My goodness — I could have spent the entire dinner service observing the photos on the wall. Stunning! Food was okay — nothing to write home about, but the wine was really great! 100% get dessert. It was the best part of the entire meal!!!

Went there for a job party, on such short notice for a group of 15 the service was amazing, if they had more notice it would've been even better. The waiter was very personable and polite. The food was excellent, it tasted as delicious as it looks. Very rare for that to happen. Could use some work on their virgin mojitos.

Great decor. Nice cozy feeling inside. One of the servers tried to have us sit at the tiniest table while a lot of seating was available. The green salad was good but the paella was horrible. I wouldn't go back, gotta be better places in Hamilton.

Genuine Italian restaurant in Hamilton. Service was excellent. I had the ravioli with mushrooms (Tortelloni on the menu), and my spouse had the Ravioli di Branzino (sea bass ravioli), which were both excellent! Dessert was a tiramisu cake with a berry garnish, and the lemoncello after dinner was excellent!!

Delicious food. Great service. Staff are very friendly. We enjoyed everything we ordered at first lunch and ended up coming back once for dinner and once for desserts. Pizza is great. Ravioli is also really good.

Look, do yourself a favor. If the have a grilled seafood special GET IT. We had the special with grilled wahoo, rock fish, shrimp, and scallops tossed in this white wine sauce with roasted potatoes and grilled veggies. It's been weeks since we were there and we STILL talk about it!

Great italian restaurant in Hamilton. I had the minestrone. It was somewhat different from the usual but very tasty. The margherita was also delicious. It is close to the centre and ferry dock. They have some quite interesting pizzas and pastas on their menu. Highly recommended.

Food was very tasty, menu had a lot of options - from Italian icons like pizzas and pastas to international favorites - mini burgers with fries. Customization available which is helpful if you have food allergies or special dietary requirements. Must have when you are on the island and looking for a solid options. I will definitely come back for more.

Just had an amazing dinner at Portofino on my first night in Bermuda. The food and wine was amazing. I went back to buy some of the famous Portofino Caesar salad dressing and a bottle of Cabernet for a little party we had at our hotel. Definitely don't miss this restaurant when you're in Hamilton!

Having been born and raised in Bermuda, this was my go to restaurant and after all these years it is still consistently great. Whenever I am in Bermuda Portofino is a must for me. I highly recommend if you live Italian.

Lovely experience at Portofino. The portion sizes were very generous and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious and we will definitely be coming back to try more. They also catered for vegans and gluten free vegans which was a great bonus as two of our party are vegan (they don’t specify this on the menus but the staff were very accommodating). They had gluten-free pizza bases and egg-free pasta if you’d want this, but you’d need to specify. We definitely recommend coming here if you’re nearby.

Amazing food. We had pasta Alfredo and Luciana. The tiramisu dessert was also delicious, not too sweet and with fresh fruits. Service was also great. We highly recommend this place.

Stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday, fairly empty. The food was tasty, had the pizza and pasta. Charged extra for bread when we got an appetizer with cheese, seemed somewhat odd/cheap to do so.

The Bronzino Ravioli with saffron sauce is to die for good. It is layered with subtle flavors that come together perfectly. Soak up the sauce with a bit of garlic bread and leave happy. Portions are just right, had enough to take some home to enjoy later.

I went with my wife for dinner. Very nice atmosphere. Good service. We started with Focaccia and Fish chowder soup. The soup was really good. For the main course we got Branzino baked sea bass which was really good. And we also got the Luciana linguini pasta which was ok. It was very creamy and so heavy. We could not finish it. Drinks were good. We had good time there. Recommend it.

Wonderful pasta and wonderful staff. Incredibly flavorful, with a great variety. The seafood here is fresh, rich and incorporated perfectly into every dish. We had the Luciana and Portofina and both were decadent but without feeling blown up afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Second time visiting. Food was just as excellent both times. They make a number of the Italian dishes that you would expect anytime you go to an Italian restaurant. The menu has shrunk from the last time I was there but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Food is still great just less options. The staff is friendly and helpful but can be slow at times. Will definitely go again. Prices are expensive compared to the States but about on par for what you can expect from an island like Bermuda.

I had an anniversary dinner here and it was very good. The server was very knowledgeable and was really helpful I was a bit disappointed that there was no table setting this would have added to the decor of the restaurant. I had the Bermuda fish chowder to start the tuna tartare for a second course and lamb chops for my main... The soup was very appetizing however the tuna tartare and the lamb chops not sure if it was the sauce but it was a bit salty, I would also recommend getting new steak knives as it was cutting into my lamb. We had also called ahead to make the reservations which I had stated that I have a shellfish allergy but on arrival no one had asked so that was a downfall for me as well.but all in all it was a very good experience I would definitely return to give you guys a second try. The icing on the cake was when the server sang for us which was really nice.

Our go to pizza place on the island. Everyone seems to have very strong opinions about what Italian restaurant is the best. Portofino has consistently served us quality food at a fair price.

I have been patronizing this business for over 20 years for an authentic Italian experience. Take Out section is so convenient but because they switch out chefs frequently the food can be hit and miss. Just a few nights ago they were out of gluten free pasta, so I could not order my usual. Frustratingly, I could not order my back up dish either because they were out of advocados as well. Multiple times I have been handed the wrong order, not discovering until I was long home...now I ask them to show me inside the container before I leave. Kudos to the staff who are out shining the flaws and inconsistencies of others. Good luck - Let's do better Bermuda 😊
