Excellent location! You have all the access to nearby restaurants like Margaritville Resort but better priced. Rooms are clean and new with a small kitchen. Great view of ocean and people from the big window. You can sit right outside your door and people watch too. My friend and I loved it! We will be back! Oh I almost forgot they have concerts about 100 feet from the hotel every Wed-Saturdays.

The room in general was nice and spacious. The view and location is why I am rating it a 2 because all the appliances and utensils were dirty, there was roaches and bed bugs. The bed was extremely hard and had hair all over it. The hotel was relatively expensive for what it actually is. The parking cost was unreasonable and the staff would try to do things under the radar. I would not come back and honestly I would not call this a suite it was more like a motel. The roaches really did ruin the vacation!! And anything additional that you needed you needed to pay at a high price!!

Our stay was great. Have been to Hollywood several times but first time staying here. Look forward to coming back soon. Great location, only a few steps to the beach, updated rooms, friendly staff. Loved the balcony with chairs, nice place to relax. A little noisy from Nick's next door but does not take away from the enjoyable stay. Thank you for a great vacation, see you next time!!

Great location, but be mindful of using your bank debit card at this location. A staff member attempted to steal $1025 from me while staying here on vacation and it took 4 days and multiple visits to the front desk to get a refund. This obviously ruined our vacation. It wasn't until I threatened to call the police that the hotel staff finally wanted to help. Staff will also try to convince you to pay cash for a parking pass so they can pocket the money.

My wife and i really enjoyed staying at Diane Oceanfront Suites. The location is superb. There was activities through the day around you. When you look outside you see the ocean and bicycle road/pedestrian walk. It was peaceful at night even with all the activity around. Service provided what we needed. Extra towels, discount, and information if needed. The room was clean. It was like a little apartment with the kitchen. There is a camera for security. I would recommend this suite to my family or friends.

We picked 5 stars because of Norma who took great care of us! She was so awesome and hooked us up with everything we needed and more! Norma goes above and beyond to take care of her guests! And this is why we will be back next year!

Cockroaches, German baby ones!! Huge infestation. Had to throw out my luggage n clothes when i got home. Disgusting. And owner Dianne was incredibly rude. Never again!!

Always a treat to stay at the Diane. The Staff are great, hard working and try to accommodate your requests. The setting is gorgeous and all the amenities are within walking distance. We try to go back every year to enjoy what Hollywood has to offer.

My husband and I had a great time in Hollywood Beach, Fl. Diane Oceanfront Suites was beautiful, clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

The only real oceanfront experience in Hollywood Beach. 10 steps away from the sand. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and upgraded. Perfect for families. Beds are clean and comfy. Maintenance people are friendly, helpful, and available. Location is perfect. Nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a 10/10! The service, location and housekeeping are all spectacular. You couldn’t get a better location. It’s has a beautiful view with being so close to the water. Close to wonder restaurants at all times of the day/night. My family has stayed there a total of 3 times and each time is great. The room cleanings are done daily and the staff is super helpful with anything you could need. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are great! The showers are so nice and have good shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You can rent beach chairs, umbrellas from the front office as well.

Absolutely favorite home away from home! Loved our stay at Diane’s. We frequent often as we are locals that just like a nice stay-cation every now and then. We are treated like family. Truly a beautiful place and super clean! We will return as usual. Don’t hesitate to book and see for yourself.

The Hotel Diane is the perfect ocean front hotel to stay at on Hollywood beach. It doesn't have a pool but we always go to the ocean anyway. Things you should know... 1. The room is only for 2 people (or extra charges apply) 2. Parking isn't free 3. Close to the bandstand if you love live music 4. And very close to several of our favorite restaurants It's perfect for a couple and is extremely clean. You can smell the fresh as soon as you walk in and that is something that is a must for us! Give it a try.

This is our 5th year coming to Hollywood for vacation! We normally stay at a boutique hotel just on the back side but this year we decided to try Diane Oceanfront Suites and wow!!! The staff was amazing! Friendly and accommodating! Maintenance/Groundskeeper kept the place looking clean via touch ups, lawn, hallways! Parking was just outside our room and never an issue even on busy weekend nights! The room was clean, spacious and smelled wonderful! Bathroom had all the amenities and a rainfall shower with 2 shower heads! Beds were comfortable. The beach, literally, is RIGHT there in front of you!!! Everything you need is on the boardwalk which was right outside our door. Waking up to beautiful sunrises and the sound of the ocean were priceless. The patio had 2 lounge chairs and we took advantage of that on many mornings (to watch the sun rise) and many evenings ( to people watch, relax and or drink). Nicks Bar is right next door...very good food and drinks. And even though our room was right there on the corner by Nick's, we could not hear the sounds coming from the bar in our room...trust me, my boyfriend is a LIGHT sleeper!! Police were on the boardwalk every night (parked in front of our hotel), so safety was NOT an issue. We fully enjoyed our stay and will definitely make this our home away from home! Just 2 suggestions to the hotel: 1). Maybe have and ironing board/iron in rooms and 2). Add a full length mirror on a wall for the ladies 😜. Thank you Mercy and staff! See you next year!

Super clean spacious rooms, amazing view, and friendly staff. The hotel manager, Mercy, goes above and beyond and made us feel extra welcomed. Very happy that I chose this place over a big resort hotel.

They are not enough words for me to say how please and happy I was to have spent there two nights three days. The suites are beautiful, clean and the beds are so comfortable. I got the queen king size and my friend got the queen what could more we ask for. Oh and not to mention that amazing view of the ocean when you wake up first thing in the morning. Priceless!!🏖️♥️ I slept so comfortable because the AC is cold!!😁 Also, the kitchenette and the refrigerator are so convenient! Most importantly, you the staff at the front desk, Mercy and Houri are so kind, friendly and helpful ♥️♥️You also have Manuel who does maintenance and provides the parking spaces for your convenience. I can't wait to go back😁♥️🏖️🏖️ thank you to everyone you made my vacation special

I booked a room at the Diane Oceanfront Hotel for a beach day with friends who were visiting from Europe. As a long-time South Florida resident, I had passed this hotel dozens of times, but had never stayed there. I am so glad I finally did! To make a long story short, one of my friends was left behind in Europe because he lost his passport. As a result, I had to make last-minute changes to my reservation. The desk staff was extremely understanding, and allowed me to change my reservation without any problems. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! My friends even commented that our room was better than most apartments in Europe. Thank you so much to the team at the hotel for helping me add a special touch to my friends' vacation. I will definitely be back to enjoy what this oasis on Hollywood Beach offers.

I'm giving a 3 star because they've got money hungry like every other place. 5 star for the location though. They used to be reasonable then after they made that movie all about the benjamins they let fame go to their heads and raised the prices crazy high and now after the coronavirus they REALLY GOT GREEDY and wants 400 plus a night.... Yes the location is PERFECT but you can go stay on south beach for 400 a night.

We finally found a place that was perfect in every sense! Location, Cleanliness, Room Comfort and Rate! We will be making this our go to when visiting Hollywood Beach FL. You have your choices of eateries and free entertainment throughout the boardwalk. Foods are reasonable and the beach is absolutely beautiful.

We could not have picked a better place to stay for our long weekend gateway. The location was one of the best in the entire area. Right on the Broadwalk, just a few steps to the sand and ocean. All the best restaurants and shops were also steps away. Literally walk out your door to the best of everything. Motel was completely renovated and reopened in 2020. Room was large with a king and queen bed. Linens were fresh and clean. Bathroom was large with a large walk in shower. Kitchenette with apartment size refrigerator. The front desk woman "Huri" was absolutely amazing at accommodating us, as we arrived early for check-in and even arranged a later check-out for us as our flight home was later in the day. Our housekeeper for the weekend "Norma" was exceptional. She went above and beyond what we expected during our stay in a motel. This place is 5 stars in my book due the attentive staff, beach and Broadwalk access and room sizes. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect hotel for being in the center of the Broadwalk. Love being right on the beach. Nice rooms. Towels are a bit thin but overall very nice.

This is the best hotel to stay at Hollywood Beach. The rooms at nice, the beds are perfectly comfortable, the absolute best view of the Broadwalk and immaculately clean. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and we booked for next year before we left. We wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.

As always the Diane has the best location for views, beach access and local establishments. Glad to see the have re-opened and the remodel was awesome. We will be back soon. Thank you.

It was excellent because the staff are friendly and very accommodating for every need. It was like associating with family. You could find a more exclusive hotel on the boardwalk but not even close to the views that the Diana offers. The rooms are immaculate, completely updated with all hurricane impact windows & a kitchenette. This is our second visit and there is NOT any other place on Hollywood Beach I would stay‼️ Not even Ft Lauderdale Beach has anything comparable ‼️

The location is what made it - it really is right on the beach. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Initially I was nervous with the noise from the local bars, but we did not hear anything. On the flip side, bars, cafes and live music are minutes away. I would stay there again

Absolutely beautiful… incredible view, very nice and patient staff. The ocean is so close and there are so many things to do. Best vacation in a very long time. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back. What a privilege.
