This place is located within the NMB. Even if you don't sign up to swim with dolphins, you can still see dolphins if you pay for a ticket to the museum. This was such a good experience. We spent like 90-minutes on a shaded bench watching dolphins and their trainers prepare for a session with guests who actually paid to swim with dolphins. I happen to like dolphins, but I even found that experience to be magical. Great place!

What a fantastic place and an amazing job the workers have here. I could spend all day just watching their research. They truly love their family of dolphins!

We had such an amazing time swimming with the dolphins. The trainers were very nice and extremely informative. You can tell how much they love and care for all of the dolphins! If we find ourselves back in Bermuda or even in Hawaii, we will most definitely be booking another dolphin experience.

Dolphins kept captive to part gullible tourists from their cash whilst encouraging the attraction to carry on keeping these beautiful creatures in cramped and unnatural surroundings.

One of most memorable experiences - ever! The dolphins are an amazing animal and Dolphin Quest actually gets you in the water (with a wetsuit) to be with them. From the moment of making the reservation to getting out of the water and dressed everything ran smoothly. Reservation staff is very professional, Sundee Faulkner thank you, entrance staff was helpful, group of trainers were excellent at communicating with both us and of course the dolphins and finally the photography staff did a great job capturing some great images for us. Do spring for the photography package as you can’t take your phone in to the pool. :) We were a family group of 9 and booked a private experience. A little more money but worth it.

What an incredible experience! We really enjoyed the informative talk and all of the time in the water with the dolphins. Photographers on site take great photos (Additional charge). They obviously care deeply about these animals, and the feeling is mutual.

Another place that strengthens the need for the enslavement and use of animals. Contrary to what the owners and employees of places like this say, dolphins are not smiling at all, they do not like swimming in closed pools with people, they are not happy in those places, and what is shown there is very different from the real behavior of these animals. Places like this are a disgrace to humanity. The only reason such places exist is the greed of the owners and ignorance and thoughtlessness of visitors.

My 2 daughters' dream of a lifetime - very pricey to be sure, but well worth it. Would suggest taking your own pics/videos if you can ($$$ otherwise). Keep your video rolling so you don't miss anything. November off-season, no cruise ships in port, had the place to ourselves. Excellent staff and dolphins!

This is NOT a sanctuary for dolphins. Any facility that encourages contact/play with dolphins or demands that dolphins perform is exploiting dolphins for profit. Please take a moment to think about what has happened to these dolphins. They have been taken from their natural habitat and starved so that they respond to eating dead fish. They have been ripped away from their pods and forced to live a life of confinement just so that you can be entertained. For the truth about what happens to these beautiful animals Google Dolphin Project and the Taiji Cove.

My husband and I had an incredible with the experience the dolphins- during our Caribbean cruise as well as a great time in beautiful Bermuda! We met 10 of them and interacted with 3 of the biggest there. All of the staff are amazing, accommodating, and very knowledgeable abt the dolphins. We worked with Lindsey, Matilda, and Eduardo and also had professional photos taken of our experience..was fantastic- we'd recommend it to anyone! Money for tickets goes to further research for the dolphins.

What a pehnomenal experience it was. We got a chance to get up close and personal with the dolphins. Such fantastic creatures. Their caretakers seem to be really in love with them. Can't blame them. Definitely worth every penny we had paid and even some.

This was so much fun. You didn't have to swim out to the dolphins they were already in an area blocked off for them. There was a very small group of 6 of us in with the dolphins. Then we were able to go in two at a time to be with the dolphins for photo opportunities that you can purchase for a reasonable price. You have to try this at least once.

I just LOVED my Dolphin Quest experience. I did it with my child and it was the last day of our cruise. When we arrived there were no more slots available for the day and not only did they open up a slot for us, but they fixed the time so that they made sure we could enjoy our entire package and get back to our ship before all aboard time which wasn't that much wiggle room.

AMAZING! beautiful experience not to miss in Bermuda. walking distance from the cruiseships. Lovely that they treat the dolphins with love and respects, that it is up to the dolphins to meet you, meaning, they asked the dolphins to approach you when ready, not forcing them. they teach you how to ask them to come to you. the total interaction with this beautiful dolphins this was an investment in an absolute happy dream that came true. Thanks Dolphin Quest! and as a souvenir, the silver pendant of the tale of the dolphin that kissed me was a brilliant and unique idea. Love you Bailey 🐬!

This was indeed an amazing experience. My husband got this for my birthday on our trip to Bermuda. I highly recommend this, we received instructions and we're allowed to interact with the dolphin. We also swam and watched the dolphins swim below us. It was simply amazing!!

On my bucket list - definitely did not disappoint! Super friendly staff and beautiful setting. Had 15 minutes up close and in contact with dolphins. Surreal! Highly recommend!

Amazing, and inexpensive compared to the rest of the island. Staff were very curtious and knowledgeable. The facilities were perfect and COVID proticals we're politely adhered to. Finally, the dolphins were super personab, well trained, and lived a life of relative luxury. I 100% recommend and plan on going back.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Dolphin Quest. The assistants were extremely knowledgeable and although it was pricey it was worth the experience. The dolphins were in their natural ocean environment.

I always wanted to swim with dolphins. Ben gave me an introduction to the program and fitted me with my life jacket. I was the only one in the time slot that I chose, which made it an even better experience. The trainer was excellent. I was able to feed the dolphins and learn about how they live in the wild. I didn't realize that babies will nurse for so long, up to 5 years. I loved touching them. They are so smooth. Overall, an excellent experience with everyone involved, including the dolphins. I will come back and do this again.

Swimming with the dolphins was one of the highlights of our trip to Bermuda! This was our second experience with Dolphin Quest. We brought our kids a few years ago and had such a good time, my wife and I made a point of visiting again on our 30th anniversary trip this July. All the staff and trainers were very friendly and helpful. It is so cool to be able to experience these beautiful creatures up close. Highly recommended!!

Part of National Museum of Bermuda in Kings Wharf. Viewing Dolphins is part of admission. Swimming with Dolphins is significantly more money. Worth doing if you have never done it before. Nothing new if you have. We thought the Museum was much better way to spend time.

I paid a double a admission and my daughter Shink left me hanging lol 😂 . Dolphin Assisted Therapy (DAT) has been used as a therapeutic approach to increase speech and motor skills in patients with developmental, physical, and emotional conditions, such as Down syndrome and autism. My daughter is mildly autistic and the trainer they paired us with was amazing. The dolphins made loud noises but surprisingly it didn't bother my daughter. You can take the ferry to the Royal Navy dockyard. The clock tower mall is there as well as the cruise ship ports

There was a 5 Day old Dolphin calf and watching it learn with its 12 day old brother and mom was probably one of the best experiences of my trip! Absolutle must!

Absolutely amazing swimming with the dolphins. Staff was courteous and very organized. Very informative and interesting. I highly recommend and we will visit again when we visit Bermuda again. You won't be disappointed :) They take photos of you and your family and offer them for sale and download at the end.

Dolphin Quest offers a totally magical experience to interact with dolphins. To be able to stroke their smooth skin and look into those intelligent eyes. You learn how to give signals to prompt them to do their acrobatics. Worth every penny for a once in a lifetime experience.

Nice place to see. However i am not a big fan of animals being hold in such a small place. What i saw is that kids just enjoy in delphine performance

I booked an encounter for my son's birthday and it was beyond my expectations. The trainers were so kind and enthusiastic and gave my son so much knowledge about the dolphins and dolphins in general. He said it was the best day he's ever had, I highly recommend Dolphin Quest to anyone, young or old.

We had a great experience! Going during corona was a great time to go. It was quiet and intimate. We got to see two one month old babies and swam with four other dolphins. Marley, Nola, Devon and ???. Over 100 photos came with the photo package. Would have loved a video though to hear the noises they make. Maybe they'll consider adding that to the package. So happy we decided to do this.😎

My experience here was brilliant, I'm normally against captured wildlife, and there is something special about having contact with dolphins, but as long as there is a productive reason, and the species in general is being helped by conservation, then I can agree to a point. I would like to see more space for the dolphins as they would usually have the whole ocean to play in.

1-Completely unhappy with this service. Not only that it was very expensive but they did not give us the full time as it stated in the information. 2- They also did not give us our own space. 8 min of interaction as it mentioned on website with the dolphin it ended up being more like 3 mins per person,as the time had to be shared with other people. 3 - We were not allowed to take our photos since there was a photographer doing it for us. To our surprise the pictures were not individual or in family , all the pictures that were taken were with other people (strangers). If you asked me about the service, I would advise you not to waste your money because it is not worth it.

Fantastic place! Staff is amazing and they really love their dolphins. These encounters are expensive when getting in the water but we did dry dock experience for $65 per person and it was great! We could explore the dolphins anatomy, learned about their training and needs and had a lot of fun :-) Just be prepared to pay another $100+ for your photos.

It was wonderful seeing these majestic creatures so close and personal! The cost for more a more interactive encounter (touching, swimming with) was very prohibitive, but we were all more than pleased to get as close as we did! With the Dolphin Quest being included in the modest cost of admission to the Bermuda National Museum of History, it was a terrific value!
