Iconic. Get yourself down here for some swizzle and good, fried grub. Quesadillas tasty, wings good too - ‘Asian’ sauce our favourite. Chicken tenders very solid - particularly in their native honey & mustard dip. Staff super friendly and looked after us all afternoon long.

Updated October 31st, 2023 Another great visit. Ordered the Wahoo Bites again, and it reminded us why we loved this place. We added Wahoo Burger Platter with Fries. This grilled fish burger was very good. Fish burgers can be a dicey bet when ordering out. This grilled burger was nicely seasoned and full of flavor. Our Jug of Authentic Run Swizzle was as perfect as we remembered. Check out the legit gift shop on the 2nd floor. We each bought some Swizzle Inn Swag, including my new favorite vacation tee. We swaggered out after this delicious lunch. 2022 Review- We took a taxi from St. George, about $20 + tip. The Swizzle Inn did not disappoint. Our Wahoo Bites appetizer was so fresh and delicious. This is a shareable portion, or it could be a meal with an added side dish. To celebrate the Inns British roots and our love of British Pub Food, we both had the Bangers & Mash that was so good it transported me to our vacations in England. We did start our meal with the Legendary signature Rum Swizzle Jug, and it was yummy. If you visit Bermuda 🇧🇲 visit The Swizzle Inn. Don't worry that it's a touristy trap. It is a tourist attraction for sure, but it's well earned with a breezy competent bar, talented kitchen, and engaging service.

We were told when in Bermuda you must visit the Swizzle Inn. Well, it did not disappoint! We got a pitcher of rum swizzle and a '3 for combo' including wahoo nuggets, conch fritters and onion rings. Delicious food and great service!

Great spot. Drinks are fantastic and the food is excellent and they give you very hefty portions.

The drinks (including the non-alcoholic options were EXCELLENT) I’m not sure I’ve had better onion rings anywhere else in my life. For fried food, they’re unbelievably light! The quesadillas were stuffed with fillings which were great, too. The service was fast and VERY friendly

One of the coolest pub in Bermuda and walking distance from Grotto bay Beach Resort. We had nachos, calamari, and their original rum swizzle. The national drink served at it was in 1932z

Worth a stop for the famous Swizzle. Touristy but not in a bad way, they know how to do it right. Food was average, but atmosphere and drinks made up for it.

We just beat the lunch rush. Our server, Harry, made sure that we ordered before he got slammed so we could get food (and great food!) quickly, made great drink recommendations, and kept filling our water glasses (super hot that day). He even filled our bottles with water and ice before we left. Small details which really made our day!

The staff was incredibly friendly and perfectly attentive, without being overly so. The nachos were fantastic and even the junior portion was too generous for two people to finish both it and the calamari, which was also fantastic. Interesting decor - as a Washington, D.C. native, I was surprised to find so much Washington sports memorabilia, not to mention a Virginia license plate on the wall. Easy walking distance from Grotto Bay Resort and there's a bus stop right nearby as well. Highly recommend!

Great restaurant

This was one of my favorite places that we are while in Bermuda. Delicious fish chowder and my favorite wahoo bites that I had on the island. I had those two items practically everywhere I went to compare. Inside decor is not so great so good lunch spot. Big tvs for watching cricket, apparently. The Run Swizzle was very good, too. I would definitely recommend.

If you're making a trip to Bermuda, you *have* to stop here. Try their Rum Swizzle and the Wahoo burger (a fish burger but even as someone who wasn't sure if that was going to work, was pleasantly surprised). We went during the off season when it was much less crowded and even though the beaches were just a little too chilly to go swimming at (70 degrees still but whatever), this place is a perfect way to round out your visit to the island, whether you're there for a day long visit, a week or forever.

Great staff, very warm and welcoming! Rum Swizzles lived up to the hype. Always go for the seasoned fries! They have gluten-free buns to enjoy any of the sandwiches. Highly recommend the Blue Hole Fish Sandwich and Swizzle Burger!

my last visit was 23 years ago. same quality and same atmosphere, love this restaurant rum swizzle and the fish and chips still the best on the island, thin batter crispy. upgrade to sweet potato fries FYI. homemade burger is well balanced and it’s low sodium that actually can enjoy the beef patty itself. u know the where to go if u r lost in the triangle

We sat outside on the balcony. Service was wonderful. The food tasty. Ordered chili and a Greek salad. Take a sticker with you to put on the wall :)

Mandatory 18% tip if you don't sit at the bar. Friendly bar keep. Ordered the pitcher (whitxh is a small pitcher) of swizzle. Better value than two half pitchera for sure.

We typically are serendipitous & manage to get the same table - upper level first table street side. It never gets old. Love the atmosphere, the service and of course the food!

Great service! Really friendly, helpful with the menu - we were in a bit of a rush but our waiter helped get us our food and drinks and get out quick!

Lives up to the hype. The swizzles are strong and refreshing and the Blue Hole Fish Sandwich was probably the best fish sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. My only regret is not getting it with raisin bread as I didn’t know that was an option when I ordered. This place does get super busy so be prepared to wait a little while, not that you might be in a hurry to go back out into the heat and humidity.

Great casual restaurant/pub. Kid friendly. We sat on the upstairs terrace accessible from the front patio at 3pm on Thanksgiving Day. Be aware, it is right on the street, so if you sit outside it is loud by the street, but didn’t bother us any. Excellent service by Carlos. Ordered the Rum Swizzle Pitcher (about 3-4 glasses) between the two of us and it was delish! Also ordered the Wahoo Nuggets and it was FANTASTIC! The fish is comparable to Cobia, it’s meaty but not dense, and it was lightly fried and served with tartar sauce. My husband asked for cocktail sauce and lemon. Delicious either way. Great place to getaway from the resort nearby.

This place is just cool. Popped in for a quick bite while waiting for our turn at crystal cave. We only had a hour but we got a seat immediately and the service was quick. Had the wahoo fish sandwich and it was very good. The place is hopping and the decor is mostly dollar bills hanging fro the ceiling. Worth a visit.

Great experience for local Bermudian food. The decor was messily impressive with writings and one-dollar bills all over the place. The food has quite a unique taste with a little bit of spice, especially the fish chowder. Just spare some time to get in during lunch.

If you are visiting Bermuda, it is a must that you ‘Pop’ in to grab a drink and get some good food! The staff are personable and friendly and the service is was attentive! The Swizzle Inn is a known staple and lives up to the reputation!

Everything I had was delicious. I ate here at least 4 times while I was in Bermuda. The Blue Hole Fish Sandwich was so so so delicious. There was a karaoke the last night there and I really enjoyed it.

Must see when on the island. Good food, decent prices and of course a Rum Swizzle or 2. We came with a large group and had great service.

Heads up. Chicken in a basket “Perfectly Cooked”. Fries seasoned well. Salad was outstanding (usually in other places they bring you a small portion and very poor) Well done.

I was here a few years ago... I am reviewing now as I just remembered the amazing lentil burger I had when I was there. This is the only restaurant that I remember so vividly during my time in Bermuda. The lentil burger was full of flavour. I was there with family, and they all enjoyed their meals there too.

Definitely plan to drink some rum swizzles when you get here...they are strong so plan transport accordingly. The food is pretty good too, I'd recommend the nachos.

Tasty fish sandwich and swizzle

This place was hit or miss for us. It is conveniently located near the crystal caves, which is nice, and the staff was overall attentive. However, I found the interior too grungy for my tastes. I know that's part of the appeal for a place like this, but it makes me wonder how clean they keep the kitchen. Our food was also hit or miss. We ordered two different fish sandwiches. One of them was delicious, and the other was way too dry and disappointing. Lastly, the prices were very high, but I guess that's expected given the area.

Great local restaurant when arriving to Bermuda. A must stop to have great lunch and drinks coming from a flight.

The staff here is so delightful! Specials offered are always priced moderately and the menu in general has great variety. Every meal was as expected in terms of taste and presentation. Portion sizes were perfect . Staff is friendly and quick, and I'm so thankful for the pb icecream pie suggestion, the flavor was amazing! Thursday nights a Trivia night is hosted and I highly suggest attending if you're looking for something fun on your trip! Indoor and outdoor (to include second story) seating is available. Inside can get a little noisy at night but still a fun environment

The Swizzle Inn is another must see on the beautiful island. 'Funky' is the best word that comes to mind as you wander through the visible history displayed all over the bar, tables, walls, and doors. Hang a bill, sign the wall, or stick a card anywhere you can find an spare nook to contribute to this historic island staple. Service is always friendly and the rum swizzles are always flowing. Swizzle in and swagger out!!!

Swizzle Inn is known as the birthplace of the rum sizzle (circa 1932) so that is what I tried on my first time visit to Bermuda. So refreshing and not too sweet, loved the old school pub vibe and warm hospitality from every single one of the staff. Also loved the eco friendly no plastic straws/ paper straws only on request policy. Kudos for being responsible to planet earth. It was also a super convenient stop en route to the Crystal Cave, the public bus #11 from Hamilton drops you off right in front of the Inn, and then you’d just walk across the street to Bailey’s Ice Cream where there is a footpath to the cave visitor center.

A great place for lunch after your visit at the caves. The food is actually quite good and the atmosphere is awesome. Don’t forget to bring a Sharpie and leave a note anywhere on the walls or ceilings!

Good experience overall. I ordered the catch of the day which was Wahoo fish. This was accompanied with sweet potato fries and steamed vegetables. Be sure to try the rum swizzle. The place is famous for it!!!!!

The Swizzle Inn is known for their rum swizzles but I have to say that the quality of the food and the service were welcome surprises. I had the shrimp and escargots in garlic cream sauce and it was the most tender escargots I have ever had and I've had it in Paris! My honey had the conch fritters and wahoo burger which were both also out of this world. Dont pass the Swizzle Inn, it's not just for drinkers

“Swizzle inn and swagger out" Every Bermudian will tell you this is a MUST. Make sure to bring something to stick or write on the walls. The Causeway is the original location and BY FAR my favorite of the two locations. Excellent food options — very very good vegan options
