This is one of my favorite malls in the dfw area. It has everything you need in a clean and fun place. Whoever you are, there is definitely something for you here. The mall itself is super clean. I didn’t see one piece of trash on the floor. The bathrooms in the food court were clean too. All of the stores here are very clean as well. The food court is average size, but has some good options. I believe there is a Great American Cookies, Chick-fil-A, a Japanese restaurant, and so much more. The food court can get a bit messy when it’s busy, but that’s expected. I love coming here to sit down, because the view is very nice. Parking is FREE! The parking lots are HUGE so you’ll definitely find a spot. They even have lights just in case you stay for a long time. There is a great variety of stores in this mall. From organic artisanal stores to emo alt stores, they have it all. There is luxury stores here and even an arcade. The kiosk people here aren’t even obnoxious like other stores. In fact we ended up buying from one of them (Bisou). TLDR: clean mall, decent food court, variety of stores, lively music, good kiosk owners, free parking. 5/5⭐️ would recommend

It's a nice mall, very clean, almost entirely full of shops. They also have an excellent movie theater. I was surprised how nice this mall was and how well maintained since it has been many years since I have been to any mall and probably 10 years since I was at this mall last and I don't remember it being this nice. The food court was a little disappointing that it didn't have more variety but they do have a Chick-Fil-A but it was Sunday so they were sadly closed, for a very good reason though. All in all it was a surprisingly nice experience.

This was a very nice Mall. Enjoyed just walking around and looking , they had a violinist near the food court the day we visited. Really enjoyed the music. And the mail.

My only complaint is it's really warm there during the summer with all the windows. The AC definitely needs to be cranked up cuz you'll sweat walking around. There are plenty of different shops. Decent variety in the food court, and is relatively clean.

I've been going to this mall since it opened. There used to be a Luby's cafeteria in the mall (in the ancient times of the 1980's) that I would go to with my grandparents.

The stores are great varieties, no complaints there! But, I have tried visiting the mall a few times the last few years and it gets really hot in the normal walking areas and even hotter inside the stores (even when it’s only 70 outside.) I can’t handle the heat inside the building. Its really uncomfortable and so I haven’t been able to shop for more than 30 minutes without overheating and needing to exit.

I have been inside Hulen mall for many years, and I have worked in one of the retailers that is anchored to it. Sometimes, I see people watching people a little too closely. Hulen mall was beautiful when it opened in 1978. I guess that I could return to give a better review. The Hulen mall parking lot is great for watching the Blue Angels in flight. Hulen Mall security questioned me about parking with no intention to shop. Some of us are frugal now. I don't like shoplifters shopping with me.

Hulen Mall small by Filipino standards. They have enough shops to keep you busy. Nothing of worth noting. Food court is small but has something for everyone. Gets really congested with traffic around Christmas time.

Remember the 80s and 90s? You were younger and you went to the mall. Remember Spencer's? Remember the book stores? Remember Radio Shack? Remember that store with the tech toys?? Those stores are no longer there. I recently went back to Helen Mall and had a nostalgic afternoon. Even with the missing stores, the place was familiar. I remembered happy days. And the department stores, clothing stores, and others were still there. Outside the mall in the parking lot on the east side of the mall where some fine eating establishments. In the mall on the upper floor is a food court. Some of what you experienced as a kid is still at the mall. Go see Hullen Mall. It is still a nice place, and is full of happy memories.

Not the best Mall. But it’s worth going to. I don’t like to come here on the weekends as there are more sketchy people here. If you’re a parent DO NOT a let your teen daughters come here alone. There have been a lot of news articles about human trafficking connected to this mall. (Google it if you need proof).

This mall is very run down and almost looks abandoned with no food options outside of auntie annes and one pizza place. Most of the stores were closed or empty the entire second floor looks abandoned. Sea Quest is the main attraction but it can get very busy and can have a long wait. `````

Not bad. It's not dead relatively active and it provides fair opportunities for a " mall experience ". Better than north east mall, not as good as grapvine mills.

On its way out, lots of random stores. Beginning to look like it's on its way out. Many of big named stores in mall are no longer concerned with upkeep, i.e. Macy's carpet old and severely stained.

It has changed more than I would like to admit, but it is one of the few malls still around and operating, it has a little bit of everything, especially Hot Topic, and boxed Lunch

Visited Build a Bear and the food court. Build a Bear was an awesome experience for my daughter. They went the extra mile to make her feel special and they are over the top to make the experience a memorable one for your child. There’s like three different asian restaurants in the food court. The Japanese restaurant is nasty, but the Chinese restaurant in the corner next to the Mexican fruit place is bang up. The fruit place is also good. It feels like you pay Cowboy Stadium prices for food and drinks however.

Thank you so much to Mr. Kevin Davies and the staff at Hulen mall for meeting with our Arlington ISD 18 PLUSS students! Also, thank you to the shop owners for their time & generosity. It was such an educational and fun outing for our adult students!!

Very nice mall, very hot inside in the summer though. It can feel a bit unsafe at times, but overall it’s one of the best malls in the area. They have just about every store you could want and it’s far from dying out.

To the person that stole a bag from my autistic son thanks. So you know it was items my son and I bought for his very hard working mother. it was about 50 dollars worth of stuff but was from my son he picked items out. But an invaluable lesson for me and him to know it’s not out there like it used to be and not as many honest people. Shame shame

This is a very nice mall. They have lots to offer and seem to be adding new places every time I visit. They have a good selection of shopping and food to see. The mall is always very clean and well kept. I always see plenty of security guards just checking out and keep everyone safe. It usually packed in the food courts but that is all malls. The shopping isn't ever too buy. If it is near a holiday they do tend to pick up a bunch but so does everyone. I always enjoy stopping by here when I am in town. I definitely recommend.

They happened to have live music in the food court, which was amazing to me. The mall is two stories for those wondering. There are options of transport around to take such as the elevator, stairs or escalator.

So live! They were so amazing, but I barely explored because me and my mom got there at like 514 and we spent our time in the Shoe Palace. The employees were amazing. They made sure everyone had what they wanted. If the size wasn't there they would respectfully say like we don't have this size anything else? Other than that everyone in the mall was nice. Loved it ♥️

DO NOT GO! I’m new to Fort Worth and almost was robbed by 2 thugs in the parking lot, please do not go here thinking you’re safe ! NEVER AGAIN WILL I TOUCH ANYWHERE NEAR THIS MALL!!!

We went on a Monday. It wasn't too crowded, but the place has been depleted due to covid. Several stores were closed or were in the process of closing. The mall its self was clean.

The mall is old and not populated, but Dillards Clearance is legitimately a great big deal!!!

  • 4/5 Nathaniel G. 2 years ago on Google
The overall environment of this mall is pretty ok and average. The stores have what you need (most of the time) and some of the time it’s full, creating some lines at certain stores, but if you go on a weekday you should be fine, the stores shouldn’t be as busy as the weekends when everybody goes.

  • 4/5 Brad W. 2 years ago on Google
Nice mall with a good selection of stores. Nice place to get some steps in on a hot day. Really nice Dillard's store.

Always been a nice mall. Not as high end as it used to be but it's staying busy and has a lot of stores with a huge selection. Good place to go eat and walk around for a bit it has a place to take the kids to play. I used to work at this mall back in 2005 it's changed a lot.

Been coming her for years but let me tell you the food court has upped the Annie! There is this bomb Asian food shop that opened and the meat is so freaking good! After a day of shopping this is a to go home meal.

Def better than Ridgmar (not that I’ve ever been there but there’s more stores) Honestly the mall itself is pretty good. Good restaurants, good stores, service can be lacking at VS/Pink. Went and no one really asked if I needed help. They were just talking to each other, fixing the shirts after I was looking for one, and then I asked one of the girls if she had a shirt in a certain size. Her face was so emotionless. Like? Idk I felt like a bother. I like coming here but y’all need to help people if they need anything with a smile. I get it was 8pm on a Saturday and everyone’s ready to go home but 🙃 I’ll come here again probably maybe I caught everyone on an off day.

Unlike most malls, Hulen Mall isn't dying. There are plenty of stores. The food court gets super packed, but the food is nonetheless excellent; I recommend the Korean corn dog place.

  • 4/5 Sears C. 1 year ago on Google
Good mall, however, there are a few vacant stores in the mall. Despite this, it gives some nice retro vibes. The mall has a fountain in the former Sears wing along with some palm trees. The mall is also one of the smallest in the area but at least it has 2 floors.

  • 5/5 Ryan L. 1 year ago on Google
Nice mall with a good selection of stores, I’m not a big shopper so when going to a mall I try to go during turn slower times of the day so I can get in and out quickly.

  • 3/5 Rhina W. 2 years ago on Google
This mall used to be good but it is going down hill. Its typically fairly clean but it is losing some stores. It isn't really busy but the car break ins are becoming problematic when visiting. There is a lot of food choices nearby in and around the mall but over all is really kind of average.

  • 5/5 Terence R. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of variety. Great discounts at various stores. Good food court and rides for young ones. They just need a coffee ☕ shop!

This mask was very clean and busy. Great to see so many stores still operating even if a little slower with staffing shortages. Food court was busy and full with good options available.

  • 4/5 Alex g. 2 years ago on Google
Small mall compared to others, which makes it great since there is not much of big crowds. You have good option of stores. The food court has some good vendors with different food options to satisfy any appetite.

I miss the 1980's and 1990's being a mallrat back then in the weekends when I was a kid and then skipping school and going to the mall and getting lunch at the food court and walking around and listening to all the co alternative music of the day and smoking clove cigarettes and drinking espresso drinks and looking at all the clothes I could not afford.. it's been years since I've been inside of any mall period, but this one was my favorite in Fort Worth. I purchase clothes from thrift stores and garage sales now. Levi's are Levi's and t shirts are t shirts.. 2 things that will never go out of style. So I'm still in style. I still wear combat style doc martens. I have no need of the mall anymore. Yes I'm an adult but I just don't care about all the flashy stuff any longer. Things are not the same. The malls and stores are dead. Everything liked is gone. There's nothing left in those places for me. I'd rather just sit at home with my dog and drink sweet tea and make my own sandwich and not spend 50 bucks on cheaply made trinkets or clothing that is out of style by next Tuesday.... People, t-shirts and Levi's and boots and a plaid over shirt will never go out of style. Then I was "grunge" now I'm a Lumber Jack Sexual.. ha ha ha

I use this mall for exercise mostly. I like to walk several laps and enjoy the shops and shoppers. It stays busy enough without being too crowded. Of course I walk during the week while most folks are working so that helps. Nice clean mall with good food choices.

I didn't hate it. I just dropped my drink (Icee) I didn't buy a cookie. I might have if I'd walked up on the Shamrock cookie display side. I used to hunt for shamrocks and rainbows when younger. The seating outside your venue is horrible. It looks as if someone's spilled there drinks in every seat! Thank you to the officer that helped me clean mine up and hi canine!

I love going here once a month with my 2 best friends. Been doing this almost every month since we graduated highschool 10 years ago. I don't think there's really a way to score a whole mall bad tbh. Its enjoyable here and there's always things to find and window shop. Some favorites we like to always hit up is the Japanese food place in the food court and the kookee tea place for really good boba. The Purple love drink is especially good and unique. Its a taro tea! Overall, good memories, never had anything weird or bad happen here. Food always taste fresh at the different food court locations, and people are generally nice in the like 4-8 stores we sift through. Just a nice place :)

I haven’t been in this mall in so many years. I remember going to the mall as a teenager with friends, barely any money, spending the entire day here. Fast forward to my husband and I being Middle Aged with two ten year old girls in tow I didn’t find it exciting, fun or even great deals. I was thinking these stores are a waste of money. My parents use to say this and it was definitely true.

  • 4/5 Mads w. 11 months ago on Google
This place is really fun to go to with my friends! Every store there is nice and always enticing haha. I wish that the food court had more variety though, but other than that this place is pretty cool! I buy most of my clothes from here.
