The room was excellent except for the shoe box sized balcony. The service and amenities are excellent. For the price, I would expect things to be near perfect. In the infinity pool area, I saw a lot of mildew on the patio under the sun shades. The pool bathroom floors were very slippery. Those are my only gripes besides the cost of everything, but I think that's just Bermuda. Thirty dollars for a burger. Back to the good stuff... The location is excellent. The view is superb.

I am extremely pleased with this hotel : Ideally located in Hamilton, in the heart of the island, they also have a lovely beach club not too far away where a shuttle can take you to for free. I can’t praise the staff enough for its kindness and professionalism. Special thanks to Roxanne from reception, she’s a wonderful asset to the Fairmont team. She provided great care to my friend who injured herself. Roxanne offered a follow up during our stay to make sure that everything was okay, she went out of her way for us and we are very grateful. Excellent place overall, clean and beautifully decorated. Good views, good amenities and more than decent food options. I’m looking forward to my next stay there.

My three night stay was just great! Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great food at the Intrepid, and amazing views! The gym was great and the heated pool (visited in February) was great!

The serene ambiance combined with the sound of waves created the perfect getaway atmosphere. Stacey, our server, truly stood out with her exceptional service. Her attentiveness, warm demeanor, and knowledge of the menu made our dining experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided wonderful recommendations. And speaking of the menu, the food was beyond delicious. Each dish was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation. It's clear that the culinary team takes great pride in their creations. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delightful journey for the taste buds. The Hamilton Princess & Beach Club not only offers stunning accommodations and a beautiful beachfront, but it's the combination of attentive staff, delectable cuisine, and mesmerizing sea view that truly sets it apart. This is our home away from home. We keep coming back to Princess Hamilton every summer. Staff is great. Some of them are back after the shutdown. Some of them moved on. We feel pampered and safe (female only traveling). We always stay with an access to the lounge. Highly recommend it. This summer we were told there may be jelly fish on the beach. But we have not seen any. Next summer we are even staying longer. We wish we could live there.

I have not stayed at Hamilton Princess since they renovated. I have to say that the room was immaculate and spacious! We had a balcony with a garden/pool view, and it was very relaxing and magical. The room service was excellent and the service 5 stars! I hope to be able to stay again soon!

From start to finish, the hospitality was incredible. The HP staff are extremely friendly and provide a great taste of Bermudian culture and art. Intrepid was very modern and the service was exemplary from both the chefs and the waiters. Great for a long weekend getaway or the short-but-sweet business travel on weekdays.

Pulled into here to charge our twizzy prior to leaving, we used the bathroom and had a chance to see the hotel. All the walls in the lobby had very cool modern art. The outside lobby was swanky and had live music. We stayed at another resort because we were on our honeymoon but if I was in Hamilton for business, I would certainly stay there.

Loved our visit last week- perfect location & our room faced the harbor. Staff were very helpful! We ate at 1609 & it was delicious! The private beach was beautiful! Perfect weather too!! 🌟👍👍😊🌹

Our anniversary stay at Fairmont Princess, particularly the Fairmont Gold room, was nothing short of extraordinary. The variety and quality of the food, from breakfast to high tea and desserts, were outstanding. Special appreciation to Mr. Amit, the manager of Fairmont Gold, along with Mr. George, Ms. Vitoria, and Ms. Pearl, for their exceptional cordiality and going the extra mile to make our day truly special. A 5-star experience that we highly recommend to everyone, especially the Gold category!

We had a fabulous time at the Hamilton Princess. The staff were all courteous and responsive to our needs. The Crown & Anchor restaurant was delicious and our server Ramesh went out of his way to accommodate us.

Where to begin?? This was THE most luxurious vacation I have taken in ages. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff hospitality is UNRIVALED. I traveled alone and could not have felt more at home! Ronald at Crown and Anchor (the restaurant) was simply the best! I am humbled by the staff's generosity and professionalism. I contacted Dana on Thursday to have my wedding on the following Friday 😁. She was able to make it possible and saved the day! She was amazing! She went above and beyond. Super grateful that she was able to accommodate us with such short notice. Amazing service from the moment we checked in!

An absolutely amazing stay! From the rooms, to the food, to the private beach, everything is carefully curated to make your vacation the best it can be. 1609 Sunday brunch is so good and the chicken wings at both 1609 and crown and anchor are amazing. The morning breakfast is also really good, if you do the buffet there’s an omelette station outside! Private beach is everything you could’ve imagined. Expensive but worth every penny. Can’t wait to be back!

We’ve stayed and visited multiple hotels on the island and this is our absolute favorite. The property is wonderful, our room was clean, bright and spacious, the pools and restaurants are wonderful and big enough that you never feel like it gets too crowded… the favorite for our family is the private cove that might not be on the property, but was sooooo much better than any of the other on-beach hotels that we stayed at. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the people - they are warm, friendly and so kind to every single guest. Every single person who works at this hotel will take the time to tell you why this hotel is so special, a little historical detail, or an island recommendation. This is an incredibly special place and our goal is to make it here annually.

Did not plan on visiting Bermuda but an emergency landed me and my family in this beautiful hotel for the night. Exceptional quality and service saved an otherwise miserable day for us. They were nothing but hospitable and caring. Would love to visit this beautiful island and stay in this great hotel again but intentionally next time. Also my daughter the artist loved the opportunity to see some of their epic modern art collection on display.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The setting on the marina is truly beautiful, as are the pools. The room was very disappointing, given the cost. The bathroom door did not remain closed, the lamp was broken, our room was not ready at check in, although requested turn down service was not provided, and on one day our room was still not cleaned at 5:00PM (though we were gone the entire day!) There did not seem to be any communication to the guests as to what activities or special events were scheduled. We met many guests who had similar issues. We do not plan a return visit.

had the best stay at the Hamilton. i would definitely recommend going to the private beach they offer for dinner and music. The band was so entertaining, talented, funny, and captivated the whole crowd 10/10. I had the best time celebrating my birthday and the whole staff made sure I was having the best time. While at the beach party Rafael was an amazing server who went above and beyond for my special day. He made sure to treat me like a princess 👑.

Mr Fenandes was the best waiter! He told us great destinations in Bermuda to visit and was very personable! He was the perfect waiter and the nicest waiter I’ve ever had!!! The hotel is beautiful, but what makes it better is the great service you’ll get which Fernandes provided an exceptional experience with.

Excellent stay from start to finish. Very nice location, on the bay just a 10 minute walk from downtown Hamilton, and all the fabulous restaurants. With that said, we loved the 3 hotel restaurants as well, however the new Intrepid was a standout, and one of my favorites of all time! You need to try to it!! Room very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff was friendly, and went out of their way to help in whatever way possible. Two nice pools, one adults only. I highly recommend, and would certainly stay here again.

The people are wonderful, the food is and still continues to be great, and myself and my family of four are having the best Thanksgiving break ever. This is our first time to Bermuda and I can tell you were very impressed! Please support this amazing community they are hardworking people who deserve our support. My husband & I just returned from our 28th vacation to Bermudiful Bermuda & our first stay at the iconic Fairmont Hamilton Princess & Beach Club. The entire staff couldn't have been more friendly, more helpful, or more professional. They bend over backwards to make your stay with them an experience you will remember forever. We traveled with a group of 14 family & friends & each and everyone raved about their stay at this beautiful hotel. Upon arrival our room was upgraded to a lovely harborview suite. What a treat! The suite was spacious, meticulously kept, and so comfortable. There was a lovely balcony with a lounge chair & a table with chairs where you could relax to enjoy the beautiful view. All the hotel restaurants were great. We really enjoyed 1609 and had dinner there twice. Our favorite waitress, Jessa, was just awesome and couldn't have been more attentive or professional. Our only disappointment was that we were unable to get a reservation at the hotel's newest restaurant, Intrepid. We tried to secure a reservation for a couple of different nights with no luck. We did have drinks there one night and would have loved to have had dinner there. I highly recommend making a reservation well in advance of your trip if that's on your restaurant to do list. The Crown & Anchor breakfast buffet is outstanding and a great way to start the day. You will never walk away hungry and the morning staff is very attentive. They could not be more welcoming each morning. The pools are lovely, lively, & lots of fun. The views are amazing. From the doormen who greeted you as you left & returned each day, to the front desk staff, to the man who was painting in the hotel hallway...everyone we met was just lovely, friendly, & made you feel welcome. The beach club was so nice and had lots of things for everyone. I tried the stand up paddle boards for the first time and had so much fun. Needless to say I highly recommend this beautiful hotel and I can't wait to go back! We will certainly be staying at the Hamilton Princess again. I'd like to thank the entire staff for making our vacation one we will always remember. Hope to see you all again very soon.

We love staying at the Hamilton Princess! The Gold Lounge is absolutely worth the little bit extra, and George and Rolly and their team each day in the lounge made us feel like family. They are the kindest staff on the entire island and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a central location with great amenities when visiting Bermuda.

Where do I start?! This was our first time in Bermuda and choose the Princess Hamilton and we were thrilled that we did! My husband and I choose the Gold level (the ONLY way to stay) - we were treated like family! The absolute best service by the most genuine and friendly people that we have ever experience at a resort! They get to know you personally as they learn what you like for breakfast and how you like your coffee (the details). The gentlemen and the Manager and Asst Manager were so very friendly and very gracious as was the entire Concierge Staff (the girls were so precious - I truly wanted to bring them home with me) when our first grandchild arrived in the States while we were there and genuinely were so excited for us and helped us to celebrate it!! The little things like that mean so very much to a guest! AND the precious lady, Lisa who keep our room (which is a whole other story with the panoramic view!!) spotless and was so accommodating! And the restaurant, Intrepid, was THE VERY BEST - the outdoor seating with the sunset view, the food, the service (Ashley was absolutely the best) - amazing! We will be back - and hope the same wonderful people are there!! The heated infinity pool is great!! And the private beach is beautiful and the food/drink service while you lay under your umbrella with a gorgeous view of the water is priceless! And the location of the hotel is perfect to walk around in Hamilton for shopping and restaurants and to the ferry terminal. Bermuda is a great vacation!

First time on island; amazingly beautiful with a super friendly population. Special shout out to Adam and Stephan at 1609; wonderful hosts and professionals. The town is walkable with plenty of choices to eat and shop. Got locally outfitted at TABS to look savvy at our gala event. Best ever island experience we have had; and we've been to many. A little dated but spacious and clean.

The Hamilton Princess is old world tradition meets modern luxury. This resort is all around one of the most relaxing places we've stayed. The service is friendly and professional, the spa and gym are inviting and such a treat! This resort is sophisticated yet casual. You will feel like you're in an episode of White Lotus. I truly appreciate the boutique feel rather than the glitz of a huge resort. The princess feels personal. The staff cares about your comfort and treats each guest like like a VIP! It has that understated elegance all around. Ride the jitney to their private beach club...it's a wonderfully relaxing drive and the beach is magnificent. The views are breathtaking.

We didn’t stay at the Hamilton Princess resort but ate at their waterfront restaurant, 1609, which was absolutely stellar. Everything we tried was delicious and well prepared. The modern, bright, open air dining room was gorgeous and relaxing, while offering great views all around. And the service was impeccable - attentive yet non-obtrusive. Our server, Sumit, was amazing! He definitely went above and beyond, as if he could read our minds. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

We hosted a group dinner for 20 in the private dining room at the Intrepid. Ulana was our server. She was incredible and every guest remarked how wonderful she was. The food was excellent, the view was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. Thank you to the Intrepid team for such a smooth event.

First hotel review ever -- My son and I stayed over Easter and loved this hotel. It's an easy walk to town and we loved the private beach. First time we stayed in a club room and so happy we did. Big thanks to Ollie and Peter! They made us feel very special and welcomed. Bermuda is a very beautiful and friendly island. We typically don't go to the same place twice, but we can't wait to return to the Princess.

Words cannot describe our stay. The staff were THE BEST! Very professional, well trained, friendly, always willing to go the extra mile with a smile! The view from the resort was perfect, the pools were very well attended with drink and food service. The on-site restaurants were outstanding,.....the food, the service, the experience...One of the best decisions I have made for a vacation destination!

Stay at this hotel whenever I go to Bermuda, and that is quite often. My husband and I love this island. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to assist you. Kudos to Marilyn who received a call from my friend who couldn't remember my room number or what name the reservation was made under. Marilyn found us! We had an unforgettable meal at Intrepid for my mom's birthday The food was unbelievable - my mom is a steak enthusiast and she said it was actually the best tenderloin steak she ever had in her life. The service was also outstanding, in particular our lovely and attentive server Oliver, and we had absolutely delicious cocktails crafted by their amazing bartender Dae. We will be back very soon!

Everything and everyone was amazing! We had a girls' trip from Jan 14-20. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The food at Intrepid was amazing, you will never be disappointed!!!

The people here are amazing. We didn’t have one negative experience with staff. Quite the opposite. The staff really made our trip the best that it could be. We specifically would like to recognize Chondo from the Crown and Anchor restaurant. We had the pleasure of sitting in his section the first night and had to specifically ask for his section for every other meal. He remembered us each day, he remembered our previous meals and likes and dislikes and specifics about us in general. He made the short time that we spent there wonderful. He truly loves what he does and always had a huge smile on his face. He was amazing and the entire team in the resort really made it a great experience.

The Hamilton Princess never disappoints . Service and attention to detail are excellent throughout the hotel. But most evident are two employees that are part of the staff on the Gold Level. Victoria the Concierge and George the King of the Lounge made our stay memorable and fun. Their dedication and commitment to their guests is beyond commendable. They made our stay absolutely perfect. We had a most exquisite dining experience at Intrepid. A beautiful location, especially the views, if you sit outside. The food was excellent. Each course was meticulously prepared to perfection. What made this experience more amazing was the attentiveness of the staff from arrival to departure. We had the pleasure of meeting Marilyn who provided personalized care for each guest. She presented our food with such precision and joy. It was a most BEAUTIFUL and memorable evening. Thankful for Marilyn’s hospitality!
