Easily one of the best encounters I’ve had at a vape shop, jeff had an answer for EVERY question i had and was able to help me understand a little more about what i was buying. Shout out to this place, definitely gained a regular today.

I have been going to this shop for years. The customer service is outstanding, and when you ask for fan favorite products- they give you the run down! They are laid back, easy going, and all around a joy to be around! Will continue going to this location as per usual! :)

No doubt the best smoke shop in the area, I love coming here and they have an expansive selection. If you’re going to choose to go anywhere for your smoking need you can’t do better than here. All employees are extremely cordial and polite as well.

Staff at the store very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and they don’t pressure you to buy anything that you don’t want to buy. They help you out in every way they can and even give you suggestions on what’s good and what’s not good it’s by far the best smoke shop I’ve been to since I moved to Texas, I will continue to go there.

I genuinely loved this store, great customer service, great selection, etc. the whole dang 9. However, they have destroyed my trust in local stores by selling me a unit that retails for $54.99 for over $100. I asked the lady over the counter for a good device on the cheaper side and that I would go with what she chose. Apparently the store does not accept refunds on bought units even though a receipt was presented and the device was unused at the time. However, this event occurred around Christmas 2022-2023, so maybe there was a change in culture or staffing, but I went from shopping their disposables weekly to not returning :(

DZ in Hurst is the smoke & vape shop that I go to around here 95% of the time. Jeff is a great guy and he’s the one I go to with any questions and if he’s not there, I ask either Ashley or Antonius and they are just as knowledgeable. They have good prices and some pretty good deals now and then. Just tell them Rob sent you.

Absolutely my favorite vape shop! They always have a large variety of flavors and different brands. They’re always super friendly and make you feel very at ease when deciding what you want, no matter how long it takes! The rewards system is pretty nice too. 10/10 recommend this place. We go weekly to this shop, because we love them so much!

Employees are very knowledgeable, very relaxed, and too the point when need be. Stock is often fruitful with options and stock. Smoke DZ became my #1 the 1st time I showed. And have not disappointed me in the 5 months I've been attending. Keep up the good work guys!

They have a large selection of everything you could possibly need in a vape/smoke shop. The staff are great, knowledgeable, and get to you right away. They have been able to answer any questions I've had.. And they've been able to recommend to me other products if I can't find what I'm looking for, which is rare for these guys! 5 stars all the way!

I bought a Vape from them and within a day it broke I had my receipt however they could not accommodate me in anyway, considering it was my VERY first Vape and that they weren’t able to help me out with the inconvenience… I would not recommend shopping there.. not helpful😐
