I've been shopping at this store for over 8 years now exclusively for all my jewelry needs. iv spent over $40,000 in those 8 years. I went there the other day with 2 broken watches I have. I wanted to get fixed, that was bought from them at that. When I walked up to the 2 ladies at the counter who were not busy, I pulled out the watches and told them what I needed. They proceeded to tell me they were worthless and needed to buy new ones. One of them was $1200, and the other was $4900, and one needed the band fixed, and another one needed a new crystal. They spent more time trying to sell me new ones and telling me what I had was junk than helping me at all. Also, the way they talked down to me made me feel very small. I left, not helped and mad. I will take all my business someplace else from now on. Good luck if this is how you treat longtime customers in the future. I'll never go back.

We purchase my wedding ring from here two years ago and paid extra for the warranty, etc. I went in like 3 weeks ago to get it sized smaller and inspected. The turnaround time was fast, but it was a too small. I need to be able to take it on an off and it’s nearly impossible. I went in and the three ladies at the back, continually trying to convince me that fits me, basically refusing to resize it. After at least five minutes of them, bullying me into not doing it. I just walked out. I will not be back. I have to go somewhere else and pay to have my ring size correctly. They were rude and obviously don’t want our business. I will be closing our charge account as well.

Hailey, Bridget, and Chrisie was so kind, patience, and supportive while we went through the design process. They have a customer for life and I appreciate everything they did to make things happen.
