The staff are what make mad hatters the place to be, yes they do have 10+ menu options that they will read off the top of their heads but that's part of the charm of being a fun and unique restaurant in bermuda! Grab a hat have a drink and a great meal! The one thing I do have to say about the menu is the portions are big but a great combo of seafood and vege (+vegan) options are available!

Our favourite restaurant in Bermuda. Matteo is a great host and Sammy, Allen and the other chefs are a cut above the rest. If you're a vegetarian or vegan, just tell them what you like and the chefs will create something special just for you. Top-class sushi, top-class service!

I had lobster sushi for the first time, and it was great. Such a pity I only found this spot in my last few hours in Bermuda, as chef Sammy says you can order by asking to be "surprised" with any ingredient. Highly recommend visiting Beluga Bar for sushi.

Considering we are in Bermuda this place is remarkably fairly priced, the staff is friendly and food is good- I recommend the samy roll!!

Beluga is located inside the Washington Mall. So, as with any retaurants that are situated inside a mall or department store, when the rest of the mall is closed, and the only thing opening was this restaurant, it seemed a bit lonely. But the service was great. Our server was an Indian gentlemen, very professional and courteous. The food, especially the sushi rolls, were creative and flavorful. The sashimi selection was a bit limited, only yellowtail, big eye tuna and regular tuna were available. But they were pretty fresh and tasted fine. All the specialty rolls were delicious. The reason that I gave a 3 star for the atmosphere was that the red and blue velvety seats were a bit low in height, and our seating posture was crouched and uncomfortable after a while. It also looked a bit dated, kind of like the funky atomsphere in a night club 10 years ago.

We had an excellent time with fantastic food and amazing hats. The staff were really friendly.

The food here was really good, no beer on draft so bottled beers only. Visited for a birthday party and they happily squeezed in a few more people. I had a mushroom consomme which was really tasty, had to ask for extra bread though as I do like bread with my soul. A lovely steak dish which was cooked well. Can't remember the dessert but I remember really enjoying it. Only issue really was the service for drinks was really slow and they didn't really seem happy, but then again it was a big group and there were other customers too.

Great food and a wonderful staff! I would recommend this place for everyone who visits the island.

I usually love this place and it's my favorite on the island. However their fish and chips was utterly garbage. So much butter and flour that you could not even find the fish. Do not buy that special. I should have known better considering the special was so cheap

It was a bit hard to find, but well worth the effort. Some of the best food I’ve had since I’ve been in Bermuda. Salad with spinach and grapes was light and delicious. Crab cake wasn’t over flavored with green pepper or sauce. You actually tasted the crab! The trout almandine was perfection. And the desserts were marvelous. The chocolate chip cookies were as good as it gets.

Everything we ate was amazing! Tucked inside the mall, it’s a hidden dinner gem. We went on a Friday night when everything on Front street was packed and we were able to get seated right away with no wait. Every dish we ordered was phenomenal. Eat here!

Sushi like no other!! The chefs whip up some great creations and treat it like a masterpiece. The fish is fresh and delicious. The service is top notch - Sammy is the guy!

I’d say that this place has the best flavors in Hamilton, maybe even Bermuda. I highly recommend the Brie and raisin bread appetizer whenever it’s available, it’s phenomenal. I love the casual and cute Alice in Wonderland decorations paired with the high end food. The atmosphere is sophisticated, but not stuck up, and a bit goofy as well, because of all the hats you can try in on the walls! A masterpiece of a restaurant, and the price matches the deliciousness of the food.

Was a bit tricky to find but thankfully a kind Bermudian told us that it is actually located inside the mall, downstairs. They have very, very good Sushi!!! I mean incredible sushi!! We had so much food off this menu. I’m not even kidding just our food ended up being $350 for two people. HIGHLY recommend!

The BEST sushi restaurant in Bermuda! Okay, so I've not tried every sushi restaurant in Bermuda, but Beluga is just wonderful. It's ALL about the food, so if you're a foodie, then this place is for you. Every dish is beautifully presented and utterly delicious. But.... every so often they dish up something that is remarkable. Food should make you smile. 10 out of 10, oh, and fabulous service. We will return again (and again) ((and again))!

Sushi was good, very good, in fact excellent. However, they were very slow and are trying to serve way too many tables with too few chefs and service. We waited about 3x more than I would have hoped for our first slice of fish and we were at the bar

Came here for my birthday and got the omakase it was some of the best sushi/fish I’ve had. Chef Sammy was amazing felt like a family member such great hospitality and even better food. If you don’t go here your missing out, looking forward to coming back next time I’m on the island.
