The best place eat in Aventura Mall food court. Highly recommended.

Shake Shack was delicious! Despite the mall being absolutely packed, we got our food relatively quickly. The prices were reasonable (keep in mind your eating in a shopping mall) and the food was nice and hot. There was plenty of seating even for our large group. Will say that the staff did struggle a little in getting the food out to the right person 😅 Overall, a good experience!

What a wonderful place! We didn't realize it was the 5th largest Mall in America until after we were there! If you're in the area, make this one of your stops!

Fresh and tasty. Served quickly even though it was packed on Black Friday. Lost a star because the chicken on my sandwich was probably half the size of the bun.

Overall the food was pretty good. If you like the typical burger joint you'll like their food. My only complaint is I wish they served a bigger portion. Service was decent and relatively fast

Pro tip: place your Shake Shack order 15 minutes before arriving to the Aventura Mall in the app and you will skip the crowds.

Awful service! They messed up my order twice in the same order!!! The manager just helped me to re-do it. I had to wait more than 20 minutes standing and no one cares... where's service???

One of the more disappointing food experiences I have had. I ordered the "hot" chicken. What I received was a chicken that had a zero for the heat level, I have probably seen baby food with a higher heat level. I went back up to the counter and let them know I believe they gave me the wrong thing as I had ordered hot chicken, and they handed me a container of coleslaw..... I want to be clear, I don't think I was served a hot chicken that I just didn't find hot, I was served a chicken that definitely was not a "hot" chicken and the staff seemed to not care enough to realize this even after I told them so, very disappointing. I did eat the coleslaw, and it definitely wasn't spicy either, just typical coleslaw.

They make a decent burger and fries. Long line up but service was fast after order placed. Tgey also serve beer, wine and non alcohol drinks with your meal if desired.

So this is the situation, my daughters got free burgers on the Shake Shack App because T-Mobile Tuesdays, i we go all the way to Aventura Mall for them. The thing is that you had to order them through the App. Well guess what? The App was Down for Aventura Mall!!!! So they couldn’t honor the deal because there was no way to redeem the code on the app. Well, thanks to MARIA the Manager or Duty for understanding and going above and beyond for the customers, she made it happen. By the way, Gabrielle was amazing at the Register!!!

Ordered from doordash. Bug crawled out of the burger. Absolutely disgusting!! Called to let them know and they did not have one care. Wonder how many people have eaten bugs

1st time at Shake Shack. Food was great. Not what I ordered though. The cashier seemed uninterested in even taking the order as if she was thinking about other things. I ordered the Shack Stack... But was ordered a Shack Burger instead. Was really hoping to try the mushroom 🍄 Maybe next time. I'll try them again. Cost seems a bit inflated compared to other burger places. Maybe a larger burger would add to the value?! A small burger meal was $14.77

Burgers are great! Ordered a bunless avocado bacon burger - Half of my avocado was bad, and they didn't give me the shake sauce. I guess, because it was bunless. Chicken bites, hot dog, and fries were yummy too!

What kind of hamburger place runs out of BACON!!???? That is a sign of very poor management here is a picture of my burger without bacon. SAD

I had a single Shackburger, fries, coke. Very good. They should offer combo meals to save money.

The attention was fine. It took longer than I expected to get the food but nothing too crazy either. The place around is nice with a lot of space to sit and even a ping pong table to play with your friends.

Extremely fresh and delicious! This franchise is always a guaranteed tasty meal. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Very recommended.

I had the pina punch, which was pretty good not too sweet. Chicken bites with BBQ sauce and an order of fries. The meal was good , chicken lightly breaded not too salty and was moist. The fries were crispy and tender on the inside.

The line was long but moved faster than I expected. The food was hot and very tasty. We thought the burgers would be double the size than they actually were. For me it was plenty, but for the cost, the expectation is bigger portions, especially with teenage boys. The lady that took our order was very friendly and patient with us since we were a big group.

Fries are strange, no salt and strange after taste, burgers barely ok, mushroom sandwich barely ok. I added lettuce to the black truffle burger 59¢ didn’t get it, it didn’t taste any better than a McDonald’s burger so I don’t know why it’s so expensive. Mushroom sandwich lacks flavor, it’s just a dip fried mushroom in a sandwich, no seasoning no flavor. Ordered the 10 piece chicken bites with bbq sauce, didn’t get the sauce, chicken bites box were the size of a Wendy’s 6 piece nuggets, NOT worth $7.49. Portion sizes are all small. $8.89 Burger is smaller than Burger kings whopper jr. $8.89 does not come with fries or drink, so almost $9 for a small kid size burger. Fries only come in 1 size, that size is small. $3 for fries, you get more fries from a McDonald’s large fries that are $2. Ordered 5 milkshakes- 2 were $5.29 and the others were $5.99. The sizes of the milkshakes are a Burger King small soda, you will be disappointed by the size. This place is a - “go to try 1 time and never again.” Too pricey for a family, for single diners- I don’t know. 4 burgers, 10 piece chicken bite, 5 fries and 5 shakes $90.45. You are better off going to flanigans, better tasting food and better prices. Shake shack is for people who like to spend money on tiny tasteless food.
