It
was
our
first
time
to
Bermuda.
We
noticed
that
TM
Tavern
was
the
highest
rated
restaurant
on
the
island.
It
was
a
long
taxi
service
from
The
Reefs
but
it
was
beyond
worth
it.
We
planned
our
day
around
the
dinner
reservations
and
visited
St
Georges.
Due
to
rain
and
shop
closures,
we
arrived
at
TMT
over
an
hour
early.
Ian
showed
us
to
the
patio
and
offered
drinks
while
we
waited.
Even
if
you
do
not
arrive
early,
go
to
the
patio
area
and
visit
with
Pumpkin
and
Smokey...
the
2
establishment
cats
that
are
sweet
and
adore
the
attention.
The
restaurant
is
an
old
home
that
you
arrive
to
by
a
beaten
path
road.
It
sits
by
a
water
feature
and
has
*special*
written
all
over
it
as
soon
as
you
pull
up
to
the
door.
The
staff
is
excellent.
We
had
so
much
attention.
At
least
4
different
waiters
visited
us
for
drink
orders,
food
and
table
service.
Bruno,
the
owner
of
TMT,
was
around
and
stopped
by
several
times
and
even
helped
with
the
dessert
orders.
A
prince
of
a
host.
The
Chicken
Soup
was
the
Appetizer
highlight.
I
would
imagine
that
you
cannot
go
wrong
with
any
of
the
dish
selections.
But
the
Lasagna
and
the
Ribeye
were
big
hits
at
our
table
for
the
main
course.
For
the
Ribeye,
be
sure
to
order
the
Woody
Bearnaise
sauce.
If
the
waiter
tells
you
that
it
is
not
available,
ask
for
Bruno.
He
will
make
it
happen.
Oh,
full
disclosure,
It
is
a
$5
upcharge
but
come
on...you
are
in
Bermuda.
We
met
the
chef
afterwards
and
offered
our
thanks
for
such
a
great
job
on
the
meals.
This
place
is
a
MUST
GO
while
on
your
visit
to
the
island.
I
wish
I
could
give
it
a
100
Star
review
on
