Cashier Keyshea was extremely rude. She called for the next guest and when my family arrived at the counter, she continued to talk to the cashier next to her. I had to say excuse me for the cashier to stop talking and take our order. Every time I had a question or made a change to my sandwich, Keyshea rolled her eyes or sucked her teeth. If I didn't have something to do, I would have called the manager to speak about Keyshea behavior. Food was good though.

A fast food restaurant chain located in Aventura Mall offers a wide variety of hamburgers freshly made in front of you while you wait. A bit expensive for my taste. Service is good.

Aventura Mall in front to the AMC theater. Nice Burgers and fries 🍔🍟 They need to take care of the place and clean more.

Seems like they have raised their prices over the last year. Burgers are pretty small for thag new price. Staff wasnt as friendly as I thought they should be as I would have expected them to be in aventura mall considering the price of everything in that place. The taste was good never the less

Got a burger and it was out quick. Very tasty and the fried were salted just right at this location!

All tastes delicious and freshly made. I became obsessed with the hot dogs with ketchup. The cheeseburger is fine including the fries. It feels you up fast and doesn't get you bloated. But if you've been dieting and decide to eat a cheeseburger then you'll feel a little sick because it's very heavy on calories and not healthy. Get the Hotdogs if you've been dieting.

5 guys us located inside the mall.. easiest way to go to it is park in the parking garage and park on the 3rd floor there's a bridge that goes across it and as soon as you walk in there it is in the right.. the food was cook perfectly. If you haven't tried the cajun fries do they are really good

Food was fine, it’s pretty hard to mess up their menu. But the customer service was terrible. Every employee, including the cashier, acted as if I was inconveniencing them when I ordered. When I walked in, three employees just stared before someone from the back came up to take our order. Even when I was trying to pay, the cashier was on her phone behind the cash register. The second they had a chance, they all ran to the back to socialize and be on their phones. The store was completely empty, not a single employee in sight.

This was the first time placing an order using Active Menus. . It was so easy and worked out perfectly. I forgot to add an item to my order. I called and was promptly answered and the item was added immediately. I could see it on my order. The food was delicious from Five Guys as always and we look forward to using Active Menus again soon.

Food was good. Only gave it 4 stars cuz it's just a burger and fries but the quality of it was good. Service was good. The staff in the Aventura mall were pretty chill. The only con was that it's in a mall but I was there to see a movie so glad it was there overall

The food was great but the service was horrible.. we were dining outside the restaurant and 5 minutes before closing not us even finishing our food the cashier lady put a trash can right in front of our table kicking us out … keep in mind I was with my date that was rude insane and disgusting. Will not be coming back ever again .

The place is not so easy to find. It is close to the cinema in the last floor of the mall. The fries and the burger customization are great. Also the size of the fries portion is great too

I went before my movie, thinking that I’m paying $15+ that it would be quick and good. Not only did it take 20 minutes to get my order but I saw the worker produce orderS that were ordered 10 minutes after mine. I was late to my movie and the cheese was not melted and burger over cooked. It was sad that the workers laughed when asked why it took so long. They said “you wait for orders” when i said i saw them make orders that were placed after mine they laughed and said my order wasn’t important and that’s just what happens. The manager seemed to be laughing with them. Hope this can be resolved because it’s a disgrace to Aventura mall food stands.
