We stayed as locals for a mini staycation. Had we paid full price (we were able to secure a local rate), I would have been far more disappointed than I already am with the stay. The rooms were beautiful and the property is great; however, the service lacking all around. I had a $1500 Rosewood giftcard and it basically caused all sorts of problems at checkout - staff had no idea how to process a gift card and it was clear it was an inconvenience to the staff that we used a gift card. We were informed that there was only person taking food/drink orders at the pool on a Saturday. The pool was absolutely packed and we couldn't believe that only one staff member was scheduled for the job that day. I am not an impatient person, but staffing was clearly not properly allocated. We booked 3 spa treatments several weeks in advance for $310, $310, $330. When we checked out at the spa, all of the prices had changed to $350 each. I'm not one to nickel and dime, but felt that it might have been appropriate to inform guests that the spa prices had changed. Also, we were told we would get 10% off at the spa for treatments booked from 10-2. When I arranged our treatments, I was under the impression that our 2pm start time would still allow for the discount. Upon checkout, I was informed that the treatments need to be completed by 2pm. So to be eligible for the discount, our treatment start time window should have been 10-12:30, not the 10-2pm as advertised. And finally, as a local, I'm used to the ants, but if I was a guest from overseas, I don't think the ants on the nightstands and bed (with no food in sight) would have been acceptable. Overall, the hotel is simply stunning, but the service is not up to par.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Rosewood Bermuda and will definitely be returning. The room was excellent, especially the bed. Food at all areas of the resort exceeded expectations. Everyone was very friendly, with a special note to Christian who went out of his way all day everyday to make sure all guests were happy or if there was more he could do to make you happier. We enjoyed Tucker's Golf both rounds that we played. Truly a wonderful experience on all fronts. Thank you!

This is candidly difficult for me to post but I was led to believe this was either a 4 or 5 star hotel and visually it’s at least a 4 star however the dining is at best 2 stars which is stunning given the overall price point of this property. The food is uninspired the quality is average at best and while the waitstaff is generally quite helpful it simply doesn’t make up for the dining experience. I feel the property needs an outside review to rethink the menu and even the quality of the food from breakfast through to dinner. Again - I’m surprised to share this experience and I certainly want to be fair at all time but having sent food back numerous times over 5 days I cannot buy notice an unfortunate trend.

Overall, a beautiful property. Staff was top notch all around. The shuttle drivers were amazing, and desk staff were very helpful. Bars and restaurants were good. Not great, but perfectly fine. Was disappointed with two things: 1. Made tennis reservations for me and my daughter one day. We got there, and there was no pro on site, no one to rent us racquets or accommodate us. It was a disappointment. I had to call my wife to check on the status since no one answered the phone at the hotel. The concierge seemed "mad", according to my wife, but also suggested I made the appointment for the previous day - when I was out golfing. It was their mistake, not mine. 2. A small thing, but stock some more snacks and drinks in your lobby shop. Maybe have a coffee shop or something. It is a pain to have to go to a restaurant every time you want a simple drink. Thanks.

I visited this place for a union event, and I loved it. Nice and spacious, no problem with parking. Plan to wear your 6 inches stiletto? Not to worry, because they even provide shuttle for the short distance from the parking lot to the main building. Although the serving size of the food was small, it was delicious, I was still a happy customer 😀

The resort was wonderful, beautiful, serene and luxurious. We arrived a day late so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to. My only concerns were, the pool was very cold, I’m a lap swimmer and I could only stay in for about 20 minutes before my body temperature dropped. Second, both times we order a cab ahead of time, they were 10-20 minutes late. Not an issue unless you have a tee time to get to or the airport.

After a flight cancellation we scrambled to get a late reservation at the hotel. We were very pleased to be able to get the room for the night. It was our first time staying at the hotel, since we are long time Harbour Court owners.

We have been coming for years and I think Rosewood BDA is getting better and better! We LOVE it there! i wish you would have more golf carts accessible for rent, if you are not staying in a suite. They make a huge improvement/difference to the overall experience! And definitely recommend going back to the older policy where you were guaranteed a golf cart if staying in the Harbourfront rooms. These rooms are a long walk from main hotel, especially if you are older, or injured.

Came up to Rosewood for a cocktail whilst visiting Bermuda. The bar was so luxurious and immaculate. The staff were very polite and service was fantastic. This was not just drinks, it was a whole experience.

Incredible stay at the Rosewood made for a dream honeymoon. The service was exceptional and the amenities were second to none, particularly the Rosewood Beach Club. Only feedback I had was that a small cafe setup would be great for the days where we wanted an iced coffee or quick breakfast (parfait or pastry) on the run. We were always able to plan around using the Brasserie and Tucker's Bar for those items but that experience was a bit more like ordering takeout from a nice restaurant. In the end we were not complaining because the coffee and breakfast was terrific. Such a small nit, truly phenomenal experience and we cannot wait to come back to Bermuda as well as to try out other Rosewood locations.

My husband and I can't thank the entire Rosewood Bermuda staff enough as their customer service and personal attention was genuinely provided throughout our entire stay from the concierge team, bellhops, wait staff, executive chef and his team, beach club crew and housekeeping. We honeymoon'd in Bermuda forty years ago and wanted to return to recapture the exhilaration we felt as newlyweds. We did not imagine this trip could ever measure up to the special feeling we experienced in 1983. However, thanks to the entire staff, it recaptured that original spirit in ways that will be unforgettable. The Chef's Table was an event that truly blew us out of the water and was the highlight of the trip.

As one of only two luxury hotels in Bermuda, the Rosewood is superior. It’s a huge property with lots of activities and dining options. Food was very good and service was excellent. What a nice staff! We loved our time in Bermuda and the hotel made it even more special.

Complements to your excellent and professional staff. They made our stay a wonderful experience. Everyone went out of their way to address each and every one of our requests. A suggestion would be to have a complimentary High Tea for guests each day - consisting of tea and a few small bites to elevate your guests memories of Rosewood and show them a sincere appreciation for their visit.

We were thrilled at the warm and superlative service received on our welcome at Rosewood Bermuda for our first ever stay. The room, the dining, wait staff, housekeeping etc, were all superlative. Dining at Island Brasserie was a treat. Special mention to Nadia our server. Shuttle to Beach Club was great - Beach Club was paradise. We appreciated being able to use the facilities till the end of the day.

Just a lovely experience. From check in to check out, the staff at the Rosewood provided wonderful service. Our Sunday night dinner at the Brasserie was superb. The staff was so attentive and made our evening so enjoyable and fun. Massages at the spa were great. Spa could have a few more amenities especially in the waiting room. Tea and snacks would be a nice addition.

Fantastic resort. The staff was very attentive. It would be great to have a coffee shop where guest could grab coffee and muffins instead of a sit down meal but otherwise the place was fantastic. We were welcomed with kindness and felt very at home.

Trish and I fully enjoyed our stay with you last week. Your facility is clean and well appointed. Your staff is polite, attentive, and always ready to accommodate. We are already checking our calendar to possibly visit again next year.

Pool service was spectacular, dining service was equal as was room service. The concierge seeming to have trouble following up from the time we made our reservation forward. When we were here six years ago, the concierge proactively got in touch with us. This didn't happen on this trip. The room upgrade was a nice surprise.

Beautiful property with great views. This place is perfect for a quick getaway or for a group function with lots to do around the island, including fishing and golf. I recommend a sunset cruise to really enjoy the location. Love the Rosewood and plan on coming back soon.

The grounds are beautiful. Rooms are great, large, and shower pressure is excellent unlike some other places. The workers are all extremely helpful and friendly. It is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, and I have been to some nice ones!

We had an exceptional time at the Rosewood Bermuda. The property is spectacular with views of the ocean from almost every vantage point. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and large. The staff was amazing - friendly, professional and personable. The food was excellent at all the resturants. My only comment would be to offer a twilight golf at your course. It seemed quite empty and I think you would get many guests to play if there was a lower twilight rate (3pm).

My husband and I had the most wonderful time celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary at Rosewood Bermuda. Everything from the delicious cuisine, caring staff, and beautiful property was top notch. My husband also enjoyed his time playing golf at Tuckers Point and we also loved our massages at Senses Spa. Despite an incoming hurricane the week of our stay, the staff made sure all guests needs were still taken care of safely, and normal operations (outdoor dining, beach and pool) resumed as quickly as possible after the storm. We had reserved a private beach dining experience on the day the hurricane and the concierge was able to move our dinner ahead a day and we had the most incredible and personalized service during our Sunset to Stargazing dinner. We also were able to partake in the complimentary Rum Swizzle Cruise before the end of season and that was another highlight. Shuttles ran very often so we were able to enjoy a lot of the property during our stay with ease. Would definitely stay again!
