    Unfortunately it won't let me rate it a 0, otherwise I would. I booked 4 appointments, for which I took off from work. Each one of them didn't happen: doctor never called. Each time I called in to tell them the doctor never called, and apart from being rude and unapologetic, they assured me management would call me within 1 hour. That never happened either. This is obviously a scam: they get all of your info, including credit card, prior to the appointment and then they don't show up. Be careful!!

    This place is the worst !!!!!!! My daughter has appointment for the first time they canceled 5 min priority the appointment second time we were waiting for 2 hours because the recepcionista could not find the doctor she not even know when the dichos will show up. We were waiting for this appointment With so many bad reviews and they keeping make patient waiting with our no response ????? Can someone explain ?

    My visit was 1/19/2023. I read the reviews prior, crossed my fingers and hoped my experience would turn out different. Unfortunately it did not! The entire visit was confusing, the staff was confused, the provider I saw presented unaware, blank. Every detail mentioned in every review is 100% accurate. The facility should immediately be shut down. This location is not capable of providing health care of any sort to anyone. I will be the patient who takes the next step beyond writing this review and contact the department of health. I pay for access to health care not incompetence and compliancy. You are encourage to seek care else where.

    I've had to sit on hold for an extreme amount of time because of an issue with every single appointment I've had with these people. Multiple times they have just forgotten to call in prescriptions entirely. As I write this I have been on hold for 30 minutes... they are also consistently late for appointments. The only way to get someone on the phone in under 30 minutes is to press 1 for new patient but as soon as they know your not a new patient, they transfer you to a line that takes your info for a "call back" but I have NEVER been called back... this place is going to drive me to go inpatient

    This place is HORRIBLE !!! Iā€™ve had an appointment set for 2:15 pm TODAY ! Here now itā€™s 5:44 !! And NO CALL !!! Iā€™ve been told MULTIPLE times after MULTIPLE CALLS !! that I would be reached out to, nobody ever called me back. Smh .. even my first visit I had gotten a late call like 1-2 hours AFTER the ā€œscheduled appointmentā€ & now this time itā€™s been over 3-4 hours šŸ˜­ im growing impatient, this company has some serious room for improvement !! Seriously .

    Well I was a patient and let me tell you after the Corona everything was virtual and on the phone and I well kept my appointments by phone. And come to know that since May of 21 until 9:00-22 they were doing appointments and all that time I have Medicaid when I started with them and from May 2021 we're seeing me and in October of this year they tell me that my Medicaid wasn't paying All this time I started with them they could have seen the first time of the second mind you that they were in charge of Medicaid and now they're putting me in collections saying I owe them All this time I'm going there and they're calling me for the appointments and they need to charge my insurance and now they want me to pay this amount of money they are ridiculous they need to be put out of business and this needs to be dealt with seeing people and then not charging their insurance and then trying to make the people pay out of their pocket it is

    I have been going here since I was a child, thatā€™s 20 years!!!!! And today enough is enough. Welcome to compass health where you never hear from your doctor when you really need them and donā€™t expect to get those refills you need either!!! Itā€™s been weeks after my appointment and still no refill on one of my medications that have serious withdrawals. Iā€™ve gone 1 whole week without even after I reached out to these people numerous times. THEY DONā€™T CARE!! But I do so please take this warning and find somewhere else!

    The worst place! Kayla, Dr. Nisselā€™s assistant is incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional and unqualified to serve as a doctorā€™s assistant. She called me to confirm an appointment and in her voicemail said ā€œcall back to confirm whenever you canā€. I called back to confirm two days in a row and left voicemails. She then yelled at me that I should have called before 3 PM because thatā€™s when she leaves the office. My appointment didnā€™t happen. Kayla needs to be fired. If youā€™re reading this, please be aware that a class action lawsuit is being organized.

    Worst place to get appointments. The schedulers have high egoist behavior with no empathy at all. They wasted almost 1 hr and still unable to book an normal appointment. Not worth spending time there.

    I only will write a bad review for an incompetent company. Unless you are forced to deal with Compass Health, AVOID THEM. They do not adhere to their scheduling. So donā€™t be surprised if the time they tell you is not correct. They donā€™t tell you when you owe money until you ask them. I need refills for medication which Iā€™ve gotten filled twice. Been trying to contact them for 5 days now to request a refill and once I finally got connected she tells me about a 60 dollar copay I need to do every phone call that they refill my prescription. This was not once said to me or charged the previous two times. They say my card on file hasnā€™t worked( all my cards have no changed and work fine). So when weā€™re they going to let me know about this???? Prob never. AVOID USING COMPSS HEALTH. Youā€™ll save yourself a lot of stress and annoyance which I figure is key to people who come there to help with their mental health

    If I had looked at reviews before seeking care from this institution, I would have made a better decision. Their process is in a state of chaos. Compass health care systems should be avoided, and you should search for a better care facility. As a result of the mess they have created, you will unavoidably waste time, energy, and days if you wish to be seen by a professional. Inconsistency, lack of a systematic approach, and lack of accountability.

    I GIVE 0. I called this place to request an appointment for my son, who is autism and has several behavioral issues, they sent me a lot of documents to fill and I sent them back completed, they gave an appointment for last Friday and I requested time off on my job and prepared my son for this appointment but they never called me, I called them and asked about the appointment but they didn't have any explanation I requested to speak with a manager but they never called me back and said the office is currently closed, is it not fair this people play with patients health, very unprofessional and irresponsible, dont request appointment with this people you're going to lose your time. Somebody there told me the manager Ana Casco will call to but this person never show up.

    It os so unbelievably horrific to have a mental health system that does NOT have the best interest of their patients. Having people who have significant mental health needs who REALLY want to be stable to live their best lives being treated like they don't matter. Waiting for hours on hold for a scheduled time appointment, wrong prescriptions filled because the roving psychiatrist doesn't read the patient's file, getting an emergency appointment to wait for over an hour and then be disconnected, not even trying to work around a person's work schedule. When an adult who has autism and mental health needs has to navigate outright incompetence and total lack of care for patients, how can you expect someone to live to their full potential. Cattle are treated better. Malpractice needs to happen to wake someone up in this Compass Health System. Your facility is so broken and not even close to having people with mental health needs in the forefront of all you do. šŸ’” This is appalling. I honestly do not see how ANY employee can proudly look in the mirror each day.

    Pseudo Doctors? Yes! This sham behavioral health clinic; employer of so called doctors with a prescription pad. These people donā€™t help, they want you hooked on medications that donā€™t work and create a false sense of well-being. When you question there treatment plan and suggest to tapper your medications they cancel you. Donā€™t waste your time, find happiness within and stay away from psychotropic meds. Time heals all wounds, eat healthy, live moral and do good, happiness will hopefully follow. JUST SAY NO TO COMPASS HEATH! (Making money by creating addicts).

    I wish I could give ZERO stars. I made a virtual appointment to see a psychiatrist a week ago and completed all of the documents and packets and everything they needed me to do on my end. I was suppose to receive a pre screen call yesterday but no one called me. My appointment was set to today at noon and even after calling them about 4 times (each with the response "we will send an email to the team") I was NEVER sent an email and never received my zoom call information. INCOMPETENT. FRUSTRATING. Very unprofessional. No one even reached back to me to reschedule the appointment. Unacceptable.

    I wish I had read the reviews before I made an appointment but I certainly learned my lesson. All of the reviews follow mine are 100% accurate. I was waiting two hours for a Doctor No one could give me an answer no one could tell me how long the wait would be they also donā€™t fill your prescription right after your appointment they have till 5 PM to fill it even if you were out of it. The customer service doesnā€™t even deserve the title customer service with how incompetent they were. And to make things worse I was calling to see a psychiatrist so theyā€™re literally neglecting patients with mental illnesses
