To me this seems like a place to quickly get Latin style food, esp for lunch, and when time is limited. Nothing was particularly wrong, just noticed the priority is in getting the food moving and not on the expirence of the customer eating in. The tables were not the cleanest, and the bathrooms were not the standard I would like them to be, like as if they were cleaned that morning and it was 2 pm. The food hit the spot, I just can not rate the same as restaurants that do focus on such things. I would eat here again.

Bad Service, it was almost 9pm and when we walked in employees were not greeting their customers, there was no AC in the restaurant. We wait almost 20 minutes to order and then other 20 to get our food. Of course the drinks they served us were very warm and the food was not tasting as usual. When we went to the counter to ask for utensils cause they didn’t give it to us either, they were keep telling us to wait. We understand rush at restaurants can happened but you got ti be well trained and with enough staff to handle it. I’ll never come back to this place.

I went to the drive thru and part of my order was a Caesar salad with chicken. When I got home, the salad had no cheese or croutons and also there was no dressing for the salad. I ended up having to go out and purchase dressing at Walmart just to eat the lettuce and chicken they gave me. The staff are nice here but the attention to detail for the food needs work.

I know you don't get exactly what you see on the photos but tvis plate was horrible. I hope not all that is served comes like that. By the way, the plate was also half empty.

I do not like when you get taken advantage of going through the drive through. You repeat your order several times and they still give you the wrong order. You don't know until you get home. When the order is a large one you trust the restaurant instead of checking each container. Lessons to be learned.

Spent $15 on tasteless chicken and old rice. Not to mention the young lady sighing like I'm bothering her in the drive thru. The last thing I needed after a long day of work. I had to throw my food out after a couple bites because it just tasted horrible. Never again.

I went to this place at 10:30 pm (Google says it closes until midnight) they took my order and I got ready to eat on the tables outside (the air conditioning inside was uncomfortably cold) my surprise was huge when at 11: 00 an employee simply close the door that leads to the premises and left me (and another customer) outside unable to go to the bathroom or throw away our trash. There was no explanation that the the staff cared. They just left us out. I had to figure out how to wash my hands and get out of there. Disgusting. Never more.

I went in the other day around 6ish, now It’s been years since I had pollo tropical so I didn’t know what I wanted but the cashier helped me out a lot literally the most sweetest person ever, she was so patient with me and had the most radiant smile… anyways she recommended a quesadilla wrap with crispy chicken and I really enjoyed it.

What a disappointment... I've order this dish about 8 times now and this is the first time I've received this tiny piece of steak. Spoke with the manager and that's how it comes. What a shame. I'll never come to this location... for a while they didn't even have chicken..What a waste of 30 mins to wait to be disappointed.
