    I always had a great experience until this past Thursday. I order ahead from the parking lot. I was heading down the road for a business trip in Delaware. I was very disappointed the fries were cold and dry. I'm not certain if they gave me a order that was canceled and had been sitting. I was very upset, I did not have time to return to make a formal complaint. Make certain every order is made like it your meal. T.Pollard

    Usuall great service . Food is always good. Much better than the Chick-fil-A by Neshaminy mall Update : 01/24/2024 Chick-fil-A count your days!! Why are my French fries all missing?!

    The drive-through line is usually long, but it's worth the wait. Food is always delicious! The staff are always friendly and very efficient!

    They mixed up my order .....didn't get my milkshake... there were 2 other customers complaining of the same as I was ordering my meal on drive through service. The lines are long its best if you order pick up instead. The employees are kind and they try their best. <After I notified them of their mishap they did offer to replace it next time I visit....they take your name and they apologized.>

    I had the worst experience ordering the seasonal peppermint chocolate chip milkshake. When I received the cup of peppermint milk INSTEAD of a properly made milkshake it was very loose as if, it sat out for a very long time before it was handed to me, inexcusable. I quickly requested that the milkshake to be replaced. During this time of year, I order that flavor, frequently. I’ve never had an issue.

    I was visiting family that lives in that area and my sister has never ate at this restaurant before so we decided to try and grab something before they closed. The order taker was very polite and patient with us as we ordered in the drive thru. The food preparation didn't take long at all despite how busy they were. Everyone was very courteous and the food was delicious.

    I’ve been coming to this store for years, and because of my experience this morning I wanted to leave a review. Tammy took my order outside at the drive thru and she is always so kind to me :) But what stood out most to me was my interaction with Mary at the drive thru window. She truly went out of her way to engage with me, and has such a warm and caring personality. I wish she would be at the window every time I come to visit! God bless you Mary and Tammy, I hope you both know your value and worth ❤️

    I didn't know they had a 10 count minis breakfast. It was delivered in a heart shaped container. Cute. They were also very accommodating with my salad order. I can't eat eggs, cheese or CHICKEN right now. They put everything on the side. They nicely package all the sides and my salad was still good without those things. The girl also didn't make me feel weird having so many alterations to my food.

    I spoked to Barbra about this she did not apologize & wasn’t sympathetic. All they said was I can get a free salad next time or a refund but they should’ve given both for the inconvenience. Poor customer service

    Went through the drive through. Did some holiday shopping after. Got home to eat and was missing a sandwich. Called the location an hour and a half later. They gladly replaced the sandwich for free and offered an entire entree and dessert free of charge for the inconvenience. I declined and tipped them after picking up the sandwich I already paid for. Great place to eat, and even better place for a teenager to work. They’re all extremely well mannered.

    My friend and I got food poisoning here. We called the customer service line and the representative told us this was franchised and that the owner would be contacting us. Never heard from him. It’s been MONTHS. I called three more times. I’m done with Chick-fil-A. They’re not what they used to be.

    What ever happened to , my pleasure. This location employees no longer say, my pleasure, anymore. It was always nice hearing. Went inside to order one day and the older woman behind the counter taking our order was miserable! Made me feel uncomfortable. Next time I went to this location, I said thank you and the iconic saying, my pleasure, was never said. Inside was not too clean. What happened to Chick-fil-a, it’s just not the same anymore or is it just this location???

    What could be bad at Chick-fil-A (Oxford Valley) I actually was waited on by the managing partner himself. He jumps right in and gets his hands dirty like the other employees, and I like to see that! The food was hot and fresh.

    As expected, the drive thru was packed. I know I could go inside and eat but I like the convenience of a drive thru. Only issue I had was the girl taking my order didn't have a menu for me to use.

    Drive through was a little slow, food was hot and fresh ordered chicken biscuits meal it would be nice if they put the cream in the coffee, you have to pull over and fix your coffee if you want to drink it right away. People are always friendly at the store.

    Really solid chic fil et near Sesame Place. Went after a long day at the Waterpark and it really hit the spot. Was impressed by the fresh flowers on the table. Drive thru line was long but instore line is short. You can even save time and earn points by ordering via the mobile app and put the table number into your app. Easy peasy.

    I was down in the dumps all day feeling really sad. My son and I came to this location and had the pleasure of being assisted by Riley. What great customer service she provided. I mean she was on a roll she worked so quickly with no hesitation with the biggest smile on her face. She didn’t skip a beat I mean talk about efficient. She’s definitely an asset. She wouldn’t even let us tip her. They really should allow tipping she was amazing.

    I came here on a Thursday and they really messed up my order. I’m deaf and the communication was difficult. I wrote to them online and they apologized and welcomed me back for a complimentary meal and did more than enough to see that the bad experience was completely erased and compensated. I can’t thank Kristen enough. Even when Chick Fila fails, they still find a way to succeed! Thanks again!
