but don't actually have privacy due to weak flooring and screeching back and forth. I don't believe it's the renters' fault in my eyes. However, that is pretty much the businesses so therefore it is problem. I think they should take the time to acknowledge the situation and get it fixed asap. People spend a lot of money per apartment on each floor. The management should consider it as a high risk and focus using some of the renters' money on what needs to be investigated and then fixed before something awfully severe or, even worse, tragically happens Point Blank. Because it's not something you can just squirt WD-40 on and let it go. That's only fair as well as 100% legit because sometimes, it gets awfully scary. Hopefully, "someone" will take the opportunity in time to understand this request and get something done before it may be too late because you never know. After all, this is 2023, and some people just don't care unless it's about money or what they can get out of the situation.

I moved here a little over a month ago. Came from the backwoods country to the Lake due to new job location. I don’t regret choosing Edgewater. The staff n neighbors r the best. It’s pretty much quiet here n nice. I truly do love living here at Edgewater. I will say I made the best decision when I choose Edgewater.
