Awesome! Visited 50 years ago, left with the same fond memories. Best pizza & swizzle anywhere!

So I've decided to document every place that I have ever had a meal in, and I'm starting with the country that I was born in, Bermuda. To be brutally honest, I didn't enjoy growing up there (too many reasons to get into here), but speaking objectively as a foodie, I'd be a fool not to recognize good food. And this place has got it. It has been a minute since I've been here, but I'm led to believe the pizza is still as good as when I was last there. What they do with the sauce is *chef's kiss* Now mind, Bermuda is NOT a cheap destination, but should you find yourself there, Robin Hood is well worth it.

This place would get a high review if it weren’t for one employee. Food was good and the waitress was really nice and clearly good at her job. The only reason for a low review is the guy acting though he was in charge of the main dining area was rude and rushed me out the door as soon as I finished my meal and beer. He loudly told a group that just walked in, “this guy is leaving soon and you can have his table.” Then, he comes over and asks if I need anything. Before I could finish responding that I did not want a beer right now and the waitress was bringing me a water, he rushed to bring me the check. It was clear he wanted me to leave so he could have the table for the new group. Couldn’t even sit and digest for 5 minutes.

came here quite a few times for good food and some good football games. bit dark on the inside. enjoy the $10 Monday's menu and enjoy it. compared to other Bermuda restaurants they have very decent prices and good sized portions. friendly staff

Great quiz night - great atmosphere!

Great $10 lunch specials on a Monday....I ordered the chicken tikka and white rice a something lil naan but it wasn't it was African I think but it was amazing. Just the right amount of spicy just perfect.

It's a nice pub that serves good food and staff are very friendly and always welcome you with a smile.

First time I had dinner there and I really enjoyed the food. Get a very good portion of food. Very nice. Friendly staff.

The food is good, the wiatresses are very attentive. If it wasn't for the manager I'd give it 4 stars, I found him arrogant and not appreciative of new customers. Not impressed with his attitude. Shame as it is a really nice place.

Great sports pub. Has loads of screens showing the main sporting activities of the day. They have separate areas so can easily show multiple games at once. The staff are super friendly and service is great. The menu is not huge but they do great omelettes and the constant coffee is a big plus. Great place to go for sporty atmosphere with like minded people.

Most places in the states don't make such a tasteful burger. Customer service is always excellent and the location could only be more convenient if it were two blocks closer to the dock - and it's only two block from the dock to begin with. I will stop at the Robin Hood every time I visit the island.

Very good food, especially for the price in the area, but the pub is a bit uncomfortable in that there was clearly someone smoking and the smoke was in the air, along with the fact that air conditioning would only turn on from time to time, so it wasn't particularly cool inside. But back to the food, which our entire group really enjoyed. The Indian food was very good, while the veggie burger was excellent, as I was told. The noodles and quesadilla were also commended, so, overall, we were quite pleased with the meal. I also enjoyed watching the Euro Cup qualifier football matches they had on, so for watching European sports, I think there's not likely to be a better choice.

Great spot to grab a local beer and watch any live sports event. They do offer a few dairy free curry’s, which are definitely worth trying

Got a take out pizza that was not up to the normally high standard. Overcooked and burnt around the edges. Was in a rush to we just accepted and went on our way.

Portions were massive, good value for Bermuda I guess. Place was a bit run down but it did the job. Nice local craft beer

My husband and I came here for quiz night and had a blast! It’s a little off the beaten path and felt less touristy than some of the other places. They have a great patio, reasonable prices and good service- we’ll definitely be back!

My family and I went here during our vacation. Three years ago my parents ate at this pub and raved about it, so we came back! We all thought the food was delicious, waiter was friendly, and had overall a nice atmosphere. I'd recommend!

Popped in here for a drink and an appetizer on a weekday afternoon. The place wasn’t very busy at the time but they had plenty of tvs for sporting events so I can imagine they’d be pretty packed during a game. We visited based on a recommendation from a family member and weren’t disappointed. The calamari and the nachos were fantastic! We also appreciated the friendly staff who chatted with us and gave us some suggestions for fun things to do for the rest of the afternoon while wandering the island.

Great place to enjoy good food, sipping a few drinks and having fun. In the 1978 definitely the best pub and sportsbar on the Island. I was the place to be at least 3 times a week. Friendly staff, chilled atmosphere. Those days they had even live music. Its the place where locals enjoy the evening, it is not a touristic place.

This is what a local joint should be. I am a traveler and a sucker for local joints. Great food, awesome DJ.

Disappointed with food and service

Very poor customer service. The sever was not very attentive. Practically threw the menus down and looked as if he couldn't care less if we needed anything. When it was mentioned to the manager, she tried to make up for his poor attitude and must have said something to him because after that he made somewhat of an effort to be more engaging. Overall, we were all dissatisfied by the service and the food. We won't be going there again

I've bought pizzas in the past and they were very good . But today the pastry was uncooked. I I was very disappointed.

A short walk from our hotel at Royal Palms. Was completely empty when we visited (around 2pm on a Wednesday). Service was a bit slow but not really upset about that as I wasn’t in Bermuda to move quickly. However, the fact that the fish for some of the dishes was frozen rather than fresh was a bit disappointing. The menu is also an eclectic combination of items (hotdogs, chowder, quesadillas, etc.). Hard to tell what they focus on / do really well. The waiter had a difficult time giving us this answer as well.

Best pub food on the island, well priced and chilled atmosphere... Highly recommended.
