Had an order of $93 and some change, without the delivery fee included, and all six of our orders was missing things. Mainly sides, biscuits and sauces. Kid's meal didn't have the drink. Will never be ordering from this place again.

Came in at 8:15pm to have BBQ with my friend and our daughters. Was told "inside dining" was closed already and that we would have to eat outside. It was 51 degrees outside and we had planned to eat inside due to the cold weather. All chairs were on top of the tables and floor was already mopped. If you plan to eat inside, apparently you have to arrive before 8pm, even though they close at 9pm. We decided to leave and dine elsewhere and so did the family that came in when we did. This restaurant will loose business with these kind of policies, the certainly have lost ours. My previous experience at this establishment was very welcoming and we were permitted to sit inside until the restaurant closed and when I pointed this out to the manager on duty, he walked away behind the counter and ignored me. Absolutely horrible customer service.... after driving 25 minutes to come to this restaurant and inviting our friend to join us, I could not believe I was even in the same restaurant that I previously enjoyed so much- what a difference terrible customer service has made our impression of this place.

Ruined my party! I ordered catering for 25 people well in advance, paid in full and even confirmed my order 3 days ahead. They didn't show up! They never delivered my order and corporate couldn't get them on the phone. There was zero communication from the restaurant. Totally unacceptable! I was so embarrassed to not have food for my guests. I am so angry and disappointed. Beware the Dania location, they should be shut down!

Only giving this place 1 star because There’s no option to leave 0. We ordered online and when my husband went to pick up our food it was cold. Like they had just pulled it from the refrigerator. The bake beans were not good, the Mac and cheese tasted like it was from the box. And the dinner roll was extremely hard. My chicken and brisket were both cold. They’re extremely over priced for mediocre food. Definitely don’t waste your time here.

The food tastes just like the name "Disgusting".The smell of the barbecue will lower you in but the taste is something different. I ordered the sweet BBQ wings which was tough. Save your money and cookout on your own or go to a spot where they don't play when it comes to that grill.

Hope you guys like raw chicken if so look no further. Order kids nuggets for my 9month daughter and this is what that gave me. No sorry for the attempted food posining of your child, horrible customer service. Be smart and skip this place.

Quick place to grab a bite to eat. The wings were very good. The fries were also very good. Only 2 people working on a busy night when we visited. Also had the sliced chicken and pulled pork which were good. The baked beans were something I wouldn't get again. I love baked beans didn't care for theses one. Mac cheese was fine. The men's bathroom was an absolute wreck. Probably not enough workers to keep it clean, on a busy night with only 2 people.

Do not go to this place. I just made an order using Postmates and from a $50.00 order I just received the sides, No meat. The driver said I have to call the place. The phone of the restaurant was disconnected and when I got there they already close and the 3 employees that saw me didn't have the courtesy of talking to me. They just ignore me and went to the back of the store. Never have such a bad service and now I spend the money and have no food. I'm going to make sure that everybody knows. Really bad service!

The delivery was ok, I ordered slow cooked burnt edges shredded brisket sandwich, with cheese and extra cheese that I paid extra for, and never got. No cheese. Even the cheese that comes in the sandwhich. Onions that we never got, a side of sauce we never got. Ny meat was not shredded, and it was completely burned. It was not edible and its physically impossible to eat it and it made me sick. Extremely dry and utterly disgusting. I tried to call multiple times, and they never answered. Do not order from here, it's a huge waste of money. This is an embarrassment for them, they should just be called.! !.!.! You know what and not dickeys never have this company again

My husband and I stopped for lunch, he got the 3 meat special and I got the pork plate. 2 ice tea's and 2 blondies. $45 for lunch takeout.. My pork was so DRY And stringy and full of burnt chunks! His ribs were all bone and very little meat but good flavor. I've ate at other locations and it was fabulous but this location was a total FAIL! I hate writing bad reviews because I work with food myself but I had to comment and let u know this was let down!

Absolutely horrible. Supposed to be open until 9pm. Came with 2 kids. Cold night below 50 degrees f. We came 8:10pm. The employees put all chairs up and were cleaning and closing. They didn’t allow us to dine in and said it doesn’t make sense for them to clean after 9pm if they can do it now. They said we can only eat outside. When we asked to provide this policy, that dine in is until 8:30 pm only as they kept saying ( which is not true since it’s not our first time there) they completely ignored our request and were frustrated and anxious and they didn’t try to resolve anything. Our kids were cold. There were other 2 couples came in and had the same answer from staff. So they left. So Did we. The place owner lost 8 people ( clients ) us and the other 2 couples. Who knows how often the employees decide to close earlier than advertised and this place lose clients. No way I will ever drag my kids over there in hot or cold weather not knowing if the staff are ok to provide the service or not. Absolutely horrible experience and unacceptable. Good thing there’s plenty other places around in short waking distance so we enjoyed dinner.

I receive email offers from Dickey's. I went to to Dickey's and they do not honor the coupons. I went ahead and ordered lunch. I received the most dry, tasteless pork sandwich ever! The sandwich alone was $8. This place can't stay in business. I would never believe that a restaurant could be so bad. Never again!!

What ever you do. Do not order delivery from this place! I just ordered the pulled pork sandwich from Grubhub and I’m sorry to say it’s the worst sandwich I’ve ever seen in my life. The fries are also very undercooked. And the Mac and cheese is literally just pasta with a little bit of cheese. Wings also look horrible taste like they’re just microwaved. Very horrible experience. Now I’m stuck without food tonight because everything is now closed.

My daughter and I made online orders from here after a long day at the hospital with my husband. I was disappointed to say the least, especially because I have been coming here since opening day. I've even made large catering orders for holiday parties. It is apparent that the quality of this place has gone down over time but on September 15, 2023, it was the worst it has ever been. I was yelled at by a woman who claimed she didn't speak English and was treated poorly. Then the food.. I was given dry broken pieces of chicken. It was supposed to be sliced but it was like chips. It was so hard! and the brisket was more like chipped beef and I requested sliced. That too was hard, but at least the flavor was good. I was terribly upset because it definitely wasn't worth what I paid. It shouldn't even be given away. Then to see the woman licking her fingers while PREPARING the food was also gross. Please avoid this location.

I’ve ate at Dickey’s Barbecue in Nevada and in Virginia and now Dania Beach, Florida has drawn me back to the great taste of this franchise. This location has a great attentive staff and the great taste Dickey’s BBQ Pit is know for. I highly recommend!

Overpriced for the quality but it's at least filling. The okra, potato salad, and jalapeño cheddar kielbasa were pretty good. But the ribs were awful, the BBQ sauce was missing, and my soda cup was only 3/4 full. It also took 30+ min to make when we were told 10 min.

I ate here about a year ago and loved their ribs. So when I went last night, I expected better. The employees didn't seem to be happy, which is okay, but when I got my food I was absolutely and utterly disgusting. The wings tasted horrible and my Buffalo sauce wasn't even on them. I had to let my husband and sister try one to make sure it wasnt just me, but just from looks you can tell they were trash. My daughter's wings had barbecue sauce on them but I looked like it was the last little bit from the bottle, it was not enough to cover the chicken and the chicken was over cooked. We didn't have time to go back and return, so we just took our L and called it a night. For a meal of 6 wings to be 14.99 I expected so much more quality and taste.

Please avoid by any means! After a long day at the hospital with my dad, my mom and I decided to order from here as we’ve done many times before, but on Friday September 15th it was deplorable. The place was empty and our food was never packaged. The “manager” said get a cup and get your drink. It wasn’t in a nice way, but we just got it anyways. But then she starts to lick her fingers as she was preparing the food. She noticed my mom saw her and she walked away to “clean”. Then she didn’t even give me my second order. She purposely skipped over it in the computer and I showed her my email and she conveniently said she doesn’t speak English and walked away. I was not leaving because I used my reward for it. She came back to the computer and I stood next to her as she went through the list and again she tried to skip it but I told her to check the one that she keeps avoiding and low and behold, it was mine. Also, take a look at the chipped beef I got that should’ve been sliced brisket.

Got 3 meat dinner. Food was ok not bad. Mac and cheese and green beans are ok. They offered no sauce. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be at work today. I felt they were doing me favor. Better staff and this place would probably much get much better reviews

Super busy,but service was attentive. I had the brisket sandwich & french fries. The brisket was flavorful, soft & tender. I wish the meat was a little more hot. The bun was nicely toasted & soft. It was a ok experience. I give this location a 7/10

Finally, Texan barbq in Miami. Loved the beef brisket and the original barbq sauce. The onion rings were also great. Staff was friendly. The portions vs price is also great. The potato casserole was ok.

Brisket was good, but they sent wrong BBQ sauce and I asked for a Cesar salad and got a cup of wilted iceberg lettuce!! No dressing, croutons or cheese!! I tried calling several times and calls don't go through.

Had the brisket (a little dry) ribs (fall off the bone) and sides including slaw, potato salad, beans and rolls. Really good (but not great) BBQ. Desserts are prepackaged. 4 stars as Uber delivery was packed with love.

I was in the area and noticed they serve pulled pork sandwich so I gave them a try. The pulled pork had a good tangy BBQ flavor. They have different sauces if you care to add more to your sandwich.

Food was disgusting literally inedible had to throw it away as I don't want food poisoning, chewy not at all tender, luke warm, dry, and to top it off they display bloody raw animal legs right behind the cash register so you can't not see it right as you're about to "attempt" to eat. Waste of money.

Before giving my review I saw a 2.7⭐️Which I found very weird after eating there yesterday. I got the deal which is kids eat free if you spend more than $10 on a meal. Both me and my wife did, got 2 free meals my kids. Food was slamming, really gored food, also had extra to take to work the next day. It is the best chicken breast I ate. All other was very good, excellent! I would definitely make it my new BBQ spot.
