Terrible my wife called them multiple time before arriving to make sure there was available room. We called 10 minutes before arriving only to be told after we were dropped off by our Lyft with all of our luggage that they gave the room away and there is no space for us. After we already check out early from the hotel we were staying. So they completely screwed us.

The best customer service ever. Clean apartments.. My friends now! Love mary and Jhon. Every time I return to Florida I rent here. Family owned. 6 minutes from Hollywood Beach. The area have security surveillance system.

This is a very nice and clean apartment, we had a such good time. Thank for all your attentions, every time we visit around that area we'll visit you. I highly recommend this place to stay. ❤

Best price for "home like" seasonal rentals!! OWNER OPERATED, John, Mary and Tom will treat you like family! 2 mikes to the ocean. Many restaurants and shops in the area. The place is kept very clean and updated with all the goodies you need. You will not regret if you stay there!

Not cleaned before we moved in, found toys and clothes, and dishes clearly used and left behind. Not cleaned while we were there even though we were told the apartments were cleaned weekly (which I prefer anyway because of my OCD cleaning habits, but it's the principle of it), "ladies of the night" seen more than once coming and going with the transient workers. Left for the weekend with locked doors. Returned to locked doors, but found urine in our bedroom. It did not smell like animal urine. It was incredibly creepy.

The owners are very nice and friendly. Rooms are a great price for the area. The rooms are basically efficiency units. They come with kitchens. You have a shopping plaza across the street and plenty restaurants nearby.

It's a family owned business and they were all amazing. We had an issue with our a/c and Tommy came immediately and replaced it with a brand new one. They did everything they could to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place!!! My wife and I had just moved to FL and we were waiting our apt to be ready to move. We stayed with Jon and Mary for about two weeks and it was great. Jon and Mary are very nice people and took good care of us!!! I totally recommend this place. Great location - abt 2 miles from the beach! Starbucks, Publix and Pollo Tropical are right on the other side of the street. Also, it's very close to Hollywood Blvd which has great restaurants and night entertainment! We loved it!!!

I am staying here for work. The apartments are nice. But what really is the best part is the customer service is second to none. Is there is an issue it’s taken care of immediately. I can’t wait to stay here again. Great people to do business with.
