The place was very crowded. The staff was very nice and helpful. Paula was the best. Thanks Paula.

We came on a Saturday morning for a birthday party and also stayed after the party ended. The staff here were great. The floors were clean and the trash bins were well maintained. We were actually really impressed with this location. The pizza was good, the salad bar was fresh and clean. The drinks and the salad bar are all you can drink which we loved! The games were fairly priced and the prize selection was nice. The kids here were well behaved and the parents made sure to keep a close eye on them. By around 1pm, the place had pretty much cleared out.

I came to this place in a happy and joyful mood, and planning to be as friendly as I knew how to all. But while I was all smiles, the manager here and her staff were all scowls. They seemed so willing to throw me into the street because I didn't have any kids. To me that is NOT the Chuck E Cheese way. In fact, I call it age prejudice. Even here it should not be tolerated. I did order food here honestly, as I promised the manager; but her attitude towards me was practically rude and unwelcoming. Other Chuck E Cheese's have better staff who treat me nicer and more civilized. FYI: The manager's name is PAULA

This Chuck e cheese was great. The staff were so friendly and kind, the food was delicious, and the establishment was a nice size! There was so much to do for my toddler’s. It does get packed pretty quick, I went on a Thursday at 11am and it got full within 30 minutes, the best time to go is the earliest of your convenience to make sure your little one is able to enjoy all of the games and rides.

We came in at opening, we had the place to ourselves for a good 2 hours the kids had a blast, and the pizza was awesome

This was my first time coming to this Chuck E. Cheese for my son’s birthday and the service was not delightful/ pleasant, the manger was very rude and told me and my wife to move because the tables were reserved for a party but mind you it was 8:00pm and they close at 9:00pm. Then had the audacity to rush us when we’re clearly complying with them all we needed was some time to gather our things and they were making very smart/ disrespectful comments in a children’s play area. Over all not recommended!

My great grandson had a wonderful time. However, when I was buying my purchase, the young lady said I can come to the counter to stop the timer. When I did, she act like I was bothering her or inconveniencing her. I'm sorry, that is your job. My little man wants all his SECONDS with his games

This is a joyful spot i luv to take my daughter to have fun and play around we both have fun together there Its a great atmosphere for all kids to go I recommended. One thing I dislike the kids food are over pricing.

This place is a huge disappointment. The games are outdated and junk. It’s better to take your kids to Dave & Buster’s a few miles away.

We arrived with the children excited to celebrate the Halloween party and they told us that they do not have staff to encourage the children, which means that the Halloween Facebook advertising is a lie, there is no character dressed as the company's mouse and the food is Look dirty, very discouraged with this visit and the worst thing is to see the children sad since they were thinking about Ivan going to see Chucky in disguise. There is nothing worse than getting carried away by those misleading advertisements and the Colombian woman who served us was super rude to my family and would not return. to this place

Beautifully redone and all games were working properly. Birthday party we attended was great and kids were very happy !

Nice place the kids have fun

Well some of the games weren't working 😕 plus the pepperoni pizza cones in karge only and I wanted a small one for my daughter. I mean suppose thats all I could afford...there should be more options. I was a little hungry so was eating a tiny snack from my daughter's snack box and I was told I am not allowed to eat inside. I mean it was obviously a snack not a whole meal and the guy who came over was so robotic that I almost got angry.

The noise level is unhealthy! My smart watch warned complained about it several times. Kids were having fun but my experience as a parent was unpleasant.

Food is a bit overpriced. Everything else was great. My daughter had a blast

Im torn, we’ve been here many times and had a great time but today we showed up at 7:30p for the fundraiser that was meant to last until 9pm and find the location is closed. It’s very disappointing

Well, first of all I know this is a family restaurant more focused on kids. But I wanted to eat and play (even if I don't have kids)... The food is fine, it's pretty much self service but it is fun... Will go again :)

Eileen is the best! Very grateful for her during my daughters bday. She went above and beyond and she loves what she does. Very happy

I was there today, the manager need to be nice to customers i wait 15 minutes for somebody to help me at the price place they all left and dont care the sirve the was cleaning have to come and help me, nobody was at the door and i think they doing that in all chukee cheeses because in hialeah nobody was there too i prefer these chukee cheese because is not too crowded and is clean but they need to fix some machines and employees ...

it was cool food good games dope i came here with my friends just to vibe my only thing that you should beware of pay points for the games instead of minutes or they rip you off and dont give the full minutes my friend payed 35$ for a hour and 30 minutes and only recieved a hour and 6 the lady slanish manager who was on shift is not very accommodating so asking her to fix something isnt going to happen she needs a lil bit more training in hospitality and management customer service she comes off kinda mean but she ain’t really phase my experience so i do recommend the place

We did a nice kids birthday party last year so we decided to repeat it, but this time we had a terrible experience. First of all we had to wait half an hour for the playing cards in order for the kids that came to the party can start playing, can you imagine you standing there with all the kids of the birthday just waiting for that to happen? On top of that nobody was taking care of the birthday table, we had to clean everything during the birthday so the place feels clean for the parents, and las but not least they offer us a -20% discount for all the hustle but at the time of the payment it was a lie, we didn’t get it… unbelievable!!! The Manager told me that I can argue all I want but he is not going to give it to me because he decide at the time of the swipe of the credit card that it was too much??? I was in shock…

My friends and I were there at 9:0pm. It closes at 10pm. We had pizza. We walked 4 steps from the table to look at the kids. The place was empty. When I came back someone cleaned the table and took money and my charger. They refused to check the cameras. Very rude staff, unsafe place.

My daughter loved it. The only disappointment was the lady that came out with chuck e cheese and the person in the chucky suit were not very enthusiastic. They hardly sang or danced to the song. I understand they do this all day but its your job.

I came here for a party and been in line for 2 hours. The two machines are down to purchase tickets. The exit/entrance is blocked by the long line. I spoke to the manager Paola to ask her if she can open up another register since there is only one open she stated that she is short staff. I then asked her if she know how to work the register, she said she does but she has to set up for 3 party’s. I informed her she should jump on the Register for at lease 5 minutes to get the line going but she refused. I told her as a manager she should learn how to balance her floor to avoid hazards and customer upset customers. She just kept saying I have parties to do and didn’t even apologize or anything. Unbelievable, I will not be returning to this location again. Paola needs a training on customer service and management.

Booked a party for my 6 year old;6 kids 8 adults on a Fri night. There were definitely a lot of people, an I couldn't find anyone who worked there, so I sat at the party table, but as soon as I did my attendant came over (pretty sure her name was Kaitlyn). She was super great! Really sweet, had a smile on the whole time. The party package is worth it! The pizza was surprisingly good, I had very low hopes but it was so good I contemplate ordering one sometimes. The kids got to run around for 2 hours playing games(that's the package I bought). I will say, there were only 3 people running the place, other than the kitchen staff, an you could see they were overwhelmed, between the food line, the prize line, and one of those people was dedicated to my party. . My party included ice cream, having one of them put on the chuck e cheese costume to dance with the kids, an operating the ticket blaster. So all that with 2 or 3 people is a lot to deal with, but everyone was great about it. Kaitlyn was really good about checking on us, and making sure we had what we needed. We were also the last people in the building, kids picking prizes an stuff. They didn't rush us out which was really nice. I'd definitely do my party there again. And I'd like to say thanks again to the crew working that night. You guys were great!!!
