This spot is a Local Hidden Gem ! The Paraquet is bright and sunny, located right on the main road just past Bermuda College. The food is wonderful, freshly prepared, and very affordable . I had the Chicken and waffles, which were lovely, served with sirracha sauce, my wife ordered the fish cake which came with golden brown potatoes, and eggs, with banana and avocado. The coffee, and iced coffee were also delicious ! We will be back for dinner for sure ! We went back the next day, and I tried the Crepes, which were delicious !

Great diner and friendly staff! Shares the codfish and Bermudian breakfast and both were great. Will definitely be back.

We visited twice, breakfast and dinner. Both pleasant enough and decent value for money relative to the rest of the Island. It has an old school American diner feel, a bit soulless even when busy. But on the whole, a safe bet for basic fare.

Great reputation well deserved. Large varied menu and everything cooked to order. The antidote to fast food.

The great thing about the Paraquet was it's location - it's one of the only restaurants on this stretch of road near Elbow Beach - and it's variety of food options for reasonable prices. On an island where everything is seemingly shipped in and frozen before cooking, the Paraquet had a ton of fresh and flavorful options. I had the Paraquet Burger - which was full of fresh herbs - and a heaping slice of lemon meringue pie. Definitely great for families as well.

The Paraquet Restaurant has been a bastion of Bermudian culinary hospitality for longer than I've been alive. I personally consider them in my top 3 for breakfast(the codfish and potatoes are BANGING), and the variety in the menu leaves all ages and appetites satisfied. The 50's style diner set-up may not be for all but many find it quaint and cozy; a more personalized feel to the service. Highly recommended for any meal.

This diner was recommended by a cabbie as the place locals love for home cooked eats. We went for breakfast, and had amazing fish cakes as part of The Bermudian breakfast. Great service, friendly staff, good food, and a clean colourful space. If only we’d known about The Paraquet Restaurant a day earlier, we could have celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving away from home!

My husband and I each ordered salads, they were both ok. They serve a fabulous punch that I absolutely recommend! After reading about the lemon meringue pie we each ordered a slice. I'm a serious baker so I love to try out baked goods. The meringue almost melted on my tongue, light and moist. The lemon curd was underwhelming, needed more sugar and lemon. The crust was ok. I typically don't like very sweet curds, but this one needed more.

Good service, they also have outdoor service. Your in trouble if it rains. You get a full plate of food. Restrictions have been somewhat lifted and patrons are enjoying new freedoms.

We came here to get an authentic Bermudan breakfast. We were not disappointed! The Traditional Codfish breakfast was absolutely delicious. Emily, our waitress, was charming and very helpful. Definitely worth a stop, and highly recommended.

Had the bermudian breakfast for $20 which included a fish cake, home fries, avocado, egg and bread. It also comes with a banana which I opted out of and ask for something else but they refused to swap the banana for another fruit. They said if I want different fruit I have to pay $10 for the fruit plate. I asked for a piece of apple or anything that's cheap for them besides a cut of a banana but they wouldn't go for it. Coffee was extra with no refills. Overall $35 with tip for a very average nothing special breakfast.

A great menu. A bit pricey. Great desserts to choose from. Great milkshakes, chocolate cake and lemon pie.

We absolutely loved the Paraquet! They had a huge selection and it was all tasty. We think it was the breakfast on the island. I had a crepe with bananas, nutella, and walnuts...It was exceptional! We can't wait to go back the next time we're in Bermuda.

😠 My boyfriend and I went to celebrate his 2 month sobriety from alcohol. The server from the moment he ordered a sprite made it a bit deal that he wasn’t ordering alcohol, stating “are we in church?” And then went on to try to convince him to add his sprite to an Aperol spritz which he replied he was...
