I got the chance to come visit this church after seeing The Unfinished Church with my family members. This structure is very nice, so I see why some are elated that the other was not completed. By the way, climb the stairs to get to the top to see the area. This church has awesome architectural points of interest. It's a popular tourist attraction here in Bermuda as it was the second church built the Scottish architect William Hay stopped working on The Unfinished Church. The structure was apparently started in the 1880's but was not completed until like 1910 and now this is one of the attractions here in Bermuda. This stop was definitely worth visiting and listening to the locals tell the story of the structure's history.

Fort Hamilton is an incredibly beautiful place to visit! Walking through the moat garden is almost like stepping into the set of a Jurassic Park movie (minus the dinosaurs!)... such lush, giant plants and trees! The fort itself is a sight to explore... amazing to think about its history. There are gorgeous views of Hamilton and Hamilton Harbour also! A lovely spot to enjoy a picnic on a sunny, Bermuda-ful day!

Great green space, ideal for picnics and views of Hamilton harbour. Take the stairs down to the drained moat to see a diverse landscape of bamboo trees, exotic plants, lizards and more.

I spent many a day exploring the fort as a youngster. It used to be closed on weekends so we would climb down the bridge into the dry moat gaining access to the tunnels. The fort remains very impressive and there doesn't seem to be many visitors which leads to a quiet place to visit and an excellent pipe smoking venue.

Former British Fort. Surviving areas are preserved and open to the public. Landscaping is very well looked after, making this a pleasant area to relax and enjoy the views and the sunshine! Free entry but this means aside from a washroom there's no facilities.

We walked up here - it was very easy to find. We came for the Fort and the views, which were stunning , but were amazed by the tunnels and the moat with so many massive jungle sized plants and such tranquil beauty. This really is a hidden gem in Hamilton and we highly recommend checking it out.

An absolute gem and must visit. This old fort is a short walk from central Hamilton, and has great views along with tranquil gardens. The whole area is kept beautifully, with nice lawns and gardens on top (take a picnic!) and a jungle with walkway in the old moat.

What an awesome place to see if you’re a history buff and love seeing the way things used to be done. This place was really cool and absolutely worth the trip. It wasn’t a far walk from where the ferry dropped us off in Hamilton from the dockyard

Don’t come for the Fort, but the Nature. A rain forest is stuck between the walls of the fortress. It’s absolutely amazing.

This is a quiet place right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Hamilton. The walk around the "moat" is like you walked into a whole other world. It's a jungle of great plants and a few chickens. The rest of the fort is what you would expect from a 150+ year old British fort. The admission price is perfect for any budget (it's free just walk in and enjoy)

Great little park to walk around in, the moat garden and tunnels are very fun. There isn’t much signage or information given about the fort. But otherwise very neat to see.

A really nice place to visit. I enjoyed walking around the old fort. It had some really nice views. The moat gardens was an unexpected surprise that made my day. It was like a scene from a totally different movie than the fort would be in. Just a wonderful place to explore and take in the views. It is a distance to get there and the fort itself can present mobility challenges. But it can be done. A really nice place to visit. It was my favorite part of Hamilton.

This beautifully maintained fort is free and also serves as a public park. Overlook of Hamilton is amazing!!! You won't get it elsewhere! You can explore the old catacombs by yourself. Walls of trench are green, covered with ivy, lianas and palm trees. Remarkable place!

One of the Island's landmark churches, that is worth a visit just from an historical point of view if no other reason. Bermuda has more churches per capa then anywhere else in the world.

It is a steep walk up the hill from Hamilton to the fort, but it is worth it. You can take in the views form the top of the fort, or explore a network of tunnels and the gardens that now grow inside the fort’s wall/moat.

Make a $2 donation at the office and get the key to climb to the top of the tower for unequaled views of the City. Narrow winding staircase and lots of steps but well worth the climb!
