Stayed here in 2015. Great place to visit. Food was fantastic and the pools were great. Bermuda is an expensive place to visit, but is a beautiful island. The views from the villas were great all around. Snorkeling was fun. Place was very clean and the service team was great. Room service was quick!!

This was a pretty nice resort. The room was right by the beach, and it was pretty safe, plus the children could walk around/ down to the beach without constant adult supervision. The room service however, could have been better. We called multiple times to get the room cleaned of sand that was tracked in, with little improvement. They do have a pool, beach access, and some nice restaurants on site. The restaurants were only ok, with Mickey's Bistro which was on site being a letdown and Sea Breeze Lounge being wonderful.

Beautiful old hotel that, unfortunately, the current owner let fall to pieces and it is now closed. We were fortunate to stay there 35 years ago when she was the gem of the island.

The grounds here are very well kept, but the rooms are not. It seems like they've let the place go. Mold stains on curtains, shower faucets hanging by a thread, key cards that don't work (repeatedly), no staff working the pool or its food/bar areas. We also had a cockroach issue in our room. The staff was very nice and did give us some credits off our bill due to the issues, which was good. The main hotel isn't even open and hasn't been in years. Place is very understaffed. Just seems like when Mandarin sold it, the new owners decided not to put money into it. And when paying at about 800 a night, we expected more. On the plus side, the food was very good and the beach was gorgeous. . I wouldn't go back until they renovated the whole hotel and villas.

Easily one of the most beautiful hotels, and resorts, I have ever seen. I need to add something to this review, though. The people at this hotel are some of the most friendly, Incredibly generous staff I have ever encountered. While I have stayed here in the past, I am submitting a review because of what happened just recently at the hotel. My girlfriend was a bit woozy and was close to faint due to the heat; us being from NYC, she wasn't fully ready for it. We had planned to come to the hotel because of my memories and love for the spot (we were on a cruise at the time), and had to walk along the public beach to reach it. But when we got here I did not realize to get an umbrella and chairs was a cash only affair ($100) for non-hotel guests (be advised). The staff, recognizing my girlfriend's condition, not only helped us to a spot on the beach so she could rest, but provided us the spot COMPLIMENTARY as we didn't have the cash to fully pay for the spot (not naming names because don't want to get anyone in trouble haha). It was, without a doubt, one of the kindest things complete strangers have ever done for either of us, and we are so incredibly grateful for it. (Don't worry we tipped at the end <3) Either way, we just wanted to send our absolute thanks to the staff of this amazing, incredibly beautiful hotel. They were beyond generous and kind to us, and we thank them greatly for it. We will be booking our future stay in Bermuda at this hotel very soon. <3

No matter what else was going on here the view from the balcony deserves the 5 stars. That said, the room was large, nicely decorated and clean. The staff is very friendly. The grounds are gorgeous. The beach is pink! The exterior of some of the buildings could use a bit of refreshing but not enough to remove a star. It's expensive. And worth every penny to get that view.

A beautiful beachfront resort with a strip of private beach and gorgeous ocean views. Gorgeous grounds as well. The restaurant is high quality and relatively reasonably priced considering the cost of food in Bermuda. Excellent warm service and it's very convenient to have motorbike rentals on the premises! Would love to stay here again on my next visit to beautiful Bermuda!

The view is nice; however, our room has ants and the air conditioner isn't working. For the price, I expected it to be more contemporary and better kept. The staff is friendly, but our 1st impressions have not been too positive.

Good food. Service a bit slow. Amazing views. Great location by the beach. Elbow Beach is a wonderful property. They also have a spa for waxing, lashes, pedicures, quality services and highly technically skills estheticians.

I rode a bike through the property at Elbow Beach two days ago and talked with a few Bermudans about what was once the nicest resort on the island. Looking through these reviews and this Google listing, you might think it’s open. It isn’t. There are no rooms available for guests. The only parts open are the bike rentals and the beachside restaurants at the Lido Complex. All the furnishings for the hotel were sold off about 9 months ago, the interior of the hotel is stacked with unsold furnishings, the grounds are not maintained, and the local news and local residents say the Saudi owners have no public plans to remodel and reopen.
