We came to Ft.Worth area from Arizona to Celebrate my wife's 60th Bday and I wanted to surprise her by having her wedding ring repaired and upgraded since she lost the diamond and hasn't worn the ring for years. I found Vaden Jewelers via web and met with the Owner Shavonne. I thought I knew what I wanted done but within a few minutes I knew I didn't have a clue. Shavonne immediately had several suggestions that made all kinds of sense and it was obvious she was the expert. I asked her to do what she thought was best. The result was fabulous! The main diamond was enlarged but only enough to compliment the original ring and with the new drop in/guard that was added. Shavonne was wonderful. She kept in constant contact with me with her suggestions. Additionally, she had recommendations that lowered the costs which other Jewelers may have looked for ways to increase costs. I would highly recommend Vaden Jewelers for new purchases and repairs and upgrades. RB

I loved the shop owner and the dog <3 but my ring took two weeks to be resized and I can see where it was altered. I’m a little disappointed with the craftsmanship. Considering how long it took to be completed, I was expecting it to look the exact same as it did when I handed it over.

These folks were friendly, efficient and thoughtful! They expanded the band on a specialty ring for me. The band has texture and raised markings all around, and my expectation was that there would be a "smooth" section without the texture or raised markings once they expanded it. But guess what, you can barely tell it was adjusted! I'm beyond thrilled with the work they did, and will bring all my sterling and gold jewelry to them from now on. Their new jewelry inventory is beautiful, too!

I just had a watch bracelet adjusted here and I had a great experience. They were very helpful and friendly. I thought that I would have to leave it at the shop, however they made the adjustment while I had an interesting conversation with the owner. I have heard about some bad experiences when making adjustments to this particular watch bracelet. But they got it done quickly and inexpensively. I will definitely be back to visit Vaden Jewelers soon!
