We arrived at The White Horse around 5pm. Despite not having a reservation, the concierge was able to find a cozy spot by the water for two. That was our first clue that we would have a good time. We ordered the nachos, honey garlic wings and samosas. The samosas were freshly made, not the kind from the box. The wings were also quite fresh and tasty. The DJ played some of the most popular reggae hits adding to the ambience of the experience.

This place is an old establishment located in a great spot in St George. Typical British pub with the exception of fresh seafood including same day fresh lobster deliveries. Prices were higher than expected, but, it’s Bermuda. Wait staff was not as attentive as i would’ve liked and they give change in Bermudian dollars. Silly since the island runs on US dollars. It is a nice place in a historical setting, but a short walk will take you to there bar on Tobacco Bay, with much more expensive drinks and a very limited selection, but the view is unbelievable.

Great lunch spot on Wharf in Square. Excellent soups! Dance floor is rockin on Friday & Saturday nights with D.J. Pub bar with T.V.'s for Sports viewers. Clean Restroom. Taxi Stationed out front! Good G.M.

Drinks, food, and atmosphere are magnificent!! Visited this place a few times on my last trip but only have photos from a Sunday Brunch (worth it 🤤) Sitting outdoors, seaside, watching the parrot fish feed on the floating docks is very cute. Highly recommend calling ahead to reserve the couches — so comfy!

A nice pub in St. Georges. The food was good. The service was prompt. The prices were average for Bermuda (a bit of sticker shock for a tourist). A 15% gratuity is added to the bill. This is normal in Bermuda but the amount varies. If you are able to be in St. Georges in the evening after most of the tourists have gone back to the cruise ships, this is a nice quite place for a pint or a bite of supper.

We loved this little restaurant in St George. There is free parking nearby. If you are free using an electric car, there's electric car parking approximately half a kilometer away. There's seating outside by the water. You can see a lot of fish in the water. The food was delicious. You have to try the wahoo ceviche. Drinks are on point. Prices are a little expensive.

10/10! We are tourists and the owner (Christian, I believe) was so incredibly great to us. We came in upset for other reasons, and he welcomed us in and gave us a great table and assured us they would treat us right. We had excellent food and excellent service in a great atmosphere. There was live music that was great, as well. At the end, he called us a cab home! Best restaurant in Bermuda I will go there every time we visit!

The food was good and very appealing to the eye but the service can be improved....it took too long to be served. Other than that it was fascinating seeing all the fishes come up with you throw food to them and the ducks were awesome. Dining on the deck, the view and the sea breeze makes it a good location to dine. I do recommend the avocado appetizer it was really good. I would go again.

Good food. A little overpriced, but relative to the cost of everything in one of the most expensive places to love in the world. Sitting right by the water was a big plus and the drinks were good. Service wasn't the best, but they were packed from the ferry coming in that had a lot of the cruise line tourists. Hopefully be back again if we make our way back out to the island

5 stars for what it is. It's a bar with great bar food. Wahoo tacos are amazing. Other people in our group enjoyed all other wahoo dishes as well. We came when it wasn't too busy but service was impeccable.

Good relaxing place to eat

Not sure why it wasn’t busier. Maybe because it was a Sunday night and things get quiet in Bermuda on Sunday evenings. We had options next door at the more touristy places but wanted to support these people and we didn’t regret it one bit. Food was great and they were very accommodating when we asked for a non traditional side to our dish. Also outdoor seating is on the water so it was a very enjoyable meal.

Had a disappointing stop at the White Horse when Wahoos was closed unexpectedly today. Service was fine but the food. The fish sandwich was… ooookay. Supposed to be “loaded” with fish but really was not. The lobster roll had almost no lobster. Value was very very low compared to the cost of what was obviously a more casual and not upscale environment. Recommend skipping it if other options are open

Atmosphere was fun. I felt a little under served. No one ate at the same time. Food coming out one plate at a time. Last person received her dinner when we were all done.

Spent an afternoon in St. George's Bermuda with my daughter and dear mother. It's a wonderful little town with sweetly colored pastel homes. We stopped in to the White Horse Pub and had a refreshing cold drink and a bite to eat. It's a unique place with excellent service and a welcoming feeling. Loved all the history in the town. We all enjoyed our visit very much!

Must visit dining while you are in St. George (Bermuda)! Beautiful seating by the serene waters, deliciously seasoned food, exotic drinks, kid friendly, friendly staff and excellent service. Cherry on top is a shimmery dance floor, even better if you can visit on Friday/ Saturday evenings when they have a dj!. Taxi and ferry stand next to the restaurant makes commute to and fro very easy too

We visited on 9/18/2023 and it was completely awful! The restaurant was dirty, our table was dirty and the food was outrageously expensive. $25 for a hamburger! I ordered an apple/walnut salad and could not eat it because all of the romaine was brown. I don't know how long the lettuce sat in the kitchen, but it could not be consume. They had the nerve to charge for me it after I complained and left a pile of brown leaves on the table next to the bowl. I refused to pay for the worst salad I have ever been served. Shame on the chef for sending it out looking like that to begin with! After speaking with locals and so many others, this is not a good place to eat and avoided by locals who know better. Tourists such as ourselves were duped, but I would never return and urge others to stay away! Also, this is NOT handicap accessible by any means. Half the bricks are missing in the floor and impossible to get in and out of the doorway. I have to park my mobility scooter and hobble in and out of this place.

I visited a day before Easter, I ate their "fishcake" and a and drank a Dark & Stormy. Please ask to sit outside on the patio and feed the gorgeous fish. They will actually jump out the water for some bread.

Ordered a Long Island Iced Tea that when it arrived tasted like it hadn’t seen a single drop of alcohol in it’s brief existence, not impressed to say the least. Certainly won’t be coming back. $26 for 2 glasses of water with a drop of sweet and sour and a drop of coke. Yuck! Not to mention the fact that they add a compulsory gratuity of 17% which brought the total to $31.

Usually a great menu, but not lately! Still no fish chowder! Disappointed!

Saint George Bermuda, this place I have been many times through the ship both day and night. A wonderful place to hang out, you can enjoy your holiday with your family here in Bermuda. You can enjoy swimming, beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars, food to eat, you got free WiFi. I enjoy this place day and night alot.

Service was excellent and the food was delicious! Sadly afterwards my stomach didn't feel so hot for the entire afternoon and evening. Might have been the Wahoo nuggets or Cesar dressing? Unfortunate none the less.

Waterfront views from patio. Ordered Chipotle bbq burger, was good. Wife got Asian shrimp, also good. I stole her peppers and onions and put on my burger. UH-MAZING. Such Yum. Rum swizzles here are lame. Ours was weak and tasted mostly of passion fruit. Go to Swizzle Inn for best rum swizzles on the island. Overall, prices are reasonable for Bermuda.

We were seated upstairs, waited 15 minutes. Nobody showed up. Left. No service and forgetful staff.

Today it is pissing it down and cold, nonetheless I received a warm welcome even though the bar was understandably quite. I only stopped for a quick drink and to get dry but the pub seems very clean and tidy. I imagine this place is good fun on a busy night.

My wife and I just returned from a week in St. George's Bermuda. We had a late lunch here after a morning of exploring several historic sites. The service was prompt and the food was good. I had the scallops with bacon wrap and a pint of beer. My wife had the taco salad which was cold. Had a nice view of St. George's harbor and got to see the Saturday 12:30 PM dunking of the town wench !! They do this every Wednesday and Saturday at 12:30 PM next to Ordinance Island by the old Town Hall. Personally preferred Wahoo's for the seafood.

Wow! Just came across this randomly. Used to eat here in the late 80s when I was a Marine stationed in Bermuda. We were a young family with very little disposable income. We would go one time per month roughly in a Sunday. I would order the cheeseburger and a piña colada. Such great memories!

We ate lunch here when the tour stopped. If you're on a time restriction, let them know. The food was good. Try the chili nachos.

Worst place I've been in Bermuda so far. The $14 margarita was watered down (I'm not even sure there was alcohol in it), and the $25 pizza was on a frozen crust. I won't be going back.
