The highlight for me was the service. Bartenders were eager to please. Creating some awesome Bacardi drinks while teaching me about them. It was really cool!

What a great place!!! Firstly, we had an amazing waiter named Martin who was attentive to our every need. He made our dinner much more enjoyable and we appreciate all that he did for us. The atmosphere was great. We got there for a 6 o’clock dinner and were called immediately to our seats. The appetizers and entrees were all unbelievable!! I started with scallops and pork belly and my wife had a goat cheese soufflé. Dinner was just as amazing. I had Red Hind which was delicious but my wife’s dinner stole the show. She had what is known as guinea chick (spiny lobster) which was awesome!! I highly recommend that dish!! We had a nice bottle of Masi which didn’t break the bank and topped it off with a chocolate lava cake for dessert. Martin dressed up the dessert with a little anniversary sign which showed his attention to detail. Jordan the manager came by to make sure everything was to our liking. He talked with us for a bit and made sure our experience was perfect. It was a great night and will definitely back when we come back to Bermuda for another visit.

Website, menu, ambiance, and service all lead you to believe that you’re in store for a 5 star meal in the center of front street. Unfortunately the food is an extreme disappointment. I know Bermuda is expensive, but the appetizers and entrees leave a lot to be desired. I ordered the shrimp and scallops for my main and you get 3 shrimp, 2 scallops, a scoop of black rice, 2 plain steamed broccoli, 3 2 inch long strands of plain squash, and a underwhelming sauce. The scallops were not seared enough and there was not much seasoning on them. Everything just seemed very basic and the bare minimum for a palatable meal. Seems like something you could get at Red Lobster for a third the price. I will say the desserts were very good, but skip dinner.

The best sushi restaurant in Hamilton!! My husband and I were on vacation visiting from Boston, and we sat on the upstairs patio for dinner and a beautiful view of the sunset! I was craving sushi and my husband was craving steak, we came to the right place! The manager Mihai was really helpful recommending from the menu and checking in on us! Very friendly and fun atmosphere! We had scallops, fish, steak, and the sushi platter! Dinner & cocktails were delicious, and then we had the popular cheesecake for desert!!! Definitely going to come back for another visit!! So good, Highly recommend!

A fantastic meal! Calvina, our waitress was amazing both in service and in recommendations (and in personality!). The lamb, scallops, crudo, gnocchi, and cheesecake were out of this world. Run don’t walk here! Cocktails were also delicious.

Great atmosphere!

Went there for after work drinks, bit fancier than the average happy hour spot. If you like your wines this is one of the better places to go. Great bar, nicely decorated tables and a bit of outdoor space as well. Not the cheapest place around, but so once in while she nice treat.

My mother and I stopped in for an impromptu dinner to which we were promptly seated by who I assume was the manager. Everything started great but quickly went down hill, from the service to the food. First we weren’t sure who our server was and he never formally introduced himself as our server to the table…I still do not know what his name is. We put in our order of appetizers, salad (to share), and main (to share). Our appetizers were not great, specifically the scallops and pork belly, the pork belly tasted as if it had been cooked hours earlier then left sitting out until it was time to plate, and our salad course was completely forgotten! It was only when I asked about it did our server realize/apologize. Our main was the Tomahawk steak which was meant to share…as someone who has eaten cuisine around the world specifically in places like Buenos Aires, this was prepared very poorly and honestly didn’t taste very high quality. To make up for for the missed salad course we ordered desert, I had the molten chocolate cake which I had to send back twice due to the center being cold, my mother liked her Apple dessert okay, she didn’t love the chocolate crumble that garnished the ice cream. I would NOT recommend this place at all, while the manager did remove the dessert there was just ultimately too much wrong with the experience for the price. There are far better options on the island!

Delicious food. Great service. Highly recommend the cheesecake and the cocktail Corrupted is a surprisingly sweet and zesty drink you must try. Steak frites is a great bar menu option that is delicious and yet fulling without having to sit in the dining area.

A special occasion calls for a special restaurant. There's a lively atmosphere for larger parties, but it's still comfortable for couples having intimate dinners. The food was delicious and carefully presented (hence the pictures!). Service was attentive, professional yet friendly. I was pleased to find meatless options among the main courses without having to wrangle something with the server or ending up with a salad. Nicely generous portions, too. First time having dinner at Port O Call. What took us so long?

Great service. We were able to order off the Port o Call menu and the Pearl Sushi restaurant (upstairs and also delicious) on the same check. Best food we’ve had in Bermuda and possibly the best cheesecake I’ve ever had.

I wanted the Surf and Turf for dinner. Menu says it includes shrimp, filet mignon, and crabcake. Server tells me they have changed the menu. Crabcake has been removed and replaced by FRENCHFRIES but meal price stays at $45. Outrageous. Either cross out the crabcake and reduce price, substitute more shrimp, or include fries and reduce price. Won't come back and will advise friends to stay away.

Always a good sushi spot. Food is good and normally doesn't take very long.

Awesome service and ambiance. Had a dirty vodka martini to start mixed proper. For an appetizer I had the fish chowder, be warned the serving is quite large. The special that evening was the shrimp and scallops with polenta, very tasty. The wine list was extensive. The whole experience was superb. Will definitely dine again when I return to Bermuda

Dinner at Port O' Call was delicious, and the service was terrific. A great atmosphere to dine and enjoy dinner conversation with friends!

The food was excellent and the atmosphere superior. I did not drink but I could tell the staff was knowledgeable about the wine list at other tables.

Never disappoints.

We dined here for breakfast for nine mornings and one dinner while staying at Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa. The food was super delicious and service was exceptional too. We ordered the same breakfast every morning but did not get tired of it- on the contrary, we will miss it very much! The amazing view from the restaurant is cream-on-top. <3

Worst service I have ever received in a restaurant. SLOW and inattentive wait staff. Food was not good. Felt like a second class citizen and I'm not at all picky, fussy, or demanding. Only got 2 stars because the person I was with said their food was palatable.
