Recommended by Willowbank today to it’s guests like us noting that there was entertainment tonight. We were disappointed when we arrived to find out no music tonight . I had called the Hotel earlier and they confirmed music . We decided to still have dinner and Nahzjse placed us in a nice corner table .. too corner for Hazem our server who apparently had too many tables to serve as after the initial order forgot about us until I called Amitt who took care of us the rest of the evening. We enjoyed the guacamole and chips and coconut shrimp but the meatballs were disappointing . The crispy snapper was really good but they forgot to bring separate places. Thanks for Nahzjse taking our picture on our 43 Anniversary trip. She said music tomorrow but we will probably sample another restaurant in case they cancel entertainment again. Looks like a nice respite hotel .

Best Dark and Stormy that I've ever had! It's really good, the seating area is a bit dated but it's very lively and fun.

Sat down for an hour to have tea at the Jasmine and read a book. You can't beat this view of south shore! The "South P" -as locals call it- is well visited by Bermudians because it makes us feel like we are on vacation! The staff are so welcoming and not a single detail is forgotten with regards to the decor. Always a great experience.

Excellent music in the lobby. The lavender lemon drop martini is a huge hit! Fun atmosphere and great entertainment.

It's ok not the best food but a very comfortable atmosphere. Good for a snack and cocktails.

For a lounge of the hotel it was amazing. We had dinner nearly every night in the lounge. One night a wedding party of maybe 30 guests and the service didn't even skip a beat. They kept pouring me my rum swizzles and the food was perfect every time. The platter was a fan favourite of our group. Shout out to the servers of jasmine's lounge.

Have been to this hotel lounge over many years. The family always enjoys the food. As picky as we are, honestly havent had anything we didn't like here. Service is pretty good as long as it's not too busy. Friendly staff.

Yummy late night snack and great drinks!

Limited selection but great food. The first time we sat outside which overlooked the pool. The food took a long time because our waiter lost our order. But when the food finally came out, it was hot and well prepared. The fish burger on brioche buns was very good as well as the french fries. Inside seating was very comfortable with cushions and sofa-like seats.

We had a great time! We enjoyed the live band. Food was pretty good, but a pretty penny.

On a rare, chilly, gloomy day in Bermuda Jasmine was the perfect cozy, comfort food venue. It recently had an interior refresh which looks good. We got a couch and table right next to the fireplace and ordered the Jasmine Signature Pizza. It was outstanding! Best pizza I’ve had in Bermuda — ever. Order it.

Great place whether you go for a bite during the day, afternoon tea, dinner or simply for a drink!

While currently and maybe permanently closed, time will tell, this was a wonderful venue for parties and outdoor gatherings with the option to go inside if the weather was not favorable.

The food is ok but they have this amazing apple pie that I jokingly told my husband I would visit Bermuda just to have it. The warm apply pie wth the ice cream is amazing! My husband liked their flat pizza and my daughters ate the chicken fingers and banana split.

Jasmine lounge has steadily decreased on quality and service over the years” If you want drinks, finger food, desserts then this lounge will suffice. Comfy atmosphere but horrendous service. Here was our experience, it took 23 min after we sat down before someone took our drink order. We has 3 different waiters in one meal, all were rushed when the lounge was not even full. Appetizers came bf our drinks and we finished our eating appetizers and still no one took our dinner order yet. We finally got drinks and then placed an order and quality of food was awful. There was only 3 entrees to pick from and the two we tried were awful. Snapper overcooked and there was hard cereal on top, chicken breast with swiss cheese and spinach was bland and salty. Mash potatoes must be out of box it was awful also. 4 star hotel not a chance. Too bad such a nice atmosphere has poor customer service and awful entrees

We had lunch here on NY day. The service and atmosphere is fantastic. My favorite is the signature thin crust pizza

I like your chairs because they have pretty good designs and I think they look good at your pretty restaurant. I also like your food because your food tastes so good!!

The Jasmine Lounge has a great, cosy ambiance. There is something for everyone on the menu. The staff are friendly and attentive. There are a number of fun specialty cocktails to choose from also.

The chef is a genius, the food is always tasty.
