This place is usually not crowded. The place is clean and sanitized. Everyone is wearing a mask correctly! Manager lady on duty and kids working the kitchen - efficient. Food was very good. Los Pollos Hermanos aka el pollo loco aka pollo tropical was a pleasant surprise!!

This is one of the best Pollo Tropicals in SoFlo. The services is prompt with a smile most times. The food is fresh and cooked well. It's always a pleasure.

If you want to eat some fast foods ,this is better than other that only offers hamburgers and sandwiches. Pollo Tropical offers natural and real foods, you can see the blackbeans, the poultry on the grill and the rice and soup. It's good...

Can’t miss out on a visit to Pollo Tropical while visiting South Florida. Multiple locations around North Miami Dade. I’d recommend downloading the app to get specials. Save a lot. Make sure you try all of there delicious sauces!!

They said they had no dressings for the salad, and it's just fried chicken on top of romaine lettuce with 3 croutons. That's not a Caesar salad. They also forgot my drink. We won't be back to this location.

Pollo tropical is my lifesaver! I buy from them all the time chicken breast, rice and corn for my meal prep. When I don't have time for that I just go for a tropichop for less that $6 is the best food in the world and when you arrive hungry like me 99% of the time it taste better than your moms food

Very unhappy Customer. My husband went to Drive thru and they gave him the wrong order. I had to go back to the Restaurant. First there were no dressings. Come back home to find out they forgot the Croutons. Manager could care less!!!!!!!!

After waiting for over 15 minutes and seeing everybody that arrived after us served. We went to ask what was wrong with our order. The people at the kitchen skipped our order, so we canceled got our money refunded n walk out. Really BAD Service Obviously, it's a place to never go back

Specifically requested NO single use utensils- minus 4 stars( 1 plastic knife, 1 plastic fork, and 2 plastic spoons. Ordered guava bbq sauce for chicken, got ketchup(went to trash). They need to learn to read.

My second time ordering and lately I notice size of platter is getting smaller and smaller as far is the amount of food. For the same price. The trio platter to be exact. Is this in regards to inflation?

Woman working the register is clearly not cut out for working a customer facing job. Rude to the gentleman in fron of me, rude to me. The plate I ordered comes with plantains which she told me they were out of. I said that's fine, can you sub them with something else? She gives me the most annoyed "no" I've ever heard. Sorry, you're charging me full price for an incomplete meal, I'm asking for something else to put on the plate. I asked the guy who handed me my food and he said yea, I can give you a side salad but we have nothing else right now. Better than just a no. Before going to the table I opened the bag and see they didn't give me forks, so I stand and wait for someone to notice me. Finally someone notices I've been there a while and asks "what's wrong now?" Wow. I ask him for forks, he drags his feet over to drive thru and brings me jack no less than 8 forks. This location has rude workers and the dining area was filthy. Employees or managers don't seem interested in doing their jobs.

I bought chicken soup but unfortunately there was not any chicken inside. It should not be surprising due to one time I ordered in the same location chicken sandwich and they forgot to put the chicken inside the sandwich (yes really they are so bad)

Metal in my sons food! What the heck! I tried calling but no answer. Please have someone on management leave a direct contact number or email. Definitely need to double check your food and safety regulations with your supervisors / ASM’s. Purchase was made around 11:12 am for schedule reference. My son is only 3 this is a big concern. Thank God I shred shred his food for him.

Found this in Mac and cheese. 🤮 ordered a chicken ceasar salad and they gave us a bowl of lettuce with no dressing. This has to be the nastiest location. Sometimes I wonder how health departments allow these places to stay open.

I had a great meal here with excellent service! It wasn’t very crowded either, usually when I go to a Pollo Tropical I have to fight my way through a horde of other people just to order my food. This place was very chill and low key. As always, the cilantro garlic source is hands down the BEST sauce ever created! Their curry sauce is also pretty decent as well 😊👍

This is the least busiest Pollo Tropical . Mostly because of location . I will add the food was good, I will also say the service was good and it was quick . I am not complaining haha that it's quiet . I prefer less people lol which is the biggest reason I came there . It is also close to where I live which makes it nice and easy to pick up a meal and go home . The gal at the register seem to get that I wanted strictly all dark meat in a full chicken . I have been to other Pollo Tropicals where haha it seemed like it was brain surgery to order a whole chicken in dark meat. I hope you all stay around . 😊

Their chicken is always good. I miss the days where they could have a bar or that had sauces, onions, etc. Service was a bit slow, but it's okay. My friends tried their skirt steak. It was actually pretty decent. Try it if you haven't already. It's good!
