Visiting the shop with my sister, loving my new nails. The service here was excellent! The salon was beautifully decorated and I was so relaxed. Highly recommended and I will be back.

This location was just opened in July 2023! It is so new and beautiful! Greeted promptly and they have a huge selection of colors! Helen gave me the Best pedicure! I did the tropical deluxe pedicure with leg massage and paraffin. I was checked on several times and felt so relaxed when Helen was done.

A fantastic Nail salon addition to Flower Mound. 1. It’s huge! 2.their nail technicians are amazing & they have many staff members. 3. The Luxury manicure was wonderful- Holly did an excellent job. 4. Would be perfect for bridal parties, tween or teen birthday parties So glad they have opened a branch in town! Will definitely be back!! Don’t miss checking this place out!

The service was AMAZING!! Such a clean and kind atmosphere, and every employee we interacted with was so sweet. Coco did amazing on my nails and she was super helpful in achieving a result that looked so much like our inspiration picture. I will be coming back to see her! Highly recommend!!!

This place is fantastic. ❤️ The staff is so caring and the salon is so pretty and clean! They have so many colors, more than any other salon that I have visited before! (Arrive early to look and choose your color!) If you have any issues or problems with your service. (Which I'm sure you won't) they will listen and make it right. Don't walk, run! ❤️❤️❤️

Everything from start to finish was amazing and relaxing. Got a tropical pedicure and I almost fell asleep. 10/10 recommend!! Don’t hesitate!

Ms Tran, Kevin and Lynn we awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable in their individual crafts. The greeter Anthony was great trying to answer all of my questions. The location is very nice and clean. Oh and they have wine…wins all around 😉

Having a Blast pampering time at Milano Nail Spa Flower Mound this Sat afternoon. Bao is phenomenal! I received the best pedicure ever from her. Everyone is pretty nice and kind!The salon is beautiful! The service is a amazing! Highly recommended and will be back!

I went at a busy time so I waited a little but the customer service is excellent(went on a Friday afternoon). The aesthetics amazing. So pretty inside. Picture perfect! Ask for Jason he did my nails and can do a lot of designs! 10/10 recommend!

The piano music and Paris mural on the wall (or Europe?) separate rooms for guests to not all be so clumped together, the staff was attentive, went shorter when I asked, double checked the glitter was enough, and made sure the colors matched when my mom and I noticed the matching set didn’t work. It’s different and a nice change in all the right ways. Felt like a vacation after a rough week at work and a recent funeral. From how they liked the designs I had I came in with that the last salon was scared of trying, I think they’d be okay with ideas and designs I’d like to try for Christmas! Will be back!

I came here because of location and the 5 star rating. I've never seen a 5 start rating so wondered if it was accurate. Well it is! Henry did my French dip manicure and Diana did my pedicure. Both were super nice and did an awesome job! And the sweet girl at the check in desk was so sweet and patient with me as she helped me select a toenail polish color. Will definitely be coming back!

The team at Milano Flower Mound was amazing!! Look at my photos!! I got a pedicure and a manicure. I’m so happy with their work. Excited to see Barbie movie in pink!!! Alex did my nails & Mason was my host. They were both very kind. I loved the food at the grand opening party as well!!! Can’t wait to be back!!!!

I’m so pleased with Milano Nails, and I’m picky! I’m doing short and natural for a while after I took my acrylics off. They did a great job making them uniform and the gel is not thick at all. Their salon is beautiful and customer service is excellent. Their booking system also keeps track of your color so you know what you have on when you come back. I’m very impressed and will be back for sure!

Amazing gel manicure AND pedicure was the best I’ve ever had!!!! Complimentary drinks and extremely attentive staff. They did manicure and pedicure at the same time but took their time on both with amazing massages and attention to detail. I came with my mom and her experience was just fantastic with two other associates. HIGHLY recommend- I just moved to the area this summer and this is the best nail salon I’ve been to ❤️ I had Lynn and Don both were amazing and my mom had Van and Penny- they have very high standards, so I wouldn’t worry about walking in!
