Dürüm wrap was cold and the spicy sauce tasted terrible. Service was ok but strange to have been pushed through the line so fast to pay before they ask what veggies and sauce you want.

Would not recommend you to come here. You are not going to be full and it is very expensive. And the food isnt anywhere near good

The worst food I ever had in my life . The kebab is everything but not meat . Don't know what kind of mixture was that but definitely not the fresh meat it's supposed to be . The rice old and hard . Salad same , extremely salty . I took the food back to them and told them that turkish food is nothing like that. They looked quite surprised but they should not. It's obvious that its a ripe off .

Disgusting. Found hair in my food. The bread was dry, i got the wrong order and the service was rude. Dont go here, plenty of other good choices

The service was the worst. They didn’t speak English, the woman didn’t want me to pay with my company card, I said I’m intolerant to cucumber and she said it was fine, that the man can fix it. The menu with drink was way more expensive and the coke from the machine was half way through. Then the other guy making the kebab was rude and when I asked if he could put tomato but not cucumber because I’m intolerant he said that no, that he’s not gonna cut some more tomato just for me. Then it was looking so poor the kebab and he was so in bad mood that I was afraid of asking for more lettuce. And when I said it he looked at me mad and putted just so little that I couldn’t even see the difference. I won’t come back for the service tho 0/10

Worst vegetarian kebab I have ever tried! This place should have never advertised they even have such an option. Because my kebab consisted of lavash and cabbage only, and had a taste of mayonnaise only. Never pay a cent for this terrible place!

Lackluster döner with hair inside the food. We came as a group, so the chefs may have been stressed, which would explain the hair.

Wouldn't go back, prices are high for the quality offered. However, I tried worst dishes somewhere else and the donër wasn't that bad. The workers were nice.

Döner was not good. It was dry and the pita was burnt. Nothing special about that place. Try something else. I was so hungry and didn't want to throw my money to garbage bin for nothing. Edible.

They scammed me into paying double on 10/10/22... They told me my card didn't go through and I paid cash after. I didn't think twice until the staff then spoke about me in German, thinking I didn't understand them and were surprised when I answered. I saw later that the charge went through on my card. Very rude.

There are more salads than doner kebabs, and since the shop owner and employee are Kurdish, they are making PKK propaganda. Even though they know Turkish, they cannot speak Turkish. WILLINGLY

Visiting Hamburg from Scotland and stumbled upon this place. The service was good they are in a big rush due to being so busy which is to be expected and understandable. The man was friendly and speaking English. I had a big kebab in bread that tasted delicious.
