A wonderful golf course. When visiting Bermuda, book a tee time ahead online. The course was in great condition despite being off season and not the greatest weather. Definitely make this a stop on your vacation!

Nicest course I’ve played in my short amount of time playing golf. The staff was super friendly and nice, especially to a tourist like myself. Even the greens keepers would have full conversations with you. The course was in phenomenal shape, and was worth every penny. The views were unreal. If you’re ever on a cruise or just visiting Bermuda, and play golf, try to squeeze this into the schedule. Honestly hope I can ever come back to the island to play here again

Great PGA caliber course with spectacular ocean views. The blue tees provide a challenging test for mid handicap player. Carts are included with your green fee and I highly recommend you a use one. There is a driving range and putting green on which to warm up for your round. I found the green fees reasonable for this quality of a course.

Pro staff was very accommodating! I hope that the one gentleman enjoys going to the Masters next year! The course was a bit tough in the wind, but it was well kept! The scenery was a huge added bonus!

Great location and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, they don’t have a ranger and don’t enforce pace of play. I had to leave after playing the first 10 holes in more than 3:15. Couldn’t be more disappointed about missing out on the back nine which seems to have a better layout and views.

I live across the street from this beach. It's perfect for picnics.... loads of grass and views. There is a short trail to a fort as well. The beach is very small tho.

Worth the twilight fee for the views and sunset, but don’t pay full price unless the $$$ don’t matter to you. Hire clubs are not premium, so if you consider yourself a serious golfer pack your own. Back 9 is interesting and introduces spectacular ocean views, but the standard of the greens were generally poor. Far hillier than we expected so a buggy is worthwhile when humid. The elevation changes are too extreme to make the uphill drives / approaches enjoyable. Clubhouse and pro-shop are also surprisingly basic.

Great views. My only complaint would be the rental clubs need to be regripped.

Definitely the most beautiful course in Bermuda. I've never had a bad time on this course. My only problem with the course is that I'm not a great golfer and some of the holes really prove that.

I came to Port Royal for the restaurant. I didn't play golf but I understand that Port Royal is one of the best courses on the island.

They aren't kidding: the home stretch of holes between 15-18 are amazing. The views alone make this course one that needs to be on all "bucket lists" of golf. The 16th might be one of the best holes in all of golf. Now after the "wow" of the views passes: this course is solid. It would stack up to most courses in the States. But the bunkers are awful (under repair for the tournament they're hosting later this year). The fairways are in good condition, given the weather and latitude. But the course needs a bit more TLC to reach five stars. But you should definitely make a tee time, and experience 16 for yourself!

I like this golf course a lot, a real lot. But the club house needs a serious upgrade. The pro shop had very little to purchase...we usually like to buy a shirt , pullover or something when visiting a course, so that was disappointing. The golf course GREAT i do love the golf course. Lovely layout and hole #16 is pretty special. If I owned this course I would renovate or build a new club house, I would include range balls in the greens fee and not require golfers to buy tokens to get range balls (come on Port Royal) upgrade to electric carts and add GPS......but surprisingly change very little with the course it self which I guess says a lot. But I look forward to returning even if nothing changes......P&S

Nice course, well manicured, hilly a little challenging but the sand traps need help - most are under repair.

The staff was great and the course conditions were also very good. The views were amazing. There is a lot of elevation changes on the course which makes it very challenging. I would highly recomend hitting the bar for a Rum Swizzle by far the best one I had in Bermuda.

Had pizza (ham, mushrooms, mozzarella) - not the best cooked base I've ever had. Chunks of ham, which is OK if you like that sort of thing (I didn't mind).

Best golf course I’ve ever played at, alongside of the views which are exceptional to every other golf course, the service is amazing, so friendly bringing a happy vibe, helping the customers further enjoy the course, the fairways are in great shape, bunkers are in great shape and greens are great shape just tricky for sure😂, A+ course best course I’ll probably ever played at, I am glad the pga tour is coming to Bermuda because it will be an experience to remember. Thank you Port Royal Golf Course

I learned to play golf there in 1981. Was a sailor stationed within walking distance. The Golf Pro at the time often played with us and honestly taught this lefty to play golf and what clubs to purchase. The course was maintained and beautiful to play. I miss Port Royal.

A little expensive but very beautiful golf course

  • 5/5 Leroy R. 3 years ago on Google
Alongside the more expensive and private Midocean and Tuckers Point courses, Port Royal stands its ground as it is arguably as good or better, with its well kept grass in pgatour condition, its signature 16th hole and its friendly service. There is absolutely no down side. Affordable prices and a breathtakingly challenging course. You will not be disappointed.

Driving Range Closed 45 Minutes Early. It’s says on your website that you close at 10:00. My family and Friends Came at 9:15 and all the lights were turned off, the pro shop was closed and we couldn’t play golf at the driving range.
