This location can be hit or miss so it gets a low grade. They are usually out of things I want. Super greens; mustard; entrees... Take your pick. Asking for sauce gets you none. It's not a good look. I enjoy panda and sadly my local location isn't that great. They need to do better for sure. You just never know what's going to happen when you pull up here. The drive thru line is thinning out when I pass by and I know why!

Extremely rude staff, very disrespectful. Ordered the Chicken Teriyaki which was cold and the portion was very little. Also, asked for a fountain drink and and when I went to fill my cup I found out the ice machine was broken so the drinks were hot. That should’ve been told the customers before purchasing. I expressed this to the person behind the counter and she was very dismissive. Zero accountability. Also, the tables were so dirty I decided to eat in my car. Will not be back to this location! Absolutely horrible experience.

The worst one by far. Never any good. Always out of everything. Nasty service. And it’s always empty so how are they always out of food, supplies, and sauces. No napkins. No sweet sauce. Terrible nasty service too. Never going to this one again

Staff really need to know basic allergen information. When someone asks if there is an allergen in a certain dish, they should say “let me check” instead of “I don’t think so?” I ended up getting an entree that made me sick because they gave me incorrect information. It would be one star but the guy who usually works the register is really nice

Ordered the chicken teriyaki and fried rice bowl. I don't know what this sad rubbery pile is but it isn't teriyaki chicken. Rice is under cooked, chicken bites like boiled chicken. Oh and then you're handed teriyaki sauce packets. This is not teriyaki chicken on any planet. Disgusting, and inedible. Now I remember why I stopped eating here.

As a previous panda worker I’m very disappointed with the quality food I received from this Hollywood Panda Express. They are not representing the high quality food that panda is know for. I order lunch for the nursing staff and the food was horrible. The chow mein was dry the entrees was not freshly made. The broccoli in the beef was brown. Panda I know you can do better with the preparation of the food quality. Very disappointed with the quality of the food we received after spending so much money and couldn’t enjoy it.

The food was amazing. I quite had a discomfort. A truck in front of me through drive thru threw a drink out of their window. Littering! Which is very unacceptable. Especially on a clean Panda Express property. Be on the lookout for this truck.

This has by far been my best experience here at panda express. Being that I’m vegan I’m super glad that panda decided to come out with this new promotion of the “beyond original orange chicken” at first I was a little bit skeptical in regards to them trying a little bit too hard to try and make it taste a certain way but they mimicked it to perfection, and I was astounded. The brown rice was steam to perfection. Although it was bland, I did add my own sauces, such as soy sauce, chili sauce, and sweet-and-sour, adding all of those sauces, really enhance the flavor of the rice, and truthfully made such a well balanced mix, as well as the beyond original orange chicken explaining it would do it no justice please run to your nearest panda express and try it out for yourself. You have to try it out yourself.

I keep having bad experiences with this location. One time while waiting to be served after being ignored for several minutes, I was finally approached to be told they had no more teriyaki chicken and weren't cooking any more - even though it was an hour and a half before closing. Another thing, they NEVER have teriyaki sauce any more. Then today, I clearly asked for a bowl (said it twice) and was given & charged for a plate. Even after telling them this, they tried to disagree and acted like they didn't want to fix or acknowledge their error & acted like it was too much trouble to get someone to refund & charge correctly. On top of that, of course, no teriyaki sauce! I will not return to this location. The one in Davie is always on point, and always has teriyaki sauce - even gives extra.

The manager lady here, short lady is absolutely disgusting, just as the food they served me today. She is very disrespectful and gives attitude. I asked for orange chicken entree, not orange chicken with chunks of noodles and rice. This place is actually disgusting, I had been going here for a while but it’s always something with them. No quality control, they don’t care, nasty food nasty employees. If you’re not in their face when they’re serving the food they will give you left overs or food from other plates.

Absolutely terrible! The audacity of this place to serve “chicken” entrees with ZERO chicken in them. The string bean chicken had none at all and the orange chicken was small little nuggets of you guessed it NO CHICKEN! just the breaded fried pieces. Such a ripoff! I should have checked the food before I left the drive-through and went home!

Do not order the beef broccoli. You get beef sauce, maybe three tiny pieces. Or you could ask for Rice, chicken and broccoli. Do not ask any questions either. Shut your mouth, just place your order then leave. Staff is very rude. I gave this location a second chance, thinking that the person making the plate was having a bad day the 1st time. My friend ask for us to cancel but I said she was probably having a bad day, but not sure what happened last night. Very rude attitude and sarcastic employees. I guess if I visit a 3rd time I'll discover the same. But I've been to many other locations and had a great experience. I'll spend my money elsewhere. I Never will return. Too much competition around to spend my money on bad service. I dine not only for the food but for the experience. The food taste better when the service is great.

I love your attitude you are very respectable and I love the fact that you recommended meals to me because I am a pescatarian. I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to come to this location if it was really fresh and hot and delicious. Can’t wait to come back to this location. Worst customer service experience EVER!! All the Hispanic were in a corner laughing and having a great time while the drink station had no fountain drinks or any silverware. I will never return to this location. The Davie location is no better!

Having coupons from Panda express & going to Panda express ..they were not accepted. No one tended to us or made us feel valued as customers , mind you the place was empty as well as the drive through. I should have just went to taco bell an risk my stomach!

I recently ate at this location for the first time although I have eaten at other Panda locations in Miami. The food was delicious. I love their noodles. I asked for a bowl thinking that a plate would be too much for me but the bowl wasn't enough so next time I'm definitely getting a plate. I'm not a big meat eater so I wish they had the option of two sides instead of two entrees but other that, I'll definitely be back.

My first time and I will come back. The honey walnut shrimp was yummy and the plant-based orange chicken was, too. Fried rice was a little dry but no biggie. Good portions, good prices, good service.

Panda Express, it's very good. They went on changing their portion size but the price stayed higher. I remember the last time that I experienced Panda Express, the food was bulging out of the containers and touching the lids of a plate of takeout plate. But I did not experience that this time. I would give Panda Express of Hollywood Florida another chance and I will know if it's a either corporate decision or a location decision.
